Rome, Viale Salvatore Rebecchini 145 🧭 Map
We booked this hotel to be close to the airport on our final day in Rome. I was worried about staying at this hotel due to previous reviews but figured it was only for one night. We were delightfully surprised at how wonderful it was. When we walked in, we were warmly greeted with smiles and friendliness. The guest relations manager, Marco, welcomed us personally and offered any assistance we needed...
The pool here is the best I've seen. It is older and does not use chlorine. Water temperature and smell was amazing. Rooms are great but keep in mind that there aren't many options within walking distance, so it is better for an airport stayover or for people with a car.
We stayed here randomly due to a canceled flight but it was a wonderful stay! The room was clean and felt very luxurious. The bath tub was deep and great to soak in. The service was excellent too. I don't speak a lick of Italian but that didn't matter in the slightest.
A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service!
We had an amazing experience at this hotel, and the staff truly made our stay unforgettable.
The hotel's restaurant was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Juan Carlos and Alessia went above and beyond to make our families feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. We especially enjoyed dining on the beautiful...
I wish I could have spent more time here!
I only stayed for a day, but the property is stunning, and the natural surroundings are fantastic. The shuttle service is excellent, the coffee is incredible, and the rooms, while a bit dated, are high-tech and well-equipped with all the essentials.
Highly recommended, especially at a great rate!
Beautiful property. Amazing golf course. Very relaxing, good food. Not vegan friendly, two fishes for vegetarians though. Good breakfast, very reasonably priced. Nice selection of wines. Pool is quite shallow, gym needs green pass to enter during covid19 (government requirement). Overall very satisfied with the stay. Definitely would stay again.

The room, bar, and hospitality staff were a 5 star. My last night at this hotel, I kept trying to flag down a waiter at dinner and was ignored for a request for a spoon to eat my dessert by several staff members. I ended up leaving my dessert at the table.
Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful pool gardens were in bloom in November. Lovely breakfast buffet. Cute bar with piano. Would stay here again when visiting Rome as a quick cab ride to most sites.
There is a bus steps away from the hotel that will take you to the tourist spots (we took the 98 or 881 on the days we visited the Colosseum, ruins, and Vatican). Gym is 24/7 and has three treadmills, a cardio room, elliptical machines, bicycle, dumbbells from 1kg up to 10kg, and more. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of sweet and savory items. On our last day, I there was a vegan croissant...
would stay here again! breakfast was included and it was fabulous with great variety. rooms were basic but clean and large. the shower had good water pressure. the staff knew it was my husbands birthday and brought out a slice of cake and the staff sang happy birthday. very friendly staff and great service
We were just here for one night because we got into Rome very late and wanted a hotel somewhat near the airport. The rooms were a little dated, but clean and comfortable. The service was very helpful, especially given the late hour.
The pool looked fabulous, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
The hotel is a little old but well maintained. Rooms are average size with a balcony. I'll stay here for their amenities. The spa and gym are a really nice way to relax after a long day of roaming around the city. Free access to a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a warm indoor pool until 8:30PM. The outdoor lap pool is also great. There is a bus stop right outside and a great restaurant nearby.

Rome, Via Aurelia 619 🧭 Map
The hotel itself is actually quite ok. It sprawls over a large area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was not spartan but left you with a longing for a bit more. What's the word, it was a bit dull. The food was really good. We had buffet for lunch and the dishes were good. They have gluten-free, dairy free selections which is not something you find everywhere. The location of the hotel is...
I was there for a conference and although the facilities look great as far as decor goes, there were a few things that lowlighted the stay. Water coming out of the tap was brown in the first day, low quality pillows and a the wtar would fill up in yhe bathurbe during the shower due to low draining capacity. Food was not great either.
Stayed here due to a flight cancellation. Beautiful property and well oiled machine to cranky delayed travellers. Dinner and breakfast buffets were reminiscent of a wedding. Well done.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are clean and the staff at the bar are awesome. Raffael was the bartender/waiter who was there the 2 nights my friend and I stayed and he gave us the best customer service.
The hotel name doesnt resonate with a palace. Service standards require great improvement. Swimming pool is about 1.8m deep but no safety or depth signage anywhere. Vending machines available at floor level. Safe deposit machine not working. Would not recommend for more than a night stay. Nearest metro is 15 mins walk. Not adviseable with luggage.
Being on a Trafalgar tour & this being the first hotel coming in, it was pretty nice despite the outside looking outdated. The rooms are clean but definitely needs upgrading. (More space, an iron & ironing board, needs conditioner in the bathroom, updates to the TV, need more drawers in the room. It also needs to provide adapters for guests who are coming overseas. The staff is pretty friendly & the...

