Artis Centrum Hotels

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! It’s in a great location right in the city center, so everything was super easy to reach. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed aş a group. The rooms were big, spotless, and had a really nice style – kind of a mix between vintage charm and modern touches, which I loved. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. I didn’t get a chance to try out the other facilities, but I definitely wish I could’ve stayed a bit longer!

We had a great time in this hotel. Fantastic location. Absolutely superior breakfast - probably one of the best if not the best I have ever had in any hotel so far. Staff was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were so lovely and the staff was so friendly -- Kornelija at the breakfast hall was especially kind to us. We will definitely be staying again next year. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at the Artis Centrum in Vilnius, Lithuania for three weeks in June/July 2024. We stayed there 8 years ago and remembered how very hospitable and pleasant the whole staff was. Also, the location is ideal. It’s very close to everything. So naturally, I contacted them to plan our stay this year. The Front Office/Reservations Manager, Justina, was very responsive, accomodating and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay with them was comfortable and pleasant. The front desk staff got to know us by name and helped with tourist advice, making dinner reservations and recommending local businesses. Whenever we requested some help with the room or luggage, we had someone there within minutes. The rooms were clean and spacious, the housekeeping staff was very attentive.

They serve a breakfast buffet like I’ve never seen. They have several main dish selections, ample vegetables, salads, cheeses, cold cuts, cold fish, fruits, breads and pastries. There were always plenty of smiling, mindful and polite servers. Also while there, my husband was going to turn 70 and I wanted to host a dinner party to celebrate. I started planning that a couple of months ahead of time working with the Restaurant Manager, Ramutė. What a splendid evening! I knew mostly what to expect and I was assured that I would be pleased but I was really blown away as were our 18 guests. Everything was perfect with no detail overlooked. It was elegant with a warm atmosphere. The food was exquisite and plentiful. The service was exemplary.

The people who work there are really what makes it special. They have hired managers that make everything run like clockwork. All in all, we had a delightful three week stay and will definitely stay there again. We very highly recommend the Artis Centrum to anyone staying in Vilnius.

We spent four nights in a junior suite at the Artis.
The room was huge, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal.

However we did have some issues.
The cleanliness of the room was ok but on check-in the room had several flies and a few dusty surfaces (For example the mirror and the tv).

There was a nice balcony but only one chair so we could not enjoy it simultaneously for too long .

There are no free plugs next to the beds so if you want to charge your devices while in bed you have to remove the desk lamps . That would be ok but the desk lamp sockets are controlled by the same switch that turns the entrance light on/off , so if we wanted to charge our phones we needed to leave the light on.

But our biggest issue was that the air conditioner was very weak . The outside temperatures were nearing 30°C and the only way to effectively cool the room was to open the windows .We mentioned it to the front desk after our first night and they did send someone to check it but nothing changed.
However that is something I cannot really blame the hotel for as these temperatures are not a common occurrence in Lithuania.

Overall it is a very nice hotel, definitely worth considering
