We LOVED having so much room to spread out since we were in town for nearly a week. The breakfast was delicious and the servers were attentive to my needs. The service by every member of the staff was exceptional
When we asked the Concierge to remove the Champagne from our room since we don’t consume alcohol, it was replaced with additional fruit! The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful - with the room and also suggestions on their fave places to eat!
The room was fantastic - the bed was so so comfortable, the furnishings impeccable (antique pieces, fabric wall coverings, chandeliers, marble countertops) - it had everything we needed
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This is a great hotel and the staff is wonderful. This hotel is centrally located to everything. Oh, the restaurant is fantastic. The service is also five star
After traveling through Europe for 2 weeks this was by far my favorite place that we stayed. The rooms were spacious, we had a huge room with columns. I loved the green interior and all the decor
The bathroom and closet were huge!! We even had two balconies. The bed was extremely comfortable, we got robes and slippers. The location was safe, and close to several things

The hotel is well situated very near the Centro Termini (helpful if coming from Fiumicino Airport) and lots of things are walkable from it. There are endless choices of restaurants nearby
Paola could tell we were disappointed and upgraded us with no charge to ensure we got a balcony. We loved the room, the facilities - the gym is well stocked - and enjoyed spending time having a drink at the bar
Best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe so far. This hotel made our stay in Rome more relaxing. The room we stayed was amazing. Starhotels lounge is very fabulous.
We loved our experience staying at the Starhotels Metropole. When we arrived to check in our staff member Paola was very helpful
We visited 6 countries on our trip around Europe and this was one of the top hotels we visited. It was impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed
We thought we had booked a room with a balcony as we had read reviews saying those rooms were worth the extra price but it turned out only some of the executive rooms have balconies

This was the perfect home away from home while visiting Rome. From the front desk staff, to the restaurant and bar staff, to housekeeping staff, we just can’t say enough about them
It’s definitely a blast from the past. The bed also pretty much took up the entire room, which I suppose was common when it was built? I don’t really have anything bad to say about it but believe me - it’s old
I finally have a moment to write a review for this hotel. My husband and I stayed there the end of May to begin of June and we just couldn’t wait to give Hotel Quirinale and its wonderful staff the review they deserve
First off, location, location, location! This hotel is located in the heart of Rome city center! Upon arrival our first impression of the hotel was everything we expected a hotel in Rome would look like
A STUNNING hotel! One of my first thoughts was "who needs to go to a museum when you're practically staying in one". Our room was on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the Main Street and circle with fountain
- Lots of picture worthy spots within the hotel and a really cool old elevator. - breakfast was amazing as well : the pineapple juice in particular was soooooooo good! Everything was great

We just returned from Rome in December. We were there for the Christmas holidays. We had a great experience at the NH Hotel. We stayed at the Central hotel. It was quiet at night and a safe area
The breakfast was lovely each morning with delicious breads, cheese, meats of different kinds, juice, sweet yogurt, eggs and more. Our room was clean and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you from San Francisco,CA
The food was excellent, not only was there so much choices for breakfast, but we also had lunch, dinner and room service in the hotel and were really satisfied with the dishes. The rooms were large and clean
Beautiful hotel and a great location within walking distance to anything you’d want to do. Breakfast was awesome! Husband loved the fitness room. The staff was awesome and super helpful
Every single person I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Special shoutout to Elena, the events manager, who was an absolute star
Where do I even begin? My husband and I got married in Rome October 20th, 2024 and Stefania ,along with her team, in this hotel gave us an amazing experience

Great hotel in the heart of the city center. All main attractions within the walking distance. Even walking to/from Vatican area is a pleasant and nice experience
center location—I’d definitely stay here again!
This is a 3 star hotel, definitely not 4 star. +The location is great, it is in the center of Rome, close to a lot of beautiful places +The hotel room had a bath, which I love to be able to use
Close to the Roman forums and countless Rome attractions. A few steps from the Cavour metro station. I was here on two occasions and had different types of rooms. Both rooms were comfortable with good beds
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the continental breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the staff provided excellent customer service. A cozy and comfortable experience
We had such a great experience here and the room was surprisingly larger than expected. We also stopped by the bar every night to end the day with some chamomile tea with honey and a crème brûlée