Loved staying there over the years when on business trips, very friendly staff and service. Looking forward to its reopening, any updates on that?
Location : This hotel is located near airport so the city centre is a bit far from this place. If you go outside this hotel, there is nothing much to do or see.
Service : Service was good. Friendly and helpful staff are always around and are very prompt.
Food : Their food was simply amazing. The quality and taste of food were superb.
Note : They have a free shuttle service which will take you to...
I loved my stay here. The customer service is great and their breakfast is amazing. They have a wide variety of food and a well balanced diet. The rooms are clean and cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is near the train station and bus stop for easy access to visit Rome. The reception managers assisted me with the train maps which was a fast and convenient way to visit the beautiful...
Located in the middle between the airport and the city center 30 minutes in each direction. Convenient shuttle service to the historic center. Rooms are good and not too expensive. Breakfast buffet is good but not exciting. The restaurant is decent but most likely one should just go downtown for a much less expensive and most likely better meal.
For the money, this property offers a very strong value. I have stayed here two different times & the only thing that I don’t like about the property is that the shower water pressure is very low, which means that showers take a while & are not very soothing. The walk to the metro is a bit perilous, with not much room between you & fast moving cars. Please be careful when making this walk! Hotel has...

Since the hotel is near the airport, the taxi charge from downtown Rome was €55 (the fixed charge). The hotel is 13 km (9 miles) from the airport. They arranged out taxi to the airport for 4 am for a fixed charge of €40 (12 minutes drive).
The hotel is surprisingly large and functions as a convention hotel.

I’m a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member and have rarely noticed any benefit to that until I checked in at this place. They have an awesome 24/7 executive lounge with breakfast, happy hour, snacks etc.
The rooms were comfortable.
The staff was very friendly.
This hotel is showing some signs of its age but I really enjoyed my stay here.
Nice and huge hotel located near the airport. I would suggest having car to stay there since there is literally nothing around. Check-in was fast though I had only 1 person in front of me. Rooms are pretty big and the AC in that room and hallways are really strong. Given the fact it was so hot in Rome, we appreciated the strong AC.
Stayed only for one night, we had the view on the huge tropical pool...
The location is not convenient to see tourist sites in the city. The room was decent size and quality. It is nice to have a tub in one room with a sink and a shower, commode, sink, and bidet in the other bathroom. I don't know if the fridge runs when the card is not in the slot.
This was a great stay. Some portions of the hotel are admittedly due for some updating, but our rooms were great, the breakfast was awesome, the executive lounge was well appointed, and the staff was simply outstanding in all of our interactions. It's about 30 Euro for a taxi to the airport. Overall, definitely recommend. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful stay.
Great Hotel with really good restaurant.
I absolutely loved the food that Flavio, the Head Chef, made and the service of Francesco has been exquisite, thank you so much!
Had a pleasant 2 overnight stay, the rooms have been cleaned daily, the AC (and it's summer) has been on all the time, so that was great!

