Stayed here in July 2024 as part of tour group. Was given a room on the lower floor. Room was not as spacious as previous Radisson hotels in Tallinn and Riga. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good. Well located with CUP next to hotel.

I stayed at this hotel with two kids for 5 days. After 2 days, I realized that I couldn't turn off the air conditioner all night long, and that's why my kids caught a cold. When I talked to the front, they said that technically, the air conditioner can't be turned off completely. (Even if turn it off with the remote control) They said that if I open the window, the air conditioner will turn off, so I did that, but it still won't turn off. The hotel's response is very unsatisfactory. I'll update if there's an update.

We upgraded to a 'superior' room. There were no cupboards nor drawers in the room and only one small glass shelf. The only wardrobe was 20 inches wide. You had to live out of your suitcases which took up floor space in the limited room. The lighting in the bathroom was totally useless with your face in stark shadows when looking in the mirror. The body wash bottle was empty in the shower and proved difficult to remove (to replace it with the one by the wash basin) without using brute strength. Thank goodness we only stayed there for two nights!

Great room and location.
Breakfast had a good selection.
My room had empty hand wash, shower wash and tissue box with only 2 tissues left.
First day l declined room clean as was resting after long travel.
Second day was out from 8am till 6pm and returned to find room untouched.
So Beautiful hotel but housekeeping let them down.

Very nice experience I have to tell!!
Arrived just for two nights for a business trip conference which was taking place in the hotel directly. Everything is very clean and smells nice, breakfast are plentyful. Staff is helpful and always smiling. Give them all a cookie 😊 Also, surroundings of the hotel are nice, walking distance to a river. Only downside - sauna wasn’t working.

Stayed there 2 nights on the weekend. Sauna and gym is free and convenient. They have early checkin/late check out options. Loyalty program gives free room upgrade when available. I will definitely choose to stay here next time.

It is very beautiful hotel with fabulous design and architecture. Breakfast was tasty. It is excellent place from which reach other destinations in the city. Even though employees were polite, it is not 5 star experience

We recently stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Lietuva and encountered quite a peculiar issue. Despite booking three rooms and repeatedly requesting an invoice for my company after our stay, my efforts were met with what can only be described as an unusual silence from the hotel staff. This strange indifference towards a basic customer request has left me puzzled. It's unfortunate, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the odd and unaccommodating attitude of the personnel. In other aspects of our stay, we were absolutely satisfied, and that is why it was quite painful for us to give such a low but well-deserved score.

A very nice hotel just across the river in Vilnius. This is the 3rd night I stay in Radisson Blu but in 3 different hotels Tallinn, Riga and now in Vilnius. Undoubtably the best one amongst the 3. The hotel is new and plush, the rooms very elegant and amazing views. I will stay 2 nights so looking forward to enjoy the stay here. Definitely recommended place.

First and most worrying thing is, that staff at reception didn't speak Lithuanian and English perfectly. I Don't understand why client, who lives in this country and speaks this countries national language have to explain to receptionists in Russian or English but not in his native language? In my opinion staff in reception have to speak Lithuanian first of all and client shouldn't worry of being misunderstood. Even English language wasn't perfectly spoken with some receptionists.
Another thing. In our family room we had couch bed, very hard to sleep on and extremely uncomfortable, this is room for family and couch beds are very bad decision. Pillows where very thin.
We paid for parking in advance, but had to call or walk to reception to be let out. This shouldn't be happening. And last but not least, please make shore, that phone is picked up when it rings, it is extremely hard to reach you.
