I stayed there for 2 days. Room is renovated and clean, Wi-Fi was perfect, staff nice. Will stay here again. The location is central, next to embassies so it's a very safe neighborhood and quite for a peaceful sleep.

Great place specially the breackfast with the amazing cheese or zataar pies was amazing highly recomend

Breakfast is well stocked in the form of a buffet and in addition we are served bread that has just been made (to be seen in the patio)

The breakfast buffet is well presented and they bake the bread and the cheese and Zatar fatayer fresh in front of you. The price was very reasonable for the peak of the tourism season in Jordan

Gardenia Hotel is a three-star accommodation, reasonably priced, hence quite popular with tourist groups. Its rooms are quiet, clean, and spacious, ideally conducive to deep, tranquil sleep

Finally, I have to thank and salute Gardenia Hotel’s reception staff for being so friendly and efficient Both Bilal and Rola were quite patient and helpful in phoning and checking the addresses of sites that I wished to visit in Amman

As for dinner, Misk Hotel next door (owned by the same owners of Gardenia) serves, in its dining room, very delicious meals at quite a reasonable price

While the hotel is not located in downtown Amman, it takes about 10 minutes by taxi (cheap and frequent in Amman) to reach the city centre and back

The breakfast is adequately varied and nourishing and the dining area chef, Ahmed, is quite polite and obliging

Towels are wrapped and the room was clean. You get a bedroom, a sitting room and balcony. Lots of taxi’s right out front and many stores within short walking distance. No breakfast at this time due to Covid I think

They will do your laundry at a reasonable price and everything comes back the next day washed and ironed and bagged. They gave us extra towels when we asked

Very sweet hotel, gives a very cozy and nice feeling. I absolutely loved the vibe and the way it was decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful but they only speak Arabic. The receptionist did speak English though

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

I stayed at this hotel for short period of time this fall, I was welcomed with hot cup of Turkish coffee that hit the spot after a long journey to Jordan. Hotel is ok, room clean, bedding clean and fresh no smells

Ammar at the front desk who also helped with airline reservation. Finally, wanna say THANKS for all the great help I received from Mr. Amir, Ammar, Abdulla and other staff members that I forgot their names

Clean amd very well located in a quiet suburb of Amman (15mkn walk to center, another 15 to go to the citadel), rooms are big and clean. Little garden with small swimming pool very surely a must in the hot days

The breakfast at the last floor is very good, with a lot of choice and a great view of Amman, The neighborhood was safe and with many options for dinner and/or coffee from the hotel to Paris Square

the apartment clean and the WiFi is strong, nice staff and good breakfast in the roof top with nice view to Amman city, we ordered food from near by restaurant , there are many cafes around

We spent in total 3 nights in two different periods of our holiday. Both the rooms were extremely clean and spacious

I tried to call the hotel contact as didn’t know WhatsApp calls from Uk phone numbers don’t work in Jordan, but also left a message. Eventually we got an airport taxi which was cheaper than hotel quote anyway

This hotel is quite old, but the service is good and the location is even better. Great value for money if you are planning on staying short-term or long-term. It is close to the 2nd circle and also rainbow street

Hotel is old but still in good condition, the staff are helpful and the location has enough service facilties such as groceries and restaurants. It's acceptable for how much you pay.

Also close to city center and thats basically all you need! Everything from groceries, services, coffee shops and restaurants is available in walking distances

Perfect location, good staff Mohammed Rashsad from the reception is very helpful. They price is reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for.

They are good and the services are mice but the furniture including bed covers are old and 3 out of 5 level. The reception guys are so welcoming and heart warming and they are willing to help anytime.

The location of Ibiza Hotel is good in heart of swifeieh neighborhood, you can't use the lobby as a guest because it is for the drivers and smokers with bad smell (bad face of the hotel)

There is no laundry service, there is a clean rooms service. Rooms are good design, clean bathrooms in general. I don't try meals because I am a visitor

I stayed in the Arab Tower hotel for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent just a few minutes walk from the Roman theatre and busy downtown streets and shops. I found the hotel rooms and hotel very clean