We had an exceptional stay in the hoxton hotel and dining experience thanks to our waiters (Alessanrdo Ricciotti and Mustafa) , who served as if they owned the hotel and the restaurant. This beautiful trendy hotel is outside of the busy tourist area. We loved everything about it. The rooms were clean, the service was amazing. Most of all, the atmosphere in the lobby was so chill and fun.
Absolutely loved our stay at The Hoxton. The staff were absolutely amazing, so sweet and thoughtful. They remembered our child's name and treated her with the utmost kindness. The rooms were beautiful and spacious and the food and cocktails were delicious too. It was a bit out of the main attractions of the city, but super close to the serene Villa Borghese. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Lastly...
The Hoxton offers a lot of comforts of “home” for US/UK travelers, but is not convenient for sightseeing. It was very very far from all attractions and transportation, and the reception did offer to call us a taxi but the security at the front of the building gave our cab away to the first person who came outside although we had a ticket for it. It feels better suited for a business traveler than for...
I stayed at The Hoxton, Rome for eight nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, especially the bartenders Francesca and Lorenzo. They were super nice and of course made nice drinks. Stopping by the bar every night escalated the whole experience!
What a lovely hotel, beautiful room with art deco style. Super air conditioning, which was so welcome given the heat wave. I would highly recommend the hotel, only disappointment was the restaurant there
Location - pretty far from all attractions. Not good for walk, but ok for taxi. No wardrobe in standard room as well as no hangers. Preferred taxi service was awful - car was old, smell of smoke, driver was speaking with car audio with friends at conference all the way to airport🤦♂️ Basic taxi is much better than the one provided by the hotel.

Very enjoyable stay outside the main tourist area of Rome, however convenient for the Olimpico stadium. We used bus no. 32 from near the hotel to access Rome centre, and from their metro or walked yo main sites.
Very comfy bed, good in room facilities and nice bathroom. I was very happy with my room.
Never used the on site bars or restaurants however good to have on hand.

The hotel is a very good. Good rooms. Good ssrvice. Good breakfast and dishes are cooked well. I have been here 1 week in Jan 23 and 1 week in February 23. When returning to Rome now, I havent considered any other place. I recommend it 100%. Distance from Piazza del Popolo is ok. Not a big deal. You sleep well here. Quiet. Very important.
The hotel is a little away from Rome's center. Therefore it takes some time to get to the places of interest. However, there is the possibility to take a bus because there's a bus station just a few minutes away. The rooms were a little small, but the furniture was alright. If you eat for less money in the restaurant in the basement, you shouldn't expect too much. The pasta dishes are alright, but...
This hotel is nice inside. The rooms are fine and comparable to American hotels..my room was very small but was for one. The breakfast is very good.