Stunning room, marble bath, crisp, thick bed linens, sharp, friendly liveried staff, house wine worthy of purchase by the case and the absolutely best Caprese salad I've ever eaten --and at sunset on the rooftop bar, the dimes of St Peter and Maria of the Snows on the near skyline
Multi-ethnic restaurants, parks, theatres, restaurants, cafe-bars, archaeological marvels a short amble from the front door. A two minutes walk to the airport express train --- perfect even for an in-transit overnight
From the moment Albert greeted me at check-in until he checked me out three days later, your friendly dining room staff and dedicated housekeeping staff made sure my stay was the best that it could be
In the midst of a pandemic, with only the thinnest trickle of patronage, it's amazing that this hotel was open at all - let alone with 4-star appointments and service --- and no hidden add-ons
In a former life I travelled throughout Eurpean capitols with the diplomatic corps. This was of that standard -- for the price of a Home2 airport strip road warrior motel
Fresh-picked tomatoes hand selected for layers of flavor - sweet, citrus, deep pomadoro, on a bed of crisp baby basil and arugula, dressed with -- well, with heaven

If you’re looking for an hotel with character, cozy atmosphere and top-notch service, I highly recommend this one
Quite well hidden from the centre, so it is very quiet. My partner chose to walk into the centre of Rome which probably took about 30 mins
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The retro vibe creates such a unique and nostalgic atmosphere
Large, spacious and great air con. Service is good, nothing special. Location is a little far from centre, however using Lime scooters nothing far. Quite cheap to book, so recommended!
What is stunningly beautiful place. The lobby, the two-story chandelier from the ground floor looking down into the basement, the beautiful spiral staircases are all lovely
The breakfast was very good with a great variety of fresh options to choose from, and bedrooms were spacious, clean and offered plenty of space to relax

It's mostly all remodeled, and very nice. Rooms are well appointed, and a modern, eclectic vibe. since it's a little away from the major attractions, and crowds. However, not a long walk at all to the sites
She made the customer feel appreciated and was very good with her English. That is so comforting to travelers who don’t speak Italian and need someone who creates a relaxed friendly comfort level! Thank you to Zuzana!!!
My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were fortunate to be helped by Zuzana during our dinner. She has so much personality and professionalism
I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Vittorio Veneto a luxurious haven in the heart of Rome, for five unforgettable days in July
Borghese Gardens is right behind the hotel. NH hotels never seem to disappoint
This is a really cool hotel, very artsy, and in a good and adequate location. It's quite a maze to get to your room but once you figure out it's easier. The employees are nice and helpful

Asked for a cab to be called to bring us to the airport but staff totally ignored the request as he was pushing for us to use the hotel-provided service instead and of course it was much more costly
On the whole, a nice place to stay. Main complain is that some staff member at the front desk were not very accommodating. Asked for a pair of cutlery at night and we're told kitchen was closed
The previous hotel we stayed in while in Milan had the same pre-set timer but they did adjust for us. On the whole, you get a good basic set of provisions with this hotel, service and all
Bathrooms were really cold at night and we asked if the heater in them could be turned on. We're told they were automated and they could not do anything about it
Well we had breakfast at the main dining hall and there were lots of cutlery around in various trays. This area is just next to the front desk
Any additional requests not entertained

