The hotel was amazing with beautiful interiors and setting. The rooms were good and service was excellent. Food also very good

The breakfast was very delicious.
The ventilation fan in the bathroom of our room seemed to be broken and did not work.
There was loud music coming from the restaurant next to the hotel until late at night, which may keep sensitive people from sleeping.
The drinks and snacks in the minibar were also very delicious, and it was a comfortable place to be.
The reception was very helpful with information about airport transfers and ruins tours.

We were very satisfied. The staff was very friendly. The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter.
But that was the only negative thing this week.
I would gladly go to this hotel again.

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, I was transported to a place of tranquility and bliss. The entire hotel is photogenic, and I can't find a bad angle. I'm looking forward to dipping in the pool and relaxing at the spa.

The staff is second to none, making you feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're traveling to Cambodia, I HIGHLY recommend staying here and disconnecting.

The hotel staff's service is the best.
I was able to eat a simple breakfast.
They even provided umbrellas on rainy days.
They cleaned the room very cleanly, so I used it very cleanly.
It was a part of my enjoyable trip.

WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. Thanks everyone a Saem for making our stay in Cambodia absolutely wonderful.

We had a great 3-night stay at Saem Siem Reap while touring the temples at Angkor Wat. Here is what we experienced...

Service/staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt their hospitality was authentic and welcoming. Communication with mgmt prior to arrival was prompt and easy.

The pool was very nice - refreshing after a hot day touring the temples. Easy to order drinks and food poolside. The bartender was very good.

The room was large with comfortable bed and good AC. We were in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool (but it was too hot to use).

Shower had good water pressure (but hot water was a little inconsistent and tended to get outside the tub if not careful).

Breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options including an egg/omelette station.

It is a bit outside town ($3 tuk tuk ride each way to Pub Street). We preferred the quieter vibe compared to downtown. Also, wonderful massages at Sonya Spa within 2 minutes walk.

We would definitely stay here again.
