The hospitality at this place outpaces western hospitality 10 fold.
Smiling faces. A relaxed atmosphere. No pressure recommendations for a better stay.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower is something to call home about, and the area is serene and well equipped to make any foreigner feel like they’re at a 5 star resort.
We booked a room with a balcony, but it turned out to be a shared terrace with a single chair at the top of the stairs—not what we expected.
The most disappointing aspect was the constant construction noise. It started early in the morning and continued all day, making it impossible to have breakfast in peace and relax by the pool. This should be scheduled for the off-season, not when guests are trying to enjoy their stay.

The staff is extremely kind and attentive and everything was arranged perfectly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap and looking for a relaxing stay.

only downside was the walls/ceilings are a bit thin. having a room on the ground floor, I could hear the person upstairs walking around and flushing the toilets and having a shower. but overall everything was nice. 4/5 stars

We were greeted by their female staffs, who are very pleasant and all smiles. They served us with a welcome cold drink (tasted lemongrass with calamansi I think), traditional rice cake, and cold towel.
They also have 2 pools which we greatly enjoyed, one is a regular lap pool which I think is the fresh water type, and the salt water pool with jets.
Rooms are very spacious; we had the Khmer Room which have the queen size bed & bathroom with tub that comes with standard toiletries.
Be ready at night time as our 1st night was not easy, as they are located nearby night clubs and the base thumping sound is very disturbing.
We avail the breakfast on our last day which costs 6USD/person which is not bad, considering we picked our mains from their menu, and it also comes with a buffet spread of drinks, fruits, and breads. My husband really enjoyed the homemade pineapple jam and Bai Sach Chruk as his main. Their Egg Benedict is also nice.
Overall, the resort/hotel exceeds our expectation, considering its price. Very commendable staff and the property itself.