This hotel made us feel like royals !! The staff is super professional, very clean rooms, super quiet hotel no noise what so ever, the food was out of this world, I especially enjoyed the dessert, the coffee was very good and waiters were prompt and very friendly ! The location of the hotel could not be in a more convenient place! We checked out but the Hotel offered us to take care of our luggages...
It was so central, but not noisy at all, breakfast was plentiful, heat throughout our stay was prefect, hotel staff were helpful, bağ deposit was convenient, room size was big, and we had a magnifying mirror and full size mirror in the bathroom
Staff are welcoming and definitely accommodating as we arrived 4 hours early. Ensured our room was priority to be ready. Room was simple and clean with decent AC as we arrived with temps of 37-39 degrees for 5 days
Location was great and near the main train station along with being central to all the touristy location such as Trevi fountain
Fantastic hotel, staying in a family suite. 2 separate rooms created by easily opened dividing doors. Air con is great and much needed at this time of year. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again
It is located in a great location with easy access to the train station and within walking distance of the Colosseum and other major sites. Rome can be sketchy and the area around hotel is no different

The breakfasts were quite traditional for Italy, fresh cakes, bread, cheese&ham, a lot of fruit
We were very satisfied when we stayed there in 2022 ! But this year we would stay in this hotel, but it is closed now. Why ???? No reason is permitted-
The hotel is old. Probably built in the 70's and never renewed. Windows have bad noise insulation. Truly old fashioned. The staff is very friendly and helpful though.
Overnight stay often in this hotel. Many of the rooms are definitely in need of renovation. Located in a strategic position in the centre of Rome. The breakfast is good: side bar italian breakfast
The rooms are good, but the TV had only channels in Italian language , which is disappointing , The breakfast is very delicious , coffee is amazing, they have coffee machine, its free, The baristas’ and restaurant staff are very kind and pleasant
The reception staff is also good, Especially Mr Fabio , he is very attentive kind and helpful. Room is being cleaned every day. The cleaners do excellent job , everything is clean and fresh

Beautiful lobby, great breakfast, central location. Right by museums and the train station if you don't want to walk too much, but also centrally located next to many things to do. Rooms were clean and very comfortable
Great hotel. Friendly staff and good location. Wi-Fi wasn’t good. Good breakfast and a spacious room.
Great location so close to the Termini train station, lots of delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are more modern than most I was seeing in the area
The room was comfortable and quiet and I was able to adjust the air conditioning in the room myself which was great. The large lounge area near the bar and restaurant is wonderful for sitting and relaxing
I found the choice of foods available on the breakfast buffet to be good - it is European style which is what I expect from a hotel in Roma. I loved my stay here and will stay again the next time I’m in Roma
Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the train station. Large fluffy towels in the bathroom. Polite, helpful, professional staff on the reception desk and in the breakfast room

The hotel is well located, allowing us to walk to all the sites of Rome. Some walks were long however but this didn’t worry us. The rooms are comfortable but couldn’t use some renovating
The shower head adjustment sometimes slipped while in use and the bathroom door was very difficult to close without making a heap of noise as it dragged in the tiles
Clean, quiet, comfortable Front desk staff were extremely helpful and informative when requesting nearby dining options
A very well kept and comfortable little hotel in the heart of Rome
If you have plans, tours, trains starting early, the 7:30 breakfast time doesn't work for you. This hotel is in the center of everything and you can walk literally to all attractions
We had a very enjoyable stay here, with comfortable rooms, a very attentive staff and a great rooftop terrace to enjoy the sites of Rome from in the afternoon

The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area. The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional
I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance
I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby
The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets
Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable
Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Rome. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great service, helpful stuff and amazing rooms. It has a nice central location and isis easy to get to and from. However, the internet was a bit dodgy here and there
This is my favourite hotel in Rome. Its old world charm and architecture, gr8 service and our room was stylish and spotless. The bars r devine and at Christmas the decorations and tree really beautiful
Located in Central Roma, Fabulous Hotel, The service is excellent and morning breakfast is very well attended, as you have a great variety of foods for everyone's taste
A memorable trip So if you are keen to be in the centre of town and enjoy a stay that has a lot of history and you don't mind not having a gym or pool, then it's fine hotel
Book this Hotel if you wish to be in the middle of the best shopping in all of Italy and just a short walk to the famous Piazza Venecia
The hotel itself was a 5 star in the breakfast buffet (discounted when purchased while booking your room -- a bargain well worth it with supreme selections and variety and polished servers) lobby, staff service, beautiful stained glass windows, marbled staircase and bathroom, ornate painted ceilings/walls in dining area and elevator

