Excellent swimming pool with good depth range. Fantastic bar snacks and helpful staff and best of all was the evening dining experience. Attentive reception staff were able to advise with tourism plans and transport to get the most out of the stay & Siena.

I would not give them even zero star, the water was always cold, I could not take a shower. The sink doesn’t discharge the water for both sink and shower box. The breakfast was not fresh at all. I think these are the reasons they ask money in advance so you can not complain afterwards👎👎👎

Excellent breakfast, good service, clean room, a nice pool, a lot of parking. Not the closest to the center.

This hotel is great. It's about 20 minutes from Siena centre. It has a bus stop just outside the hotel entrance. The food is really good, with the restaurant on a terrace. The hotel is quite old fashioned which is in keeping with the town. It is clean and the staff are really friendly. I would definitely come and stay here again.

We have stayed here every trip now for many years. It is a truly beautiful sanctuary with great staff, wonderful pool, and good food including a huge breakfast buffet. We understand it will be changing ownership so to the owner: thank you for years of joy! To the new owners: what they’ve been doing works! We look forward to continuing our patronage.

Peaceful and calm place, really nice and friendly staff. I had a problem with my car and they did everything to make my stay unforgettable. The location is fantastic and it’s terrace offers you a very beautiful view of the city! The pool also was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel just 10min walk from the historical center entrance. Very calm, clean and nice.
Book it directly at official hotel site to save some money. In addituon we got a room with a view into a garden for free as an extra, the hotel seems to be quite empty nowadays which is good for those who are looking for a calm and relax.
Tasty breakfast (scrambled eggs, bakon, cheese, ham, bread, yogurt, fruits, sweet cakes, etc.) with beautiful view from the terrace.
Free parking included. Swimming pool is open from 10am till 7pm.
Check out till 11am.
