Excellent location, convenient to various attractions
Room is comfortable and cleanable
The hotel is located in the city center, the room is clean and tidy, it is a 10-minute walk from the old town and a 500-meter walk from the bus station. The breakfast variety is a little less, it is very suitable for travel
The room is clean and tidy.Reception personnel are nice and friendly. 👍 Perfect location, not too far from the old town or the center. But the room is loud.
All very cute! The courteous staff speaks all languages, including Russian. Cozy and spacious Suite rooms. SPA area small, but very center of Riga it is currently. In the evening in the bathhouse - the most it! Ordered procedure - the clay turned out to be so burning that the wife was not well, but the staff saved us, flooded us with compliments and gifts. Very nice service good, WORTHY level. Good...

The first I'll say is the bedroom pictures don't to justice to the rooms. I initially hesitated to book here because the room pics made the rooms look impersonal and cold. However, I regret nothing. The room was absolutely beautiful, it was huge, had massive windows, and extremely comfortable bed. Every day I'd look forward to going back to my room! Spa facilities were great, and the breakfast pretty...
A short stay with my cousin. We were in Riga to find out about family history. The Triba hotel was in a great position with easy access to the old town, and good for us to go searching our family history in the suburbs. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. 2x single beds. The reception was very friendly. The bar staff were attentive. We enjoyed our stay, and should the need arise, I...
The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that I was not given a late checkout which I’m entitled to given my diamond status. I was told the hotel was fully booked, but a quick check online revealed that rooms were still available on the day. (Screenshot attached) So I don’t know why a 2 pm checkout was not provided, and...
The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. I especially appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in after a difficult flight late in the evening. Room was spotless and well maintained. Hotel is central and the breakfast is good. Thanks!
My husband and I stayed at Tribe Hotel for 6 nights, and it was an amazing experience! We arrived in Riga at midnight, and the check-in process was incredibly fast. The room was clean, comfortable, and I absolutely loved the large, high bed. The room was nice and warm, and the cleaning staff was so sweet – they made our bed every day. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, and it only...
My recent stay at the Tribe City Centre Hotel in Riga was nothing short of exceptional. This modern and stylish hotel is ideally located, placing guests within easy walking distance of the city's most iconic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. The old and new towns are both easily accessible, making it a perfect base for exploring Riga's rich history and culture. The hotel's spa facilities were a...

I recently stayed at the Rixwell Gertrude Hotel, which is apparently a 4-star property—well, maybe it was in 1950. The staff, I must say, were very good and probably the best part of the stay. But the room? It felt like a time capsule from decades ago. The bed's upholstery was so old it could have been an antique, and the curtains looked like they’d seen more sunsets than I have. The air conditioning...
Loved the full body massage! Best massage I've ever gotten! Thank you so much.
This hotel was clean but very tired, however at least they offered me a room when my original hotel had overbooked. Staff were very helpful but the hotel itself is quite shabby and dated.
Average hotel, good for the price. Location is a bit far from center but walkable. Beds not comfortable, vad smell from bathroom. I likes breakfast, have small private parking (7 eur/day).
You pay a lot of money just for the room having empty alcohol bottles in the closet. The internet here is bad, randomly disconnecting, very unstable, sometimes says "no internet, connected". Although the place is very nice, the bathroom is nice aswell. I would probably come again, just would be good if the issues were resolved. 😁
Noisy AC, despite being turned OFF. Other than that, room and staff was good. Location is alright. Breakfast buffet was nice but I have to agree with other reviews regarding the "Omelette", which is kinda weird. Overall, I'd say it's worth the money

Good central location and friendly staff. Had a free upgrade for breakfast for our stay which was a nice addition to our trip.
Excellent hotel. Such great room. Lovely staff and perfect location. Old paving stones and several bars 50 meters away could make your night sleepless. I was prepared and had my earplugs ready. Hotel could place some in the room, that would be very handy.
Nice room, waited a good 15 mins for check in. Clean room, window didn’t open and heating was on full
Brilliant stay very close to the old town! I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic...
Ok Good stay, very good and helpful staff members. Room was nice and comfortable however shower was old and not the best and room was super cold doesn’t matter if I put a heating up to 30 degrees and slept next to the radiator still didn’t help. The view was a wall.

