We spent two weeks here and it felt like paradise. The room was wonderful with amazing views of the sea,the pool and beautiful gardens. The dining room was a delight with a wonderful terrace which we always used

We stayed at the hotel and were generally satisfied. The service was good, and the staff was polite and attentive. The hotel itself is decent, comfortable, and clean

Location is lovely , surrounded by lots of greenery and mountains with the bonus of the beach. Well maintained and clean. The only downside is the plates and cups need to be picked up more regularly as it attracts wasps.

The hotel is huge and has plenty of activities, the pool is great and the breakfast is amazing, because you can have multiple choices of food. The bedrooms were also really comfortable

there are many pools, great drinks, great view from the room. the rooms feel old but they are well preserved. I would definitely will come back

The hotel has a nice kids playground and they have provided the kids pot for us as well which was very convenient! The only thing is a very strong air freshener smell in the lobby where the reception is

I think the only problem is that when I went with my dad, he booked a room with two beds and when we first arrived they gave us one with only one bed. But they quickly moved us to another room

we had great stay, variety of facilities and helpful staff, easy to park your car. the cleanjng service is good but not as expected. the bed’s linen not changed everyday

Also we were not able to use the rooftop pool as it was always closed, when we asked the reception it was due to chance of rain? Overall it is a nice hotel to stay with during your holiday

Lovely hotel situated not too far from Budva Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Seating available inside and out on the terrace which is fine in good weather. An a la carte menu is available in the evening

Roof top bar is good with views across the bay, an infinity pool & sun loungers, parasols to use. Staff great and the food is lovely in this area. Sauna & massage service available to residents of the hotel

The hotel is perfect in every way. The location is excellent, most rooms have sea views. On the 9th floor (roof) there is a swimming pool - a unique place in Budva; no other hotel in this city could afford this

Coming to the hotel we were greeted by the very lovely hotel staff Marina. The rooms are clean and spacious although we were on the part where there is an ongoing construction work so we often wake up with noises

They also gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne and a cake for my birthday

I expected the big outdoor pool to be gimmicky but it turned out to be an awesome place to spend the afternoon watching the beach below and the boats pass by

Location of the hotel and view from our balcony were fantastic. The beach and pool are also lovely. Check-in at 3 pm is too late. Missing kettle in the rooms and no kids playground, which both are strange.

The location is very good , very close to the old town and on the small, town beach. Room was quite spacious and bathroom was good. Spa was good, range of saunas and a couple of pools

Pool area lovely, when the storms hit the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room sauna were brilliant. Book heavily and ignore the negativity. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat

We stayed in the new building (sobe) with a balcony overlooking the sea and the old town. The room was huge, sleek, and modern but the view was the real prize

The hotel is nice and located close to the beach. The service and the staff were amazing, as well as the food options during breakfast and lunch. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the spa (although small rooms).

for the price they don’t provide basic amenities, location is prime, beach footsteps away… about half hour to main town attraction walking …breakfast and dinner buffet have many choices and is well worth it, breakfast is included lunch and dinner are extra…

I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. Aqua park is amazing for all ages, we had so much fun. The food served there is very delicious

This hotel has all the facilities you could ask for swimming pools, gym, hairdressers etc we had a lovely room with sea & mountain views, hotel staff were helpful and friendly the only thing that wasn't to my liking was the restaurant which offers buffet meals while the quality of food on offer was good I prefer a relaxing restaurant with waiter service rather than queuing up for food so we ate out...

The waiters were very attentive and special mention to Stefan who looked after us. The beach is 5 minutes away and there are many sun beds. The sea was very warm and clear. There is a beach bar right next to you

Hotel right in between Budva and Becici. First time here, and but for the painfully small shower, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Wasn't too keen on the beach to be honest, a gritty type of sand

We tried dinner at the restaurant one evening which was also alright for the price of 22€ pr. The hotel has its own beach area located 5 minutes away on foot

Huge thanks to the house keeping for the styryl cleanliness in the rooms, the last few days before check out we even had to hang a sign that they did not come because the hotel was a mass settlement and did not want to burden them

However, the strict surveillance did not cause a sense of security, rather irritation: every day they went to check the mini bar, you feel like you are being watched during lunch and dinner, as if controlling how much you took

5 star hotel but very small rooms ( no closet) no coffeemaker. Very small pool with no place to sit around. We had to pay 15 euros for seats on the beach. The air-condition was difficult to activate

Located close to the sea front, with parking - Hotel Budva was a great find and place to stay the first couple of nights of our trip. The hotel has a fantastic pool and pool bar

