Very nice people, perfectly clean, all new (at 2023), great breakfast, quiet and yet close to old city (using a car when going to the old city /beach in the evening is not an option), parking (a big issue on coastal area). Bedroom separate from living room. Bottom line - loved it!

We stayed in a studio apart on the first floor with a 'sea view', although I would say it's more partial sea view, for 3 nights. The room was clean and although I don't think we had new towels, the bed was made and towels folded every day. Staying at this hotel as we are staying there. Extremely friendly and highly professional staff. The hotel is located very close to the stores, Old Town and to the beach. It is clean and modern. Magnificent view. The breakfast is fresh and offers a healthy variety.

Apsolute positive, service is great. Parking was provided. Apartman was also great, clean, spacy.

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best was the pool in this apartment. Never was cowded and its a children magnet. Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

Safe parking and good location. Spacious apartment but not very clean especially utensils and the kettle in the kitchen. The door knocks of the balcony were not working. The bathroom wa was too dim and the shower place was small.

As the name implies, chill/rest and go. Spacious apartments, laundry although small but serve the purpose. Location is not central but not far which means lots of space for parking 🅿️.

The balcony was pretty nice and we had a good view, there were chairs and a table outside too, the bed in the living room was decent too, just a little short for me, I couldn't quite fully stretch my legs. Tv was mediocre at most, you had the standard montenegrian channels and well that was it. One of the automatic roller blinds was broken and wouldn't go all the way down. The kitchen "table" only...

Great hotel with a beautiful sea view! Polite and friendly staff! The apartment has everything you need, clean and comfortable! On the territory of the pool and covered parking, within walking distance of shops. To the sea 15-20 minutes walk. Good value for money!

Impecable accomodations and very spacious. Nothing to complain about the appartment. The underground parking lotnis a tad narrow and requires a bit of creativity for parking you car. I recommend

Nice and clean hotel with very friedly staff. Good location but not so far from city center. Pool is little but nice area to relax. Breakfast variates and can be as poor as couple of croissants, but sometimes a lot to eat. There is no restaurant so breakfast is served to the rooms. If you are looking new and quiet hotel and you dont have special needs for breakfast, this is it.

It's not a super style apartment but it is very usable, clean and with great views. The delivery of breakfast is a bonus. The traffic noise is a bit excessive early morning.

The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

Lovely , spotless , comfortable, pool , great hosts ! 5 th floor rooms has patio doors out to the pool . Really great location , such friendly hosts so helpful . We had a great stay there , local restaurants served good food . Old Town only a stroll along the promenade away with marina , restaurants , beach and sites to see . We had a great 24 hours !

It's okay it did for one night's stay. Room quite small and basic. WiFi is non-existent in the upper floors. Had to sit in reception in order to connect. Convenient parking outside made easy by the hosts.

The apartment was at very good location, it has a nice balcony too. The staff was very friendly. I needed to print my bus ticket, when I asked them they setup the laptop and spent extra time to help me to print it. Very good service, really appreciated!

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

A very decent place! Located in a quiet area of ​​Budva. To the sea about 5 minutes at a leisurely pace. In general, everything is fine, the sea is close, from the second floor the views are beautiful - the sea, the mountains, all of Budva are in full view. In a minute of walking there is a good dining room, a megastore, a bar, a pizzeria. Of the minuses - very bad internet, speed is close to zero. If you sleep with the windows open, the noise of the condes of the megastore interferes.

This place was amazing, it had a kitchen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom all the things you need, it also has a spacious balcony with a table, sun beds, and chairs and the view is stunning at all times. I can stare at the view for hours. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s lovely.

Incredible & breathtaking view with phenomenal service. We enjoyed every minute. The beach is a bit of walk but it is one of the less crowded beaches around and definitely worth it. Ana was always available & super helpful. Don’t miss out on watching the sunset from this balcony. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful place to stay near Budva and Jaz Beach. The room is beautiful and has a wonderful sea view from a great height. Kitchen utensils, a wardrobe, and a fridge are included in the room. There is free parking, and the hosts are lovely.

Becici was one of our stops coming all way from Canada. Mitende - short and sweet great place unfortunately we where staying only 3 days but location , cleanliness of rooms and beautiful views from top floor is priceless.

I was with my spouse in February 2020. The location is excellent for city walks, close to the beach, with shops and cafes nearby. The room is great, with a city and sea view from the balcony.

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is well placed, close to beach, stores and restaurants. We did not notice any trafic noice when trying to sleep. Staff was very polite and helpfull when we needed something. Our room felt clean and well maintained. Wifi and good aricon. Would recomend.
