Stayed on 1st floor @ 103.
Family room with 1 king & 1 queen, room is smaller than 45 sqm. It has separate dinning room with a sink, a dinning table w/ 2 chairs.
Exhauted fan was dirty and weak.
Room's ceilling at that floor seems lower.
Limited parking space (about 8).
Room is clean however the bed sheet has a mark spot as shown on photo.
When check out around 8:30AM, the recept guy is impolite, not even a thank you, I regretted my "thank you" to him when returning the room's key.
Forgot a power bank in the room but when called, the recept responded right away that there was no power bank in the room, not even bother to check with the cleaners!

It is all good. But quite difficult to get parking at the hotel. Especially during daytime. They have a small entrance from the main street and quite hard to park.

Nice hotel with Very attractive staff exactly receptionist song and Kim in restaurant, clean room , breakfast very delicious, i recommend this hotel

Points to Improve:
- Fix the Aircon
- Fix the water heater
- Get rid of cockroaches in the room (especially on the fourth floor)
- Fix the lighting in the room
Rooms and building were not as nice as the ones shown on the pictures on booking websites. (But this is just my opinion I guess)
One good point: it was kid friendly. The pool was very nice.

I wanted to rate 3stars but that would be too harsh because they are just minor problems.
But i’ll drop the cmt here for the hotel to improve hopefully 😁
Lighting is not designed for women to makeup . I can’t makeup at the desk. So i have to use mirror in the bathroom but no space to place my makeup bag. (Only girls would understand)
I stayed for 2 nights. So I asked for instant coffee of the 2nd night but he directed me to have the coffee at the restaurant. That is not the deal I want so I just waived. Sounds selfish? Yeah cuz im not rich and I love freebies 🤣
Another one is swimming pool ទឹកមេីលទៅរាងល្អក់ maybe it was after KNY , that many guests swam alot so yeah. That’s it cuz I still swam tho and had fun so yeah
I hope female receptionist smile more.

A clean and well presented Hotel everything is on set with reasonably priced. All staff were very friendly and helpful and we were all happy and satisfied. Breakfast is good and pool is clean and safety for small kids. We stay for 3 nights and they also offer us on early check in and let check out with reasonable price.
