The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Fadi and Musan are always smiling and asking if we need anything. Not a 5 star but everything we needed and more

Stayed 7 nights and loved the way the setup facilitated community. AC was perfect and much needed in the 100 degree heat. It was a short walk to excellent shawarma as well as to downtown shopping district

If you love antiques and buying the real middle eastern stuff (lamps, rings, mother of pearl and much much more) they are very much worth buying it there rather the Shops that sell cheap imitations

The staff, Fady and Mousan,(forgive me if it's mispelled) were very personal and kind in making sure we were well taken care of

The rooms are nice in size, with an home atmosphere with rooms grouped together to have family and friends in close proximity

From the outside main street side it is unassuming. However from their main entrance it is well decorated

Credit card terminal didn't work at Friday, which is probably common for the most places in Amman during Friday weekend

A bit expensive for three stars which is not included breakfast. People smoke in lobby, so it smells

The hotel was so much better than I expected! Got complimentary breakfast and everything you can hope for in the room (tea, coffee, shampoos, body lotions, shaving kits, toothbrushes, loofas,etc) the staff was so kind and helpful

This hotel deserve more than 2 stars, It is newly renovated and it has everthing, even a toothbrush and toothpaste, very clean and very helpfull staff, the location is great, many outlet stores and restaurants nearby a supermarket and bakery at the doorstep

I don't understand why this hotel has such low ratings on here. Just goes to show that you can't trust reviews anymore. I enjoyed staying there and I will definitely stay there again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all

I was a bit unsure about booking this place because of the mixed reviews, but my experience was actually pretty decent. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything worked fine for a short stay

The hotel itself is very much under-rated, very clean and the rooms come with five star hotel amenities, the breakfast is traditional and the dining area is spacious, they even have a mini gym i used instead of my usual morning walks

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the in's and out's of the area and can help you sort out your days very well, they also arranged my tour to the Dead Sea for the next day at a great price

"Under-rated Hotel in Amman, try it. " For a leisure trip to Jordan that started in Amman, i wasn't sure what to expect, but with my budget i reserved a room at New Park Hotel and i am so glad i did

The hotel is across the street from the citadel, and a few traffic lights away from the Roman Amphitheater and the Jordanian Museum, the hotel is downtown Amman and it's sort of Mardi-Gras of the country, it is so much alive with shops of all markets, restaurants

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The amenities were excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained

Just be prepared to climb the stairway with your luggage to the reception before the elevator to your room floor. I highly recommend it to any new comer to Amman

that provides you with 3 stars service. Rooms were not that clean, parking is hard to find and hot water wasn't there all the time

For making a party, the hygiene level wasn't satisfying, DG is good, pictures were bad and food was in between. I didn't hate the experience but it could be enhanced with some hard work from the staff

Rooms are a bit dated but they are clean, comfortable and pretty spacious. The buffet breakfast was really lovely - amazing city view and delicious local food, including some freshly baked cake

However, the hotel is rather far from most attractions in Amman, being a good 20 minutes walk from town center

There are no fridge in the rooms and no elevator either. The breakfast was good based on hotel standards and you can eat as much as you want. There is orange juice and hot drinks as well

We booked the family owned hotel mainly because it is just 12 min away from Jett Station; and we had two very good stays at the hotel at the beginning and end of our trip in Jordan

Based on their price, it's a good place. İt's right cross the mosque and just 7-8 minutes walk to Abdali Mall. Rooms need little refurbishment but their hospitality is great

As far as you know what to expect based on fees, you will not disappointed

The hotel service is warm and thoughtful. The hotel environment is also very quiet and clean, especially the sky lobby is very good. It is very comfortable to sit in the lobby and have a drink, chat and enjoy the view

Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious.

In the city center, if you don't live near the Dead Sea, you can choose. Valet parking is free, it is recommended to give a tip

I ordered dinner in the room, I don't know if I was hungry, I ate it all, see the picture for details. I was upgraded to the executive floor, where I can see the whole city, the view is good

Was only here for an engagement party. Incredible set up for the party. Food was also insanely great.

The best comfortable hotel in Amman

Great hotel for exploring Amman for business and leisure. Wonderful breakfast, large room and bathroom as well as decent WIFI. Restaurants, supermarkets and banks nearby. Lovely plunge pool and rooftop bar

One of the best suits in Amman, receptionist was very helpful, room service very fast , in-room dining was delicious, breakfast is nice , in general one of the best hotels in Amman , every year I stay there for my summer vacation

Abdulrahman from housekeeping immediately we welcomed us and provide the necessary amenities which were plentiful and good (tooth brush, razor, vanity, etc. Slept like a baby as the nose level was almost non existent

I stayed at the ibis Hotel in Jordan and overall it was a good experience. The room was clean, and the prices were decent for what you get. The only downside was the front desk staff member

We stayed for a night and it turned out to be one of the best ibis experiences I’ve had. The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options

The only drawback was that one of the rooms had a slight cigarette smell. Since there’s no window to air it out, the hotel may need to find a better way to handle this. Overall, still a great stay, thank you!

Me and my daughter stayed for 5 weeks and cannot fault the hotel. The staff are very kind and always friendly and willing to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel is in a great location as most things are close by ( walking distance). From this experience we will definitely be back

Talking of humidity, balcony better be left closed or your room floor will get wet with the humidity and you start slipping

It's a nice option for excursions, when you are not staying a lot in the hotel. There are few shops around - supermarket and liquid shop, the check in was very fast, dinner is a normal one