We enjoyed our stay at star metropole!!! VERY close to the train station and just far enough away from the tourist traps to make you feel like you get a more authentic experience. The rooms were nice and clean! The front desk was very nice and so were the breakfast staff! I would stay here again!
This seems like a very busy hotel and we were not able to check-in early since our international flight arrived in the morning. Besides that staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was great and an easy walking distance to the Termini station. Room was spacious and clean as well. Also there are some nice restaurants (For example: Vattani) in walking distance.
Best hotel room of our trip! Three people in one spacious room was no problem. Shower was amazing. Beds are hard, and all slept well. Plenty of outlets, too. Location was great. We were sick of Italian food as it was the last day of our trip and ate at a good Chinese restaurant around the corner.
We visited 6 countries on our trip around Europe and this was one of the top hotels we visited. It was impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was the best value and best food of any hotel we visited. The breakfast was amazing. Service pretty good too. Close to the train station.
Rooms are very old though. It’s definitely a blast from the past. The bed also pretty much took up the entire room, which I suppose was common when it was built? I don’t really have anything bad to say about it but believe me - it’s old.
The hotel itself is beautiful, marble staircases, antique tapestries. The rooms were clean and maintained very well by the staff. Each room does have air conditioning, it will not freeze you however. Despite being a bit further from the city center, this hotel was a good value for my sightseeing stay in Rome. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. Bus stops are close and the front desk has taxi service on speed dial.
The furnitures of the rooms are pretty outdated and old. There is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room which is quite surprising for a four star hotel! Rome, Via Adda 45 🧭 Map
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The retro vibe creates such a unique and nostalgic atmosphere.
The breakfast was very good with a great variety of fresh options to choose from, and bedrooms were spacious, clean and offered plenty of space to relax.
If you’re looking for an hotel with character, cozy atmosphere and top-notch service, I highly recommend this one. I’ll definitely be back!
Disappointing Stay, Not Worth 4 Stars
I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but it was far from it. The rooms had steel furniture and no carpet. It felt more like a budget motel than a supposed 4-star property.
One of the most frustrating things was the complete lack of basic amenities. No kettle, no coffee, no tea—something you would expect at even the most basic hotel...
What is stunningly beautiful place. The lobby, the two-story chandelier from the ground floor looking down into the basement, the beautiful spiral staircases are all lovely. The salmon colored rooms are gorgeous and feel retro and chic at the same time. But you have to see the breakfast room and the spread. Be sure to leave your phone in your room so that you can enjoy the breakfast and not cause,...
Room is perfect. Large, spacious and great air con. Toilet facilities spacious. Service is good, nothing special. Gym here is a bonus. Location is a little far from centre, however using Lime scooters nothing far. Quite cheap to book, so recommended!
We stayed here for 5 days at the end of April 2024 and it was a good experience. Decent location - walkable to major attractions, but a solid 30 mins each way. Front desk can order you cabs though for longer treks (or if your feet just can't handle it that day).
Room was big (and double wide balcony). Brighr colour schemes and I appreciated the washroom had an actual propper door. Water pressure and...
Quite well hidden from the centre, so it is very quiet. My partner chose to walk into the centre of Rome which probably took about 30 mins. But there is a tram stop nearby (we did not enjoy the trams) but they are very cheap. But you need to buy a ticket from a tobacconist before riding the tram and make sure you validate it onboard. I believe it was 1.5 euros for a certain duration. Taxis also available...

Rome, Corso d'Italia 1 🧭 Map
This is a 4 star hotel with 3 star rooms that have outdated worn out furniture with bathrooms that smell full of sewage. Yet this isn’t the worst of it, I have stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the service is absolutely terrible. Good luck if you are trying to request any amenities as they will keep promising you that they will “deliver” it to your room and nobody will ever show up even if you...
Enjoy staying at this hotel. It's mostly all remodeled, and very nice. Rooms are well appointed, and a modern, eclectic vibe. The location is good..since it's a little away from the major attractions, and crowds. However, not a long walk at all to the sites. Borghese Gardens is right behind the hotel..which is just a gorgeous park. NH hotels never seem to disappoint.
Rooms are fairly nice and size is good but the maintenance and cleaning service is not great. We booked two rooms and here are some issues
1. Hand towels not replaced (taken away but no new ones provided)
2. Water not replaced for one night
3. Rooms not cleaned properly (pee stains still on floor)
4. Missing room slippers (not provided for one room)
5. Rubber sealant missing from shower leading to...
My wife and I had a great experience at this hotel . We were fortunate to be helped by Zuzana during our dinner. She has so much personality and professionalism. It was very impressive. She made the customer feel appreciated and was very good with her English. That is so comforting to travelers who don’t speak Italian and need someone who creates a relaxed friendly comfort level! Thank you to Zuzana...
This is a really cool hotel, very artsy, and in a good and adequate location. It's quite a maze to get to your room but once you figure out it's easier. The employees are nice and helpful. The restaurant has pretty good food and the breakfast is quite a tasty spread. Lots of restaurants to choose from, a park in the back of the hotel, and close to the train station. I recommend this hotel if you...
I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Vittorio Veneto a luxurious haven in the heart of Rome, for five unforgettable days in July. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication that truly set the tone for my stay.
The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. My room was impeccably designed. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect...
