I selected this hotel on TripAdvisor, where it received full marks, and TripAdvisor also gave it a 100/100 in terms of whether it is walkable. The most important thing is that it has three rooms, which is really suitable for a family of three. Moreover, it has its own local characteristics and is not the kind of hotel with uniform and modern decoration. Perfect for what I was looking for in a small hotel.
And even though it is a small hotel, the quality is very high. Delicious juice will be served when you check in. The clerk will help you take your luggage upstairs. After telling you all the precautions, the clerk will take you to the room. Everything is very cozy, just like a TripAdvisor guest said, "It feels like coming home." The owner's daughter speaks very good English and has no problem communicating. Any questions can be answered. The room is exactly the same as in the promotional pictures. The bed is slightly firm (if you must compare it with a soft bed). I personally prefer this kind of bed. The hotel's breakfast is also very good. It's not a buffet, but there are several sets. Some traditional local snacks are also provided with the meal. You can feel that the hotel family is running this hotel with great care and enthusiasm. It was a really comfortable four days in Siem Reap! ! ! There is also a restaurant next to it that is so delicious that there is always a queue every night. I will choose to stay here next time I go to Siem Reap. Highly recommended for a trip of three or a family of three.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this family run boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and accurately pictured here and on their website. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities with local decor and personalized attention. There are a variety of room setups available. The front is small and easy to miss but a few steps through the gate and it opens up into paradise with a small but pleasant pool. Breakfast has several tasty fresh options. The location is fantastic. I felt completely safe wandering the streets. Many great restaurants nearby. On a quiet street 5-10 min walk to pub street and the night market across the river. I spent a few days here winding down after a big tour so did not use their tour services but they can arrange anything you want. I did want 1 more peek at the temples so they arranged a great tuktuk driver for me for that. This is an inexpensive but quality hotel. They are listed on all the third party sites but I recommend reserving on their website. I had some problems with the on line reservation form but was able to arrange everything easily by email. I always got responses by the next day (which I thought was great given the time change to USA). I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Seim Reap

This lovely boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious and charming; the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was refreshing. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely wonderful. Amazing place to stay. They make you feel like family the moment you step into the hotel. A beautiful family that are welcoming and friendly. Always smiling and checking in on you. I stayed 1 month at Beyond Yangon and I am so so happy I did. Large spacious room, bigger than a lot of hotels in Siem Reap, really comfy bed and loads of great amenities. Cleaned regularly!! Book here for a special trip you won't forget!! So close to town and great restaurants next to it.

Enjoy the delightful experience of a stay at Beyond Yangon where you will be made to feel like family. Superb service provided with graciousness. The staff are so loving I contemplated living long term at the inn, I bet you will feel the same. It is easy to walk from end to where you’d want to go in Siem Reap.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street in Siem rep near the river. The family was extremely welcoming and one of the family members was our driver for our week stay. The food was local, fresh and delicious every morning at the free breakfast. Most of all the family and staff running the hotel provided, a congenial welcome and readily helped us to find all that we needed to make the trip a wonderful occasion. We will return!

Wonderful small hotel that is clean and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. Very comfortable rooms. Nice beds. Good Air con. Tasty breakfast. I was very well taken care of here. I would heartily recommend this hotel.

As long as you are't expecting too much this is quiet a nice clean little boutique hotel staff are very friendly with excellent English. The location is great - a quiet street but within 5 mins walk of the market, pub street etc. Nice breakfast The pool is small but good enough for refresh after day out.

Great location. The people are helpful and nice. Will arrange anything you need - tickets, massages or tours. room is clean and big. It has anything you can think of. I would definitely recommend it!

The room is well designed.
But there was hair on the toilet when we checked in. Also the there was almost no water coming out of at the zink.
The floor is in really poor condition.
Aircon way to small for the size of the room. It has to stay on working 24 hours to get it cool, but it never reaches the chosen temperature. I don't even sleep with aircon usually because I live here but just this time expected aircon that worked for the price.
The staff is behaving very well, the owner though she has a problem with attitude.
Due to the owners lack of respect for customer I can not recommend this place.
