HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My fiance and I have only checked in for our first night of 2. Already, we feel so welcomed by the staff, all information given on entry, bags taken to our rooms.

The rooms are stunning, not too big but we don't need anything big. It's just a place to come back to sleep. The room looks quite fancy, and so does the bathroom.

A beautiful terrace and spa on the roof to relax with an amazing view of the Arena only just down the road.

You're also lucky enough to have a wide variety of tasty restaurants and clothing stores within a 5-minute walk of the hotel!

Located directly across the cobblestone road from this contemporary hotel sits the Roman colosseum and amphitheater for which Verona is so well known. This hotel offers beautiful sunset views of the city and the amphitheater, especially at sunset time. Cocktails and or dinner are served on the rooftop each evening. The hotel feels comfortable and clean as well was the room in which I stayed. The rooms are small because the town is ancient. Prices are great and location is central with a helpful and attentive staff. The air conditioning system in my room didn't seem to be working well however it was the peak of summer time and it wouldn't be fair to compare European a/c systems in historic areas to what we use in the USA. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Excellent place to stay at the service is above expectations and comfort level is great!! If I ever come back to Verano it would be because of those hotel!! One important point we stayed at the Central location. After we made the reservations we received a call and email that they have nicer rooms with upgraded amenities 700 meters away we refused the offer and emailed them that we we want central location as we are in town for only one day and they accommodate our request!! Upon arrival we had a very professional gentleman waiting at the door with our reservation information and while at the checkout they made is very comfortable and offered us welcome drinks! the small things they do goes a long way!! Exceptional service!! The staff is phenomenal! keep up the great work!! See you soon!

Our spontaneous stay at Hotel Milano & SPA was unforgettable, especially the rooftop dinner. Although pricey, the meal was exceptional. We managed to reserve last minute and were seated at the best spot, overlooking the rooftops of Verona with the Arena next door, where the opera "Carmen" was playing. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the breathtaking views adding to the experience. The rooftop is definitely a highlight, making it a must-visit when in Verona.

I don't have enough superlatives to describe this lovely hotel and the service we had here! The location is perfect and cannot be beaten particularly if you are going to the opera. To be able to come out at 1am and walk a very short distance to the hotel was very much appreciated by us. We could see the amphitheatre from our room, and the service on reception was kind, efficient and friendly. We had one night in the lowest level of room because of availability on the Saturday night, which was indeed pretty small but still very comfortable, clean and new. Then we asked if an upgrade was possible for our second night. Amazingly the hotel gave us one of the 3 suites at a very reasonable upgrade price. It was tremendous! A bedroom, sitting room, lovely bathroom with a double shower and spa-like colour changing lights. Then the major surprise, a very big terrace with a view over to the amphitheatre, our own hot tub and sauna! Absolutely heaven on earth. We drank cocktails and ate in the rooftop bar and it was a beautiful experience. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and happy to help. This hotel is a MUST for Verona.

Great Boutique Hotel in the centre of Verona! Very helpful and nice stuff, small rooms but nice interior and modern design bathrooms. Stayed for 5 nights and had a great time in this beautiful city. Would book it again because of its perfect location in the centre of the city, right close to the arena. Very good breakfast for an italian hotel, with lots of cornet and fresh fruits. On top: rental bikes for free! And a rooftop bar which opens in April.

Great rooms! Everything is spotless and modern. The view from the terrace alone is worth it. Right next to the colosseum, my family had a great time watching The Pretenders concert while lounging in the hot tubs on the roof.
