Hotel Delle Nazioni

Lovely hotel, all staff were kind and helpful. I emailed because our flight was delayed, I was panicking about checking in and they replied within minutes. Had a lovely room with a balcony. Room was very clean, would have liked a kettle, but you could help yourself to hot drinks at the bat and still and sparkling water too. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Would recommend and would definitely choose here again.

Very well situated hotel pretty close to the train station. Which is both a good and bad thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty with a satisfying variety. The room was decent or average. It was tidy, however you could be bothered by the closeness of the tram tracks & trains in general, the walls are very thin so you hear almost everything, the accommodation in bathroom was modest at best (looks dated), but it was clean, so no issues there. However the bathroom was rather dimly-lit, especially in the shower. Also, our familly next to us had trouble opening the doors to their room, even after they swapped the card.

Overall, it is a good place, you get what you pay for. Breakfast is great. Location is super convenient, very central, close to train transportation and walking distance to most major places you want to see. I did find that at night, if you are a single woman, you don't want to be walking around too late and the rooms were tidied up but not thoroughly cleaned. They were cleaned just not extremely clean. If you are OK with that. I recommend!

Good location, center is quickly reachable by foot.
Breakfast is fine with a quite good selection.
Friendly and fast service, cleaning also flawless.
The rooms are good and with climate control, only the bathroom fittings were quite weak and the toilet paper holder was broken. (And in my opinion the flush could be renovated to save some water.) My room had a very poor view, but that didn't bother me since I was only there in the evening.
In total I would recommend the hotel and book it again.

It was the third time I stayed at this hotel, and every time I like it more.
The staff is extremely kind, they let me check in earlier since the room was ready and also offered me breakfast as they were serving it when I arrived. I found it very thoughtful of them.
They are always ready to help and answer any questions you might have.
This time I had a single room, which is very spacious for one person. The mattress is really comfortable and the shower is great. I even had a view of the Duomo, which was a lovely surprise when I was opening my window.
The breakfast is very complete, including eggs, sausages, pancakes, fruit, bread, and even rice!
Another highlight is that the check-out is at 12 pm, so you can sleep a bit more or even go for a walk without needing to rush.
After you check out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel if you want.
The hotel is conveniently located around 3 minutes from the train station.
I definitely recommend it and can't wait to stay there again the next time I'm in Firenze.

Location fantastic as we travelled out each day to Siena and Lucca,so was perfect for us .

It is in good walking distance to centre too.

Location is great and easy to find. Our room was upgraded for free and we had a wonderful view of the city.(and the train station and recycling facilities) Management knew it was our anniversary and had a bottle of cold prosecco waiting for us when we came back from our first outing. Breakfast was fine it covered all the basic foods. Our room was large the bed super comfy and lots of outlets to meet all our charging needs.

We needed a hotel that was close to the train station and T2 Tran line. We stayed at the Hotel Della Nazioni for a night. We were able to check in a bit early, which was very helpful. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and helpful. We were checking out before 7:00 AM breakfast, and they offered to prepare a breakfast for the road. We decided not, but that was super kind of them. The rooms were very clean. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very helpful and professional. We’ll definitely stay here anytime we’re passing through Florence in the future.