Overall I had a great stay and enjoyed it all. The key point of this hotel is its location, just a stones throw from the colloseum and only a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rome
The rooftop bar was a really nice place to get a drink at the end of the day and watch the sunset over the colloseum. They had a nice drink selection and the prices were not too much more than most good bars in Rome
Everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. The room was at the street side, but it is quiet. We didn't take a breakfast but we used the rooftop bar which is very nice and the view above Rom is perfect
As we had a first floor room we did hear and sometimes feel the trams going past and at the stop just outside the hotel. So if you are a light sleeper then you might not enjoy it but luckily I am not
The room we had was nice and spacious with a great bathroom and great air conditioning. The bed was very large which did require a few. mor willows but we got them quickly after requesting them
Okay the hotel rooms are renovated and very nice, there not really a view from the room but the rooms himself are very nice and clean. the shower and toilet are separated and this is very good

Special thanks to Giulia and Andrea, who not only were very kind and welcoming, but also gave us the best tips of what do during our stay in Rome! The breakfast is served in the rooftop, with an amazing view of the city!
Walking distance (in my opinion) to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. I was in Italy for my birthday an as I was check out the staff made it a point to say happy birthday to me which I appreciated very much
I wasn't able to get the gentleman's name when we checked in but he made our stay much more pleasant
An absolutely perfect stay at the Marriott Flora Hotel! The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. The staff was exceptional—truly amazing! I will definitely return!
The hotel is centrally located very close to Spanish steps, the lobby is nice and has room for seating. My room was on the third floor and I was concerned about stree level noise but it was absolutely quiet
Location and room were fine, little far from the city center but this actually made getting taxi/Uber much easier. The rooftop bar is amazing and provides great views of the city

If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it. Very surprised with some of the negative reviews. Views from the rooftop terrace amazing
The hotel is very well located. The Bed is comfortable but in general the bedroom is tired and needs a refurb. WiFi very slow and hardly any service in most areas. The staff are doing their best and very friendly
We had an excellent family room with two levels. The bathroom was not spacious. The terrace on the roof has really good views. All the staff are helpful, friendly, smiley and courteous
It’s a good location -close to Termini and easy to asking distance to coliseum and forum (via Cavour) nice rooftop bar and breakfast area. Good coffee. Upgrade to junior suite split level with lift
This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time

I stayed at ESJ during the concert of May 1st in Rome. Clean and neat accommodation, conveniently close to Piazza San Giovanni. Nice room, full of sun; silent and neat. Varied and good breakfast.
Of the hotels I stayed in during an EF Tour, St. The rooms are small, the shower was tiny and there was no safe. Additionally, they did not have any English language channels that I could find on the TV set
Staffs were nice and no one was racist(based on review). They were all responsive and friendly. Our 5 days staying was a pleasant experience! I am wondering why people didn't like this place
Having been let down with our original hotel by the station, we were walking the streets early hours of the morning trying to find a hotel to stay. The night manager at St John (Mehran)was amaaaazing
The breakfast included in the price for the room was average, although they serve excellent espresso. However, the location is convenient for several Roman landmarks that tourists want to see
We are so glad we came across this hotel and would always recommend it to others. You went above and beyond to help us!!

Really close to Termini station. Modern, with pool at 7th floor and American museum concept (a rarity in Rome). Did not taste the restaurant and cocktail bar yet. Great deep house DJ set on Thursday evening
It's been my boyfriend's birthday and he received a small cake with a card from staff, wishing him the best, which we appreciated and been surprised
I found this ridiculous, and even tho , is been one week now from our check out, still haven't received the money back in my account. I believe I will be hearing from you soon
The room was ok but could be better- even if it was a business room , it didn't looked like online and definitely didn't met our expectations
I will give you 5* with the hope you will improve. As a 5* hotel , in my opinion the refreshment drinks in the room should be out of charge
And when you make the booking you should also be informed about the extra 100 euros you need to pay as deposit on your check in day
