Amazing views. Very friendly staff. 12 minutes walk to city center. It has free parking which is a huge bonus. Rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. Could have enjoyed a coffee machine in the room ,😔 it is pricy but worth it 🙂

Views from our rooms were perfect but hotel over all needs some love. Simple things like pool / pool area needed a good clean.

One of the most exciting views from Italy. Lovely rooms and friendly staff.
The lunch menu is a disaster. It was the worst food we have eaten all over Italy and it was expensive.
Unfortunately they are not offering simple pasta instead they fail horribly with burgers and piadinas filled with mayonnaise etc.
Besides the lunch we felt very welcome and enjoyed the views from the hotel.

Belair is a really pleasant 4-star hotel, great service, rooms, pool area, parking, not to forget about the view! 15min walk to "down town".

Fantastic views , great room , great food . The staff couldn't have done much more to make our stay amazing, especially Rossano . Only negative is you lose the sun by the pool a little bit earlier due to being on a lower level

My wife booked this hotel for 4 nights as our big splurge on our honeymoon. The views from the lobby and pool area are incredible and the staff are very friendly. The room, however was a massive disappointment. I feel we got the only bad room in the place. The "sea view" was two small windows and our bed was just 2 twins pushed together. Not what we expected for $315 Euros. If it was €140, fine, but not at that price. The photo of the room during booking had a patio, in actuality, no patio. The hotel was fully booked except one other room that they were willing to provide for 2 of the 4 nights for an additional €400 for those 2 nights which was well beyond our budget. We just stayed the one night as we felt trapped and just plain ripped off and booked at a 5 star in town for an extra €50 a night. I'm only giving this hotel a 2 star instead on 1 because the staff did everything they could.
To sum up our experience:
Room 311 sucks.

Amazing hotel, very friendly staff helped with every query. Breakfast was good and views were exceptional, looking over the bay of naples and straight upon Vesuvius. 15 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento (dont advise getting taxis they over charge tourists).

Is the best hotel we stayed in Italy and the view is gorgeous! Also a nice gesture from hotel that serve FOC snacks and drinks (including alcoholic) from 12pm to 7pm (probably low season).
All staff service was excellent and housekeeping is very on the ball. Special mention to Martina which is very friendly and helpful and Anthonio for his excellent service every morning during breakfast!
By the way is the only hotel that have a direct shortcut stairs down to Marina Grande which takes only about 10 minutes. The only thing is lacking is we can't find a tissue box in the room!
