From the moment I was picked up at the airport, I was transported to a place of tranquility and bliss. The entire hotel is photogenic, and I can't find a bad angle. I'm looking forward to dipping in the pool and relaxing at the spa.
The staff is second to none, making you feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're traveling to Cambodia, I HIGHLY recommend staying here and disconnecting.

WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. Thanks everyone a Saem for making our stay in Cambodia absolutely wonderful.

We had a great 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap while touring the temples at Angkor Wat. Here is what we experienced...
Service/staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt their hospitality was authentic and welcoming. Communication with mgmt prior to arrival was prompt and easy.
The pool was very nice - refreshing after a hot day touring the temples. Easy to order drinks and food poolside. The bartender was very good.
The room was large with comfortable bed and good AC. We were in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool (but it was too hot to use).
Shower had good water pressure (but hot water was a little inconsistent and tended to get outside the tub if not careful).
Breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options including an egg/omelette station.
It is a bit outside town ($3 tuk tuk ride each way to Pub Street). We preferred the quieter vibe compared to downtown. Also, wonderful massages at Sonya Spa within 2 minutes walk.
We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels I stayed in in SE Asia. Pool - great size, got heated from the sun during the day, stayed warm but refreshing, poolside cocktail prices really decent.
Bed was comfy, TWO ROOM KEYS! To keep the air con on - first place to allow this; loved it. Shower pressure pretty good, breakfast with fresh waffles? Sign me up.

Likely my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved every second of our stay. From the moment we booked the hotel was helpful with organizing airport pickup, our day trip to Angkor Wat, and enjoying Siem Reap. Our rooms were clean and lovely, and every person we interacted with at the hotel was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the pool and tranquility of the location. The front desk helped us organize our day tour of Angkor Wat via Tuktuk and it was truly the most special day. I highly recommend going for sunrise.
If you have the chance, work with Mr. Kim (a Tuktuk driver associated with the hotel). We worked with him for two full days and he made our time so special by show us around the city and giving us information about both Cambodian history and his own personal history. Overall he is such a lovely man and I’m so happy the hotel connected us.
All in all, I could not recommend this hotel more!

This is the exact type of hotel experience which makes it way better than a 5 star. Room quality is the same if not better than some comparable 5 stars , but the personalized service and family feel makes it a much better experience..I recommend the English guide Vanna for the temple tours ..deep understanding of history and fluent English

This hotel is absolutely amazing.The hotel staff is so helpful and kind especially Chin who assisted us all throughout our stay and even gave me Mangoes from their backyard such a wonderful stay. The pool and other amenities is such a relaxing homely vibe. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

It's been an awesome experience for us at the hotel. The staff is super helpful and courteous. Once my son was not well, so they delivered breakfast to our room. The restaurant was just stupendous and he shared so many anecdotes about life during covid and Siem Reap in general. Another time, I requested the front desk to check my room whether I kept a bag in my room or I misplaced it at a shop, they checked and confirmed the same gladly. Their short temple tour arrangement using their car and guide was great - provided cold waters and wet towels throughout the hot day tour - you saved us. Food choices were less though but it's due to low occupancy post covid, so we can understand. I will recommend this boutique hotel to anybody going to Siem Reap.

I will probably only stay here whenever I travel to Siem Reap. From the minute you step foot out of your vehicle someone is greeting you. The staff and service is so kind, attentive, and prompt. They go over everything with you beforehand and make you understand the process. We were given complimentary drinks and a cooling towel when we got to our room. A few minutes later we received a complimentary fruit platter! We wanted to do a day tour of angkor watt and right away they had a guide and details set up for us. Because we would be leaving for the tour so early in the morning they had provided individual breakfast boxes and water for each guest! Because of an injury, I had some trouble walking. The staff immediately recommended and provided a cane for me. When we wanted to check out pub street they had tuk tuks ready and waiting for us! The best quality around! The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfortable, the pool was fun and clean! Breakfast was amazing. A huge array of options with an omelet station!
