Non franchise hotels have a beautiful soul!! You should definitely stay here:))
Basic nice hotel, the room is clean but small. The overall is okay
Very good. Clean and had better good localization.
Comfortable hotel in the EUR part of Rome. Reasonably priced rooms. Inside parking for only 5€ more. Good bargain.
Clean, great front desk service. Restaurant staff can be rude but I am starting to think that is cultural. Has a Bar.
Free parking, room with fridge and AC. The central area of EUR is about 500 m away with shops and restaurants. You can easily find a parking slot there (even for free on sundays), get the metro and be in the center of Rome in about 20 min. As everywhere in Rome, you pay 6€ per night and person as city tax.

After a five hour train ride, the last thing I wanted to do was check into the hotel… But Mateo greeted us with the warm, sweet welcome, and made us turn our frown upside down quite literally… his pleasant demeanor and professionalism was not unnoticed… He checked us in smoothly & gave us all of the information that we needed and made sure that we had everything set up before we left the desk. Beautiful...
I booked the 2 bedroom with sofa bed. It was perfect for the family. The service is wonderful as expected from the Marriott group. The staff and especially the front desk are wonderful. It is in a residential area, so nothing much to do if you like to walk around. But the nearby park is great. The train station is nearby. Not too far from Vatican city, but it is farther to Central Rome.
Very Beautiful Hotel! Stayed Here about 3 nights and very efficient with the train station below! Free cold water and a Good Food Selection for the Restaurant. I even got to see the Vatican from room 422 on the Balcony! It Comes with Free Wifi and a Shower Per room!
Great staff (reception and the waiters at dinner), lots of parking places which is unique in Rome (if you park outside for 15€ they will charge you 25€ like when you park in the garage), EV charge always full (but not with e-cars, just the typical Italian traffic morality), try to avoid rooms on the other side (especially room 425) the view is excellent from the city side rooms only. There are a lot...
The service and staff at this hotel are beyond impeccable!! Chiara first assisted our group. She is extremely friendly and helpful, but every staff member from Lili and Flavio to another gentleman, I can't remember his name :( went above and beyond to assist us with booking tours, giving distances to the best places to eat, to even helping with how long it takes to Uber to a location in traffic conditions...
Staff was very friendly, warm and helpful. Hotel is in need of a remodel but it clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to the metro. Approximately 30 minutes from airport.

Great hotel to stay in, the staff were fantastic and so helpful. Not as central as we wanted to be, but a 20minute walk or 10minute bus ride to the metro and then easy to get to where we wanted to go, we would recommend getting a week travel pass (depending how long you are there for) which lets you use the metro and buses.
Room is small for the price , but cleaned daily really well , the aircon worked half of our trip and not the rest of it. The bathroom is so small and gets so warm really fast. The bar you wait a long time for a drink. However the hotel is clean tidy and the staff are extremely friendly and nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is really good. The rooftop seating area is lovely both at day and evening time...
It’s my last night in Rome after 3 weeks work here, and thought I just find a random hotel to take a break. It turned out the hotel is very nice and exactly what I needed! Pros: Friendly and professional staff who proactively give you recommendations and introductions of the city and nearby, nice rooftop bar, many good food options around the corner. Cons: loud housekeeping working next-doors if...
It was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, lift to each floor, amazing view from the roof terrace. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. All of them with very good English. I was with my family there and all of them was pleased with this hotel. Would go back with pleasure.
Genuinely a lovely really clean hotel, but after speaking to other guests the rooms are very different some rooms had fridges and different bathrooms in, we had no fridge and our shower was fairly poor. The staff seem a little over run and I think they are putting a bar on the beautiful roof terrace so this will clear up having to use the lift to go five floors to get a drink at the bar, there was...
We booked the suite which was huge! A lot bigger than I expected with two floors. Room was very clean on arrival and kept clean throughout our 3 night stay. Reception staff very friendly with great English. Hotel has been modernised inside with a very sweet roof top terrace! Great selection for breakfast every day. Location was good for us without children but would be too far out from the centre for...

