We had the premier queen room which wasn't up to standard. They are charging premium prices but it's not premium quality although the staff were good.
Issues:
- No head board and the pillows fall behind the bed.
- It looks like there's feces splattered over the wall near the toilet.
- the room has two lights at one end of the room that aren't very bright for the whole space.
- the shower is coming off the wall.
- 1 lift which is constantly in use for 10 floors. The lift is also small and bounces when you enter. Didn't fill me with confidence.
- The stairs are narrow dark and dingy. 12 floors walk to the pool / sky bar as the lift is always in use.
- AC turns on that's about as good as it gets. Never gets cold.
- there's a small safe in the room but it's not bolted down to anything.
- room for 2 but only one robe / slippers
It's not a bad hotel expectations were just higher given the price tag. They are trying to be a premium hotel but haven't executed it very well.

Room was nice enough but very disappointing that the staff told us the wrong closing time for the pool and we were not allowed to swim even for 5 mins before 7pm. Overpriced for what it is.

If European-level rules are introduced with the guest! Then a European-level service should be provided! Because it's not! During the first shower, the shower door fell on my neck because the hinge was broken! Next to the toilet, there are feces stains on the wall, etc... I do not recommend it to anyone! Better go to the hotel next door! To the Jungel Addition hotel!!

Fine for a single night stay, and check-out at 1pm and well as holding our luggage was appreciated. The breakfast Phō was excellent! and rooftop pool is cool and great to get away, but it can be crowded and a bit difficult to navigate during the bar's happy hour. The rooms and facilities are a little shabby and some simple maintenance would really improve this hotel.

The staff is very accommodating, always with a smile on their faces and everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect even if it's one night. The rooms are stunning, huge, beautifully decorated and has amazing features and amenities. The pool is clean, nice to swim and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Gorgeous! I absolutely recommend this hotel so much as we adore it very much!

Aesthetically weird. Has strange yet practical problems such as not enough hot water, no plug for the kettle. Overall, Seems a bit eerie. Breakfast has very limited food.
Doors are Not sound proof. I didn’t want to stay another night. Not thoughtfully built. Design is not human friendly.

This hotel always play live music on the roof and it is terrible. They play it much too loud and the singing is off key. You cant relax at all in this hotel , it is not a pleasant stay. I don't know why they do it.

Great Hotel near the middle of Phnom Penh. We had the pool to our selves, with fantastic views over the city. It was idyllic, sipping our gin and tonics by the pool, while the children played.
We had suite, with 2 bedrooms , with 3 beds, 2 tvs and a lovely bathroom.
We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning- good variety available.

Good place to stay, quite pricy though…
