Great things to Geneva hotel for a very pleasure stay. I were here with my family a girl on seven years and a boy on only three months the staff was very kind to always ask and always be ready to help if needed

I had the most amazing stay Tha’er was very friendly and ensured I was fine throughout my stay would high recommended this hotel and room was good I upgraded to the superior room on arrival the mocktails was very tasty and the location is close to shops and food places

The Geneva Hotel was very nice. The facility is clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly. The front desk staff made me feel very welcome and took care of everything I needed, despite a late check-in

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. All the staff are very friendly and smiling all the time. The hotel is located at a very convenient location in Amman city. Few minute drive to the various tourists spots

Clean and hygienic, the room is fragrant, there is a mosque next door, there is a large balcony, the lighting is sufficient, and parking downstairs is convenient

Friendly staff greeting you as you enter the hotel, food at the restaurant is amazing freshly cooked in front of you, they have a barbershop in hotel with outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, clean and tidy from the moment you enter the hotel to all amenities

Centrally located bw Between old and new Amman. Rooms were clean, and although it is very close to a mosque, did not hear a call to prayer.

The pool is never available for both males and females at the same time

The lobby is on the 7th floor and the main entrance is in the back on the mountain. The hotel does not look at all as pictured from that side. It is a small friendly building of 3 floors

It’s a nice hotel, breakfast is the best thing you can get there. No alcol provided. Swimming pool is always opened for men, 3 days a week for 2hrs if you are a woman. Gym is used by local as well.

Such a beautiful and autgentic jewel in Amman. The staff was so friendly and welcomed us very warmly. We got a free Update for the room and had a wonderful breakfast.

There is a pool but it is outdoors so it wasn't filled this time of year. There is a bar in the lobby and a spacious restaurant. Had breakfast there and they set out a large selection

Most of us in the group had problems with the condition of the bathroom and the towels provided to us. The service was also very slow, perhaps due to the heavy rush of tourists to this Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful and their English was good. The room was clean and modern looking. They have a small workout room but the equipment is rather worn out

This hotel is not in a prime location, so a taxi or Uber is needed to get to places. Don't exchange money at the hotel, the rates are terrible

I had to remind 3 times for bath Towels, which were not kept in the bathroom, I had to change the room due to water logging in the bathroom. The Towels were old and worn out

Breakfast offered plenty of delicious options and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the helpful concierge who arranged transport and gave great local tips

We stayed at this hotel for about two weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect , very close to top restaurants, shops, and malls, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs

Went only to the gym and pool there, really nice! The staff is nice and cooperative. The water is clean with minimal chlorine, their utilities are pretty good.

What stood out the most was the constant follow-up and personal communication with guests to ensure everything was going well , a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated

We stayed for just one night, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a beautiful King Suite. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our short stay truly enjoyable

Cleanliness .. the servants are impudent, bothers, they run to the room all the time to look at you .. the food is delicious, the pool is good, clean. The hotel is only far from the centers, you need to go by car.

They pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it. The area of Amman is also very nice, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan

They do have spa ,swimming pool and other facilities that can be availed by the guests. There are good restaurants at walkable distance. Also 24x7 supermarkets are near by

The hotel is about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Its a beautiful hotel with amazing staffs. They even arrange private tours for the guest and customize it as per your requirements and time

5 start hotel with full ameneties for short and long stay. Many restaurants catering to different international flavors. Full banquetting facilities and multi- purpose areas for any activity.

Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great

Decent rooms, devent breakfast and good security. There is a pool however did not use. Breakfast spread is decent and serves the purpose. Did not find anything to complain about the hotel

Regency hotel and Grand palace hotel are in same premises ,with big spacious rooms with all facilities. Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very polite, helpful and friendly.

The hotel room is large, next to a five-star hotel of the same brand. Breakfast is served at the five-star Positive Hotel, which is mainly used by tour groups. The breakfast is good, the room is clean and well-maintained

We were very pleased with the hotel. The room was huge. We had breakfast in the 5 star hotel Regency Palace section. The service was also good.

Spent a total of five nights. First for tourism with my wife and then a last night in connection with work before departing. Good breakfast, very friendly staff and great value for money.

There’s also an onsite restaurant that does room service as well. The menu is not the most extensive but the price seems fair and it’s easy after a long day. Everyone there has been lovely

A minute away from JETT bus station and 4 min away from a big Safeway with ATM inside. Hotel room is not the biggest but very clean and quiet (I didn’t hear the morning call to prayer)

The food was great especially what I like most in Jordan the Mansaf , breakfast has lovely Middle Eastern and Western food , the cigar bar at night was great smoking my cigar and drinking my Scottish, music was very nice modern and soothing , the rooms are very clean , the water pressure is amazing , the house keeper has during my stay was very pleasant hospitable and full of life

The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. It’s not very central but you can easily grab a taxi and access downtown and key sites in Amman

Nice hotel and nore than expected

Amazing Hotel! Perfect clean room, great respectful staff, and the location is incredible and near everything! Breakfast food was amazing and the view of the restaurant is also amazing! My wife is American, and this was her first time in Jordan

Tamer the manager on duty while I was there was incredible. Was helpful with everything I needed! The staff were the best no complaints! I would stay there again for sure.

Cheap rooms and central location. However the general cleanliness of the rooms and common areas are pretty bad. My room was without a fridge and towels when we checked in

Very good food especially in Ramadan

The carpet wasn't vacuumed in probably months too. For facilities wise, the hot tub was old and obviously hasn't been maintained in a while. And the executive lounge area was also deserted, so don't bother upgrading

But some of the food was obviously from the day before

The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.

Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room

I was kept waiting at the reception for 1. 5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show

Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel

I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip

Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing that needs to be arranged in a better way. Valet parking especially for wedding occasions should be free of charge.

spent 2 nights on the 28th & 29th Oct with my family. were allocated a double room ie connecting room or may be a mini suite room no 113& 115. the rooms were excellent with all the modern amenities

chances of facing water shortage is there. Hotel is strategically placed, as there is a supermarket close by. Rooms are clean, but the bathroom need some arrangement as water splash is everywhere