Staff could be more tolerant of school groups. Quite moany of any noise whatsoever but happy to take the money. Hotel was fine for what we paid. No safety deposit boxes in rooms.
This is a good hotel, don't be fooled by the reviews. Has good facilities, it's big and clean. Good staff and a clean neighborhood. I had zero expectations due to the reviews and booked it because that was the most convenient and available place for me in a short notice, but ended up super happy about it. It's old but since the entrance and stairs are made of some white solid rock, it feels as good...
We had a really good stay. It's quiet, clean with friendly front desk agents. There is also a very close cleaner and laundry mat about 1 block away.
Plus: it is the center and close to shops and cafes. Minus: stupid situation. Wardrobe for clothing over the head. The TV is tiny and still not working. Ah, Yes: the window liked. And next to the Russian Embassy
The rooms are small, shower small, Breakfast is not delicious, the staff is friendly. If you came to Rome to walk and not in the room to sit, then it does not pay vegemania!!!
Good location. Lovely quaint hotel with old world charm. Free wi-fi but only available in the lobby. Our room had a charming balcony which we loved.
Room is small, air conditioner is not regulate, it’s working all the time. The doors of shower cabin was broken.

Amazing staff, super nice breakfast and rooftop terrace for aperitivo, free upgrade for honeymoon and excellent location in Trastevere for exploring Rome and enjoying a lovely night cap afterwards! We would stay there again every time when in Rome!
We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and decided to return to celebrate the birthday of our daughter who turned 21. The location of the hotel in the heart of Trastevere is very good. The service extended by the Reception and the Management was really great. Rooms are clean and have a great atmosphere. The rooftop terrace offers seriously nice views over the city. Thank you!!
It's just a wonderful hotel. Walking distance to everything. Very helpful and cordial. The delicious complementary breakfast is so convenient. Beautiful garden courtyard and roof top terrace with amazing views. Love our stay!
Authentic old hotel with super friendly staff and beautiful garden. Located in Trastevere by the river and many great bars and restaurants. Rooms are large and clean with small balconies. Clean and quiet. Would love to come again!
Charming place. Food is amazing and professionally served. Thank you for my host for celebrating her birthday
Beautifully charming hotel. Historically significant with old world elegance and modern features and amenities. Well situated in a great part of town walking distance from many interesting sites and fantastic shopping in nearby piazzas. The staff are gracious, kind and very helpful. The great breakfast is just one more plus.

This hotel is in a great location and close to many points of interest. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and we had fun chatting with Marco. Our room was nice and spacious. We found it comparable to other 4-Star+ hotels that we stayed in during our visit to other parts of Italy. Prior to our arrival, I emailed the hotel to ask about parking our rental car. They recommended a garage that...
Stayed here for 6 nights. The buffet breakfast is excellent, the air conditioning was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly, especially the greeter lady at the breakfast. Also the housekeeping staff on level 6, were so great! Another great thing about this hotel is that on every level, there is a place to fill water bottles which was so convenient. I wish every hotel had this. I would stay here...
We had an amazing time in the hotel, rooms are neat and spacious. The bathroom is big with both bathtub and a shower area with an overhead and hand held shower. The slight downside was the view, our room did not come with any good views. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast every morning - great variety, quality and service. Anthony who was part of the breakfast serving crew was very kind, he made us...
We stayed here August 2024. We were very happy with everything. The service was great, staff very friendly and helpful. You can request a cab from the front desk and they came quick. Rooms were very clean. Their breakfast was very impressive....they put out a nice spread which includes American breakfast items and mimosas! The location was perfect. I would highly recommend and would stay here again
We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Universo in Rome and had an excellent experience. The hotel offers great value for money, with comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation and excellent service. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Upon request, our room was changed from a double to a twin, which we also greatly appreciated. The breakfast...
Location is great, very close to train station. Hotel is right downtown with 20 minute walk to all major attractions and good restaurants. Service was okay but not the greatest, the front desk kept getting interrupted by people then started to proceed with them. The room is okay, I wouldn’t consider it 4 star at all. Rooms were small size and not a lot of extra room other than the bed. Our toilet would not flush properly which was annoying. But the location was great and the staff were very good and helpful.
A STUNNING hotel! One of my first thoughts was "who needs to go to a museum when you're practically staying in one". Our room was on the top floor, with a beautiful view of the Main Street and circle with fountain. - Lots of picture worthy spots within the hotel and a really cool old elevator. - breakfast was amazing as well : the pineapple juice in particular was soooooooo good! Everything was great
I recently stayed at Hotel Quirinale and had a very good experience. The professionalism of the staff is remarkable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the service is quick and efficient. I finally have a moment to write a review for this hotel. My husband and I stayed there the end of May to begin of June and we just couldn’t wait to give Hotel Quirinale and its wonderful staff the review they deserve. First off, location, location, location! This hotel is located in the heart of Rome city center! Upon arrival our first impression of the hotel was everything we expected a hotel in...
Hotel Quirinale in Rome offers an elegant ambiance with exceptional service, conveniently located just a two-minute walk from a metro station and within a 10 to 12-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride from Roma Termini station. The area boasts numerous dining options, some open until 3 AM. I appreciated the vintage elevator and the extremely friendly staff, notably the concierge who provided a raincoat...
Though an old building, its location cannot be complained. Facilities might not that modern as American chain of hotels, but the service was excellent. The manager, Fabrizio, was very professional and tried his best to accommodate our needs. One cannot forget to mention the front desk. Ann, among others, are excellent. She and her team helped us a lot in guiding and arranging transports.

