The location is great, located very close to the center and within walking distance. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly and helpful. We had the terrace facing the street and the bathroom shared with another girl, but there was no problem as it was very clean. The only flaw of the breakfast was that the choice was only between sweet pieces and not even a salty piece. Excellent quality-price...

The breakfast was super good for its value especially the freshly pressed orange juice. Rooms were also nice

Lovely, rather eccentric hotel, situated in atmospheric old building, with charming garden breakfast room. Excellent service. Not far from centre. Comfortable and quiet room with pleasant outlook. Decorated with works of art that reflect a personal touch ( and good taste). Really enjoyed my stay here. Warmly recommended. But be aware that after 8pm you have to let yourself in!

Hotel Scalzi is a beautiful hotel. Our room (and the whole hotel) was very clean and comfortable. All the staff we met were very friendly. Breakfast was good and on a nice day you can sit outside in the courtyard. The only issue was the wall adjoining the next room was quite thin and we were woken up when they came in (we could hear their conversation and TV).

The welcome from all the staff was first rate in gact all the staff were amazing. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city. Hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh but its in an old building. Breakfast was a little disappointing. That said I would stay there again

It was at a perfect spot where you can go around and browse the different stores and restaurants. Just feet away from one of the main shopping streets. Staff was absolutely delightful.

Perfect location next to the Old Town, free parking place in front of the building, nice host, comfortable room but.....It was late March and the apartment was cold, too cold without the option of self temperature regulation. It is the lower part of a house, the room is very large, with a terrace and a nice bathroom. Breakfast is left for you on a table in front of the door of the room. You have free parking in front of the hotel. The location is perfect, opposite the Puente de Piedra.

Nice bnb in verona, especially for the price

Stayed here on short notice because me and some friends were a bit desperate for somewhere to stay with late check in. The location was close to the centre of Verona but the train tracks were at the back of the property. Trains went all night and were very loud. The fan was broken and it was extremely hot in the flat. Overall was okay. Wouldn't stay again.

We booked via booking.com and as we arrived everything was exactly like described and shown on the photos. It's been very easy for us to enjoy and relax our vacation. The apartments offer everything you need, are clean and comfy. The garden is very nicely decorated and there is outdoor toys for children. We contacted the customer service via WhatsApp and they have been very responsive. Looking forward...

The room was large and clean, but I didn't like the smell of the laundry detergent on the sheets. The owner is a very nice lady who gave us a warm welcome and really attached great importance to our satisfaction. A bus drove less than 5 minutes away and was in the center in about 20 minutes. There were also several shops and a market in the area.

A lovely b & b in the heart of Verona. Very clean, new and studied furniture. Breakfast includes a hot croissant and other dishes. It is located near the bus stop that takes you to the heart of Verona in 15 minutes. Recommended

Location is perfect for walking anywhere and in a quiet side street. The rooms are really nice but you can hear literally everything outside your room. It's very loud. That's my only complaint

Very friendly hosts. Bit of a pain of a winding road to get there but overall was the perfect place to visit verona. Breakfast was all homemade and tasty and rooms were all quite modern. I even had a lovely terrace to sit on but couldn't make full use of due to spending just one day there.

I have travelled extensively through the world in my long life. I found at the Vicolo di Verona the best service ever encountered. Matthia has been a perfect host, driving us in his car to get to our car, carrying our suitcases, giving advice on the city visit... The facility are brandnew. The decoration is of sure and sober taste. Perfect location to visit the city. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay at Il Vicolo. Mathia was a perfect host and helped us with some great suggestions on where to eat and what to visit. One of our best experiences with booking sofar. Serena is verz nice and always ready to help with everythnig you might need. She explained us where to go and gave us a map of the city. Everything is super clean and comfortable. Location is also perfect as you can start your tour around the city center. Breakfast was very tasty.
