Perfect in every way! A fantastic hotel located centrally in Venice, a short walk away from everything! Staff were very helpful, our room was cute and well equipped. We will definitely be coming back!

Basic room with large bathroom. The aircon cannot be turned on according to the receptionist starting from October. We opened up the windows for cold air but bitten by mosquitoes. You decide to open or close the windows?

Location is great! Close to ferry stop (san marco/ railto bridge) and close to san marco plaza!
One thing though, the curtain in the bathroom is sheer curtain.feel like outsider could look through it when you are taking a shower …. (Shower place is framed with glass…)

It's on the island, with a big theater and many small shops.
It's newly renovated, so it's modern and clean. I don't like old houses with thick carpets and old furniture. It's better to be simple and clean like this.

A great hotel for a comfortable trip to Venice. Short walks to all the key sights and yet far enough away to be a bit calmer during high season.
