The 3 star hotel is well managed by a group of young, polite, friendly, smiling, helpful and professional guys. Very clean hotel, I recommend it.

Structure recommended by STA... very clean, anti-Covid rules are followed (hand sanitizer everywhere, for ventilation, elevator doors open when not in use, ventilation ducts well cleaned...). A small gym is available by reservation only. The breakfast room is well lit, all stations are sanitized with each use, and there is a good selection of savory and sweet foods. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and concerned about the well-being of customers. Spacious clean room.. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT

The hotel has everything you expect from any hotel, plus breakfast and a little gym that you have to reserve in advance. The staff is super helpful.
There isn’t very much to do in this area; unless you’re here for the Politecnico, I’d stay somewhere else. There’s a tram stop behind the building that connects with the downtown area.
The rooms are fine, just very bare of color, not interesting at all, no fun details.
Vegan breakfast choices are very limited.

Awesome service, the receptionists at the desk are very friendly and really helpfull. Rooms are clean, nice and quiet. Its also not far from the city, you can just take the bus 33 and be at the city centre in about 10 min.

The price-to-quality ratio did not correspond to a 4-star hotel.
The hotel, room, and breakfast were very modest.
Around 10:00 there was no bread anymore. The only hot dish available was scrambled eggs and bacon, which were served by the staff. There was only one coffee machine, resulting in queues for coffee.
The room floor was tiled, and you could hear every step of the neighbor, chair movements, and returning to the room.
I do not recommend this hotel as a 4-star hotel.
But the hotel and the room were clean and the service was very friendly.

Very far from what a 4* should provide. The bin in our bathroom was not empty. A lot of food in the breakfast but very low quality.

Room was big, comfortable and with everything you need. Breakfast was lovely and had so much variety. Staff was nice and polite at all times. You can find free parking in front of hotel, and tram is just a few minutes walk - so very convenient either way.

The hotel and our room were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was terrific and plenty. But: bring some warm cloth because the heating didn't work in the room. The local maintenance guy looked at it. By him it was "perfetto". Just, it was not able to produce warmer than 21 celsius "warm" air regardless of the settings. And as at the receptionist said, because of Turin, heating is available only between 6-9 am and 5-10 pm. But during our last night it worked all night. If you plan working from the hotel during the days, forget it because you can get cold easily.