Great hotel with excellent service also a parking space! However, there are many new buildings under construction, it is very noisy during the day (also at night if you have a room with sea view on the pedestrian zone) and it is quite hard to drive around the area

Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice

The hotel is situated near the sea. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore. Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter

Amazing service and hospitality. The gym has all the equipments you will need. Breakfast is good but the coffee can be improved. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Definitely right choice to book there

Guests also have access to the third party gym in the mall which is compact but well run. Outdoor pool is small but good to have on hot summer days

Great location and stylishly renovated. It’s connected to a mall with a grocery store and just a few minute walk from the water/heart of Budva waterfront. Wifi/internet was fast and stable

Rooms are same as they are presented on photos. They should clean room better every day. No variety, every day same meals without taste, no worthy at all. For that money there are much better option along beach

The beach in front of the hotel is dirty, and not very good, the food is just fine but nothing special, while the service is the main reason to avoid Montenegro in general

I recommend to take the room Adriatic, it will be your Wi-Fi and often a good view from the window. The food is not very diverse, but not stay hungry

Everybody who works there has pride in doing a good and taking care of guests so they have the best experience. It is centrally located for the beaches, Old Town, and the city of Budva

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking to enjoy beaches or swimming… the beaches close by are horrible - we had to drive c. 20 mins to find a decent beach

The attention to detail was fantastic. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of tidying up and organizing. The front desk was friendly, answered our questions about the area, and shared their knowledge of Budva

The pre breakfast and breakfast that they serve guests is amazing. I suggest the poached eggs with salmon. The eggs were perfectly poached to make a wonderful breakfast to start your day

Great location, everywhere is walking distance. Staff is very kind and attentive. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only place I’d ever chose if I revisit Budva! Their bar-restaurant Hemingway is also great

Excellent hotel to stay in Becici. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is too good. Rooms are big and comfort. You have sea view and beach is very close (5 minutes walk). Beach is nice too with good deckchairs.

Small pebbles on the beach are closer to the sand, pebbles at the entrance to the sea, the bottom is stones, but comfortable (but still they took special water slippers, since they went to Nicholas Island, there, if without slippers, it will be very unpleasant for the feet in the sea)

There is a beach bar, beer, juice, water, coffee. For those who do not live here, seiyas 5 euros umbrella + sun lounger, during the season it was 10 or 12, residents of the hotel are free

To the beach you need to walk down past a car rental and a hotel construction site, then turn right and their beach with blue umbrellas and steep sun loungers with awnings over your head, I see for the first time

Also wifi on the beach, the speed is great everywhere! There is an elevator. The room is small but cozy, nice furniture, bathroom, clean, large bed, comfortable mattress

The hotel also offers free access to their small pool, sauna, and steam room, which offered a relaxing escape. The breakfast was a wonderful continental spread, and the staff was very friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Budva! Although we initially booked a double room for just the two of us and our daughter, the owner, who lives in the same building, kindly upgraded us to a superior room at no extra charge

She also prepared an extra bed for our daughter, making us feel truly welcomed. She greeted us with a warm smile, even though we arrived late in the evening, and was more than willing to assist us with anything we needed

Great place to stay when you are at Budva. Amazing staff, perfect view from your room and a nice place to have some coffee and breakfast downstairs. Located in a calmer corner of budva, close to center and sea.

There’s an inside and outside area for the restaurant with a small-ish pool - but there’s not many guests so this is adequate. Definitely could be more than 4 stars as a hotel

Great hidden gem with spa, pool and great breakfast. Balcony in room is lovely too. Budva Central is not as beautiful as Kotor and other areas. But the old town is beautiful

Mattresses in the rooms provide high level of comfort, we all slept like a babies. I strongly recommend this hotel. The surroundings are quiet, the pool and outdoor terrace can be a perfect place for chilling

They change towels and clean rooms very day. The owner speaks English, is very helpful. Lasts until early afternoon 😉. There is a lift to the pool on the roof

Approximately 10 minutes slow walk to the beach (bear in mind, the building is on the hill, you will have to climb the hill a little bit, but for me, again, it wasn't an issue)

I liked this hotel very much! For this price it is very good. There is everything you need, kettle, cups, hangers, hair dryer, etc

The walk to Budva centre is around 3km, maybe 25-30 minutes, and there are 2 ways: one with the road above the hill, and one with tunnel. But both have pretty nice views on the city and the beach and sea

The location is a bit far from the sea, and the road to the hotel is very steep, so for elderly people it may be a little hard to walk, but they have transfers from the beach 3 times a day

Same for the door to the outside pool, which is also a good bonus to have. There is also a safe inside the room. Plus they offer you beach towels every day
