Wonderful experience! The staff were extremely courteous and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, with great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Its location is ideal for exploring Turin easily. A peaceful, high-quality place to stay.

So the hotel in itself is not so bad, it's pretty clean, the cleaning people do a really great job and the breakfast is decent. The view is pretty awful as right in front of the windows there are offices. One thing I really did not like was the manager, she was exceptionally rude and condescending towards workers and guests, making comments behind other's backs and just generally being excessively loud. All the other workers (receptionists, breakfast servers and cleaners) were very kind though!

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. Everything was in order, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. From the courtyard to the room, everything was perfect. This hotel could give lessons to others on how to properly maintain a clean environment.

Great hotel for your stay in Turin. Close to a few tram and bus lines that will take you to town centre within 20mins. Staff is accommodating, modern and good facilities, silent a night, good breakfast. Sure value.

Lugar muy correcto por el coste, en nuestro caso teníamos el desayuno incluido y es muy recomendable para personas que no pueden comer sin gluten, ya que disponen de un corner con productos sin gluten

Not too bed it is good just stay and breakfast. Average hotel only stay and visit the city

Not very clean (i found hair on the sheets). Some of the employees were not polite. Nothing to eat for dinner.

The 3 star hotel is well managed by a group of young, polite, friendly, smiling, helpful and professional guys. Very clean hotel, I recommend it.

Structure recommended by STA... very clean, anti-Covid rules are followed (hand sanitizer everywhere, for ventilation, elevator doors open when not in use, ventilation ducts well cleaned...). A small gym is available by reservation only. The breakfast room is well lit, all stations are sanitized with each use, and there is a good selection of savory and sweet foods. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and concerned about the well-being of customers. Spacious clean room.. EVERYTHING IS EXCELLENT
