Lovely and helpful staff. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and had all the essential conveniences (wifi, TV, fridge, AC). The hotel is located a few miles outside the city centre, but there are bus stops both ways right outside the hotel. Fantastic value for the money!

Property advertised laundry services and free wifi. They had no laundry facilities or services and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. Overall the stay was good and service was great. But false advertising in ******* is a big no for me

Excellent position in the old part of town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had everything you required. We had a smaller more basic room than the one in the photo, which was quite dark with only one window, but the bed was comfortable and provided an excellent base to travel from.

P This is a perfect location for enjoying Verona. The place is charming and Olga was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We parked in the garage, as arranged earlier, and communicated our arrival so she was able to help us park.

Cosy hotel for a reasonable price just a few minutes of walking from the stunning city center of Verona!

The rear of this unassuming Albhergo features a quiet and contemporary recluse from the bussling road out front. The rooms are tidy and the staff are lovely. Unfortunately, the promise of "all areas wifi" is not upheld - in fact, even in the public areas, wifi is poor and intermittent. Hoteliers need to understand that with wifi, one must do it properly .. or not at all - one star off for poor wifi...

Absolutely loved our 3 nights here, Francoise was an amazing hostess, so warm friendly and welcoming. This is a beautiful old building very close to the Basilica of San Zeno and only a 10 minute walk to the castle and the old town. The rooms are rustic and well decorated with excellent aircon. We really enjoyed our stay - it’s in a beautiful neighborhood close to all the major sights (short walking distance), but on the quiet side. I loved hearing the birds and church bells in the morning. The room was spacious and impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was also a highlight. With such wonderful and friendly hosts I would undoubtedly stay here again!

Great place to stay! Andrea was lovely and very welcoming. As a solo traveller he was great at suggesting places to go. The place was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The wifi was great and bed was comfortable. The location was fairly good with access to a few local places and a short walk from the city centre.

Room 59 had the spare bed which made the room slightly smaller than room 56 which didn't have the spare bed but had more space and a couch. The bathroom was slightly dated in room 59 while room 56 was very modern. If you are travelling as a young family room 56 would be a better option. The host was over the top! She helped us with every information even reservations and tips when we didnt even expect. Very close to Verona train station, a taxi is 25€. The hotel entrance is very small, the lobby is also small, the room is average, and the breakfast is 9€ which is pretty good.

In terms of price/quality ratio it's probably ideal. But the breakfasts are just awful, we haven't seen such meager "food" for a long time.

The location is very close to tourist attractions, but it takes ten minutes to get to the train station. Most of the roads in the middle are uneven, and some roads are under renovation, so it is difficult to walk with suitcases. The room is overall clean, decorated in an ancient style, and the space is small. A key is required for entry and exit. Breakfast has few choices, but the price is reasonable