Stayed here two years ago, it was in the perfect location for us. Rooms/beds were very comfortable, couldn't hear any noise and it's in a busy location. The breakfast and service was great!
Amazing staff, great location. I was very pleased with everything about this wonderful hotel.
greetings from us austrians! fight, you survive the crisis! you are a great team with great personalities. Thank you for everything. your hotel is a diamond in rome!
Really good hotel Great location close to all Rome has to offer
Charming & within walking distance of many landmarks...Trevi Fountain is less than 5 minutes away. It is in a very old building that retained its old world charm while being updated. Like many Italian hotels, the shower is small, like cruise ship small. There is only one electric receptacle that could take our converter. Don't let this deter you from a wonderful hotel with friendly staff.

What a hidden gem. One of the better four-star hotels I've been too. Excellent location, right between the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain; Decorated and relatively large rooms; excellent service; And a nice breakfast. One of the surprises of our trip.
Super clean in a perfect location. Rooms are modern and surprisingly big enough with storage solutions in the room. Cleaning service very efficient, always completed shortly after hanging our sign for the service. Close to Trevi and Spanish steps and right next door to a popular cafe and patisserie to fulfill all of your Roman breakfast dreams
Very clean and comfortable. Location is great. Breakfast was nice simple. And a bonus shopping centre across the road. Great little coffee shop next door and supermarket just around the corner.
TAREQ IS OUR HERO! He helped with the bags, waited with us for cabs, and was a delight to speak to. The breakfast was amazing, it was bigger than my parents hotel though I understand the rooms are smaller than what most Americans get we at least had a couch sitting area that my parents did not. Amazing looking hotel with a great rooftop bar. Didn’t stay here but came to Hang out and have a drink. It’s very central and the pictures does for themselves. I’d recommend it for a drink at least.
Just the most lovely place to stay in Rome. Old world elegance meets modern decor. Staff were all so very charming and helpful. Kindly asked for Prosecco and fruit tray for my daughter’s birthday, and 💥 it was so fresh and with a sweet card and candy too!
The roof top terrace bar has an amazing view of the St Peters Basilica. Recommend going around sunset or evening time. Side note, at one end of the rooftop, there’s a separate flight of stairs that allows you to go even further up for an uninterrupted 360 view of the city. We enjoyed our stay at star metropole!!! VERY close to the train station and just far enough away from the tourist traps to make you feel like you get a more authentic experience. The rooms were nice and clean! The front desk was very nice and so were the breakfast staff! I would stay here again!
This seems like a very busy hotel and we were not able to check-in early since our international flight arrived in the morning. Besides that staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was great and an easy walking distance to the Termini station. Room was spacious and clean as well. Also there are some nice restaurants (For example: Vattani) in walking distance.
Best hotel room of our trip! Three people in one spacious room was no problem. Shower was amazing. Beds are hard, and all slept well. Plenty of outlets, too. Location was great. We were sick of Italian food as it was the last day of our trip and ate at a good Chinese restaurant around the corner.
We visited 6 countries on our trip around Europe and this was one of the top hotels we visited. It was impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was the best value and best food of any hotel we visited.
