On general, we had a comfortable stay with a well decorated, spacious and clean room. The service was friendly and quick. May be the best part was the location and the wonderful beach just in front of the hotel

The hotel has a nice kids playground and they have provided the kids pot for us as well which was very convenient! The only thing is a very strong air freshener smell in the lobby where the reception is

I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room

There are no negative comments about it. The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very cooperative. The breakfast is full of many items that satisfy all people, and there is many restaurants

The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable

Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice

Great location and stylishly renovated. It’s connected to a mall with a grocery store and just a few minute walk from the water/heart of Budva waterfront. Wifi/internet was fast and stable

Amazing service and hospitality. The gym has all the equipments you will need. Breakfast is good but the coffee can be improved. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Definitely right choice to book there

Well appointed rooms with large balconies. The taxi arranged by the hotel to/from the airport was convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast is average but does the job

Guests also have access to the third party gym in the mall which is compact but well run. Outdoor pool is small but good to have on hot summer days

There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the Old Town. The hotel is spotlessly clean, our room was large with a balcony overlooking the small park

Great location, everywhere is walking distance. Staff is very kind and attentive. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only place I’d ever chose if I revisit Budva! Their bar-restaurant Hemingway is also great

Stayed here for an amazing 11 nights with a spacious room, great service and an amazing view. Anna and Danil were the best. Very courteous, helpful and accommodating. The food was beyond fresh and delicious

I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on

Location in quiet distict of Budva, about 15 min walking to old town/beach. Near hotel there are many shops and restaurstions/pubs

Nice, clean and tidy little hotel. Private parking in front of the hotel. 10 min walking to the centar of Budva. Hotel has a small pool on the roof with a sunbeds. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was friendly

Mattresses in the rooms provide high level of comfort, we all slept like a babies. I strongly recommend this hotel. The surroundings are quiet, the pool and outdoor terrace can be a perfect place for chilling

Approximately 10 minutes slow walk to the beach (bear in mind, the building is on the hill, you will have to climb the hill a little bit, but for me, again, it wasn't an issue)

Our room was very spacious and beautiful. We could enjoy the views from our balcony. I higly recommed to have a car in Monteengro, it`s easy to move around. I`d come back again to this hotel:)

The location is a bit far from the sea, and the road to the hotel is very steep, so for elderly people it may be a little hard to walk, but they have transfers from the beach 3 times a day

It was our first time in Montenegro. We decided to stay at this lovely place. It was a good decision because this hotel is located in Becici (in the middle of the Montenegrin coast)

The walk to Budva centre is around 3km, maybe 25-30 minutes, and there are 2 ways: one with the road above the hill, and one with tunnel. But both have pretty nice views on the city and the beach and sea

Four of us were there in a vacation. The employees were really kind and helpful, one of them even made us a hot cup of tea in the middle of the night when we got cought by the storm

Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go

:) For four people the room felt a bit small, but for two it should be fine. In the room was an aircondition, a TV, and a fridge (we actually had a big and a small room, the AC was in the big one)

They have free parking spots and you can sit outside under a large kiwi and bougainvillea bush. We could park there our rented scooter, and they let us park there after the check out, too

We had a small problem with the toilet, but they handled the situation really quick. Our room and our balcony faced a busy street, therefore when we opened the windows, it was quite loud

Near the hotel is a small convenience store and a bakery, and even the beach is really close. Somewhere around lives a beautiful, long haired, calico cat, we met her every day, she is perfect

It was an awesome experience at this property and Nina was really helpful in helping us sort our issues. If you're in the Budva axis of Montenegro, I 100% recommend.

The hotel has its own parking which is not paid especially which is a big plus. If the road brings us to Budva again, we will surely come again. Greetings from Croatia, and thank you for everything ❤️

Everyone is so helpful and willing to talk. Also the hotel itself is beautiful and has been thoughtfully decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the room is quite spacious

We have been there for 5 days it was so nice ! they are kind and rooms are so clean fresh:) we were 8 people include babies and everyone like it so much! its so close budva beachs.

The cocktail menu was extremely limited and given the location and lack of transport provided, some days we wanted to stay around the pool and drink margaritas, but the accommodation could not offer this despite having the ingredients

Great location, close to everything and helpful staff. They were kind enough to extend our trip an extra day at the front end and helped us with airport transporting. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful

The whole area is being developed. would have had lovely views but other hotels are going up all round it so view was basically just of building sites

The location is only five minutes walk away from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old Budva town. The facilities around the hotel are easily accessible. A bus station is 9 minutes walk away

The hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from both the beach and the charming old town. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating

Location is just perfect calm and near everything (beach, restaurants, shops etc). The staff are just so friendly, so helpfull and polite. If i ever come back to montenegro ill go back to fagus for sure

But our room has no all the furniture for a comfort life (we had no washing machine in our room and went to the other empty room to wash our clothes). It it’s possible it’s not a general case

Well it was a pleasant place but there was a bit of a problem whit one of our bathrooms, and when we tried to print a documentum we couldn't find any person for that the reception guy didn't know anything abaut computers so we solved this on our own

It's a good for price. Nice and kind staffs will welcome you. I really enjoyed there. The reason for 4 stars is that there is no refrigerator in the room.

The old town and the sandy beaches mogren1,2 to 15 minute walk along the coast. In General, everything is close

Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom

Clean and tidy, see the work of staff, all the lawns are manicured, lots of palm trees and shrubs. Vacationers - mostly children

The staff can maybe learn a bit more English as well. Food is not always good, sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it’s not very appetizing. The entertainment is very good! A lot of fun stuff to do around the hotel

I didn't stay there, so I'm not rating the rooms, but the gardens and the style the hotel is built in. It's very green & unpretentious but gorgeous. It reminds me of a beautiful hacienda. The terrace with music is nice

Appliances and plumbing without complaints, everything worked. We took a room with a balcony - I definitely recommend it: we dried clothes there and sat chatting at a table in the evenings after a walk

Safe, refrigerator, hot water, quiet air conditioning. The hotel is located behind the road (there are large hotels in front of the road). Walk to the sea for about 10 minutes. Near one market and a couple of shops

Always friendly and dedicated staff, I was even allowed to choose the floor I would like to sleep on, the room very nice and big, everything very clean, nice bathroom, very very comfortable one of the most comfortable beds I have visited in a hotel in Europe, also breakfast in the morning

This is the second time I have visited Budva and the second time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very centrally located, underground parking lot with direct access to the reception

Staff were really helpful with us regarding information, allowed check out at 12 and we could use the pool etc while we all waited to find out our next location

Stayed as part of an escorted tour. The staff and service were delightful. Rooms great and very clean. The only drawback was the location which was very busy with traffic.

New and very modern hotel on Budva's walkway , 2 min walk from the sea , and 5 min. Very nice room with great bed and good shower. 2 TVs on the Deluxe room with 2 Separate ACs. The Buffet Breakfast was very tasty

Best hotel and service experience that I had so far! Rooms are spacious with stunning sea view, soft lining and towels. Also I recommend to eat at the restaurant in the hotel

It’s extra tasty, potion are big and very nicely served. Definitely try prosciutto and rose vine!