This is a historic hotel in the very center of the city. We didn’t expect funky, shiny rooms, but rather an authentic atmosphere. However, the hotel could benefit from better quality mattresses. Our booking confirmation noted that the check-in desk was only staffed until 10 PM, so we were worried when our plane was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived at 5 AM. Despite this, we were warmly greeted and...
Room was a lot smaller than I expected for the price. Tea/coffee making facilities could be improved - a carton or two of uht milk would help. And a fridge to keep water cold. Breakfast was limited, hot food really not so hot tbh. Great location though.
Very good in all respects! This is not our first time staying here!
The hotel location is in the city center, litteraly 50m away from the cathedral. Sadly, we had a standard room, located in half buried floor and the bar nearby is very very noisy until late in the night so we had a real hard time sleeping and during day time, you have very dim natural light. The hotel staff is however very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them. The breakfast is really great. I would...
We were very happy with the location and quality of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. As a vegan, breakfasts were very difficult, but if you need alternative milks just ask the staff they have it but in the back. One thing missing from breakfast was maybe a fruit salad. They had some fruit out, but I saw so many people buying fresh berries and watermelon and cherries at the markets...
Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is fantastic, seconds away from Riga cathedral and minutes to everywhere else in old town. The staff was very friendly - special shoutout to Levs, the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the trip extra special. Hotel is in the Art Nouveau district. Listed as a 4 star, would rate as a 3. Attic room with a single pillow each, about 3 cm thick. Listed as having a restaurant, though you can't use it unless your part of a pre booked group booking. Breakfast area didn't have seating for everyone, some had to take their breakfast in the lobby. On the positive side, was clean, had a window that opened, though you...
Good city hotel, in a beautiful area. Great breakfast, everyone will find something to eat.The rooms are small and modest, we got one with a view of the courtyard. You will have to walk through a large, beautiful park to get to the city center.
We had booked their hotel apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was nice, spacious and everything was of good quality. I thought we would be serviced, but they didn’t even empty the trash bin. A little less than expected. We had great expectations to breakfast due to reviews and image, but was sadly disappointed. Everything was budget level supermarket stuff. The hot food was not well prepared ...
We stayed a night and walked to the old town. It took about 15 minutes. Our room was small, we had no room to open our cases. The bathroom was small with a shower over a bath which can be hard to get in and out for some. Breakfast was okay, at the front of the hotel.
Everything in this hotel was good but not great. Location is perfect if you want to see Riga. The front desk friendly. The breakfast buffet was good but not great. Rooms are quiet old, but clean. I stayed at winter time and in my room was a bit cold. Parking space a bit tricky, if you are driving SUV, there is not much room to park. But overall, good hotel to stay for not big money.

Annoying Sunday morning vacuum cleaning Nice hotel. The pillows however were a bit un confortable and it was difficult to give them a good shape. Rated 5 out of 5 because of the location, the price and it was clean, with an excellent breakfast. I stayed here twice - once during the first day of my 8 day vacation and a second time during my last day. Both rooms I stayed in were dated but both had modern renovated bathrooms. I enjoyed the central location in the old city, near restaurants and several key attractions. It was also a short...
Great location—everything was walkable. I stayed on the fourth floor; there was some street noise, but earplugs were thoughtfully provided. As a solo traveler, I was given a room with two twin beds, which were marginally comfortable. The room was clean but definitely dated and in need of a refresh. I could also hear conversations from the neighboring room, so soundproofing could be improved. There...
The standard room was worn and outdated. The brown colouring of the bathroom was straight out of the 1980s. The shower cubicle was very cramped for a big and tall man. The minibar/fridge was not on. We chilled our drinks between the window glasses. One of the chairs in the room was broken. I had to put two cushions underneath to sit on it. There are several bars next to the hotel. From the street...
This is a basic hotel in an excellent location in the Old Town of Riga. Check-in was efficient and the room was quite large. Our room was street facing so I did hear noise from the pubs nearby but nothing that kept me awake and the hotel did provide earplugs, if needed. I must commend the hotel staff as my son forgot his expensive headphones when we checked out and, when I contacted the hotel a day...
Excellent central location, hotel is very central. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast with a variety of choices. Room and lobby very clean. Price is adequate. Reccomended. Only downsite is that there is a club oppisite the hotel room which might loud for some. But it was ok for us.
I had a couple of nights here with our eldest son. Excellent location. Clean , helpful staff, decent enough room. Breakfast was just ok. The lady on reception asked if we wanted a brolly when it was as hammering down. Great value for money too.

Good location, friendly staff. We went there mainly for the parking, unfortunately it was full on the first night but parking is free in the same street after 20:00. The next morning the staff kindly save a place for our car. Good breakfast. Classy ("old-fashion") environment
Huge, but slightly worn down rooms. Bathrooms nicely renovated with floor heating. Room heating was not working very well, so it could become a bit cold (but still acceptable) at night (in November). Given the low price per night, it's really a good deal though. Good breakfast selection with fresh fruit, various smoked fish, cheese, the typical bacon+sausage+eggs (fried, omelette, 3+5 minute boiled...
very good place, only 3-4 minutes til old town, manager was awesome: she introduce us Rigas history, main places. breakfast was delicious and coffee was really great!
4 stars hotel, but I could say one star less. Rooms are very eco-style, looks like become old and runs out of time. OK, I understand style, but my comment is not about that - when you enter doors of the room, first you smell dust and see how all the walls, bed, mirror, bath and other things are shouting to change them to new ones. The best thing is breakfast in high class restaurant in this hotel....
