Hotels on first line in Budva

We stayed for 7 days middle of October. 2 adults and 2 kids ( 6 and 8 years old). All inclusive hotel that has a lot to offer. 2 restaurants, pizzeria, beach bar, pool bar, piano bar. 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool

An amazing family friendly resort in a great location in Budva with direct access to the beach

Hotel position is also great, near the beach and surrounded by mountains. I hope to be back next summer

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city

The location service is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and they also helped us upgrade the room type. The hotel's spa and gym are open for free, and the sea-view swimming pool is particularly beautiful. must go!

The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old

Location of the hotel and view from our balcony were fantastic. The beach and pool are also lovely. Check-in at 3 pm is too late. Missing kettle in the rooms and no kids playground, which both are strange.

The location is very good , very close to the old town and on the small, town beach. Room was quite spacious and bathroom was good. Spa was good, range of saunas and a couple of pools

Can't believe all the negative reviews. Beautiful hotel, staff were all helpful. Room was amazing with fantastic balcony and views of the od town and sea. Great big spacious room with a lovely bathroom and bath

The side balcony was small and just about had a side view of the sea which was disappointing. Pool is lovely, with amazing views of the bay

Also we were not able to use the rooftop pool as it was always closed, when we asked the reception it was due to chance of rain? Overall it is a nice hotel to stay with during your holiday

Lovely hotel situated not too far from Budva Old Town. The rooms are spacious and clean. Seating available inside and out on the terrace which is fine in good weather. An a la carte menu is available in the evening

Be aware though that it has a number of steps up and then only a ladder into the pool which could be a challenge for some. Breakfast was good, lots of variety including freshly made eggs, omelettes, and pastries

Roof top bar is good with views across the bay, an infinity pool & sun loungers, parasols to use. Staff great and the food is lovely in this area. Sauna & massage service available to residents of the hotel

Bar staff were lovely and brought drinks direct to sun loungers. Hotel is located on a busy bypass, however is only a 5 to 10 minute walk to the sea front which has lots of restaurants, bars & shops

The hotel is nice and located close to the beach. The service and the staff were amazing, as well as the food options during breakfast and lunch. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the spa (although small rooms).

Tell me please, when will the aquapark open this season?

I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. Aqua park is amazing for all ages, we had so much fun. The food served there is very delicious

Hotel Mediteran is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel at home

for the price they don’t provide basic amenities, location is prime, beach footsteps away… about half hour to main town attraction walking …breakfast and dinner buffet have many choices and is well worth it, breakfast is included lunch and dinner are extra…

Mixed Feelings on the "All-Inclusive" Experience at Hotel Montenegro Beach Resort My recent stay at the Hotel Montenegro Beach Resort offered some enjoyable aspects, particularly its lovely location

I n particular I have to praise Alexandria and Anastasia at the pool bar they really did look after us, and they certainly knew how to make this "old guy" feel special or different

The beach was lovely - recommend beach shoes for swimming as it is stony underfoot. Pool was the cleanest I have ever seen

If you or your children wanted it outside of these very limited windows, you had to purchase it separately at the pool bar. This felt quite restrictive for an all-inclusive concept and led to some disappointment

Our 8 day stay was superb, hotel excellent in every aspect, location, pool area , beach, food, restaurant and bars, comfort, room, amenities

The pool area was nice and quiet. We paid a bit extra for a sea view room which I imagine would be much better than looking at the shopping centre on the other side

at a very short walking distance from the old city and located just in front of the sea front with all the restaurants and the cafes. Nice, welcoming and professional staff. Beautiful, comfortable large rooms

5 star hotel but very small rooms ( no closet) no coffeemaker. Very small pool with no place to sit around. We had to pay 15 euros for seats on the beach. The air-condition was difficult to activate

Food varied, we took the half Board(HB). Very cozy and beautiful the hotel building with private green area and its beach

The place has facilities: gym, pool. But we were only there for one night and didn't take advantage of it. Next time we wish we could stay longer. The breakfast buffet is good, especially honey and yogurt

Pool area spotless, with nice sunbeds, free towels and 1 parasol per 2 beds. Staff work very hard & are always helpful, no complaints at all

Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice

Taxis into Budva were expensive €20 / €25 each way. The restaurants along the beach are okay but we found the food in Budva to be nicer. Again, slightly over priced for the quality of the meals

The hotel is situated near the sea. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore. Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter

Not a bad hotel but there are nuances. Most rooms with French balconies.To the sea 300 meters. The food is decent. The hotel is quiet with no entertainment.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere

Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure

Beach chair use you pay as a minimum spend but the service and food is great and worth every penny. Also not as busy as public beaches

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant

The hotel also has two beautiful swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds available — and the best part is, there's no extra charge for using them! I especially recommend this hotel for families with small children

Small downlight was that they had issue with daily replacing of towels There are 2 outdoor pools with salty watter, not very deep and suitable for children and the sea beach is very close

Everybody who works there has pride in doing a good and taking care of guests so they have the best experience. It is centrally located for the beaches, Old Town, and the city of Budva

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking to enjoy beaches or swimming… the beaches close by are horrible - we had to drive c. 20 mins to find a decent beach

The attention to detail was fantastic. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of tidying up and organizing. The front desk was friendly, answered our questions about the area, and shared their knowledge of Budva

The pre breakfast and breakfast that they serve guests is amazing. I suggest the poached eggs with salmon. The eggs were perfectly poached to make a wonderful breakfast to start your day

Great location, everywhere is walking distance. Staff is very kind and attentive. Rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only place I’d ever chose if I revisit Budva! Their bar-restaurant Hemingway is also great

The location is only five minutes walk away from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old Budva town. The facilities around the hotel are easily accessible. A bus station is 9 minutes walk away

Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the foodwas consistently delicious, and the stunning sea view from our room made for a truly memorable stay

Additionally, the Queen size beds provided excellent comfort and the hotel's prime location on the first line near the sea and in proximity to Budva made it easyto explore the beautiful beaches and enjoy fantastic restaurants along the coastline

The rooftop pool was small but pleasant with some nice views. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed during our stay so we could not enjoy this service whilst at the pool

Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more

Absolutely love this place! It is so spacious! There is a big park which is perfect for children and morning workout. There is a pool with instructor so your children can learn to swim here

Not a bad town, good restaurants, many beaches, but the promenade is mediocre, reminiscent of Sudak.

Attention! Next to the hotel is the local market, where you can buy high-quality clothes below EU prices! The clothes are original quality, but the goods are lower than in western malls! The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym!

Special thanks to Andrei for his hospitality and his kind help with our non-trivially last minute booking request :) I missed a coffee machine a bit (simple capsule machine would do) and found the road to be noisy at nights - if you prefer to sleep with open windows (you don't, not in August anyway) - otherwise had nothing to complain about

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it
