The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.

Four of us were there in a vacation. The employees were really kind and helpful, one of them even made us a hot cup of tea in the middle of the night when we got cought by the storm. :) For four people the room felt a bit small, but for two it should be fine. Very pleasant staff, available, attentive. Superb room, King bed, balcony with view of the Adriatic, in the unique Mediterranean fjord. Possibility of buses for neighboring towns or suggestions for outings with guides. I highly recommend.

Oh it was fabuloussssss! The staff were so nice in the restaurant and and on reception. They left a lovely note and a birthday cake for me in my room which was very nice and unexpected. The hotel is so close to the beach just a few steps down and they have sun beds and a table reserved free of charge for guests. It was a very pleasant experience and stay. Kind staff, great breakfast (although no vegan options except salad) and slightly varying from day to day. Fitness room is a bit small but well equipped overall. To note that there are some construction sites around the hotel, although they weren't active at the time of my stay, good idea to ask beforehand,.could possibly influence the atmosphere.

Convenient location next to the bus station, but far from the sea. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The room is very small, cramped. No balcony. The window is only in the bathroom. I would especially like to note the delicious and varied breakfast.

The location is great: downtown. Breakfast is without praise: the portion is large and very tasty. Cleanliness in the room. Fast internet. One TV channel in Russian. Full triple room. The bathroom sink is tilted. Water if you do not have time to remove it from the edge of the sink, drained to the floor or into the trash can.

Was only in the bar at the hotel. Cook very fast and delicious. Bring even faster beer, served in a chilled glass pair, that is not all beer restaurants. Very happy

Went for lunch. Ordered three dishes for two. The waiter suggested that fish dish is better to take one for two. The Board was welcome as we ate too much!! Delicious. The total score is 16 euros. The only negative - long prepared the order.

A nice hotel (price vs quality) with friendly people. Parking space availabe and close to the beach. Rooms are OK, they are renovating the rooms step by step. Only the bed was teryfing for my back and I am not too old.

Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. Also witnessed pickpockets in operation just outside, they were rumbled.

Price and quality come hand in hand. Big plus about the air conditioning and shower pressure. Our room shower head was broken but they changed it quite fast to a new one. Great service! We made an early check-in, warm-welcoming staff of the hotel offered to help with the luggage. The food was delicious, with different salads and desserts. The room was slightly small, but with a big terrace. The position of the hotel is a 7-10 minutes walk from the beach.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

It's a bit annoying that all of the restaurants are so close to each other and they can't agree on one music style. The staff was fine and the serving time was not too bad but the main point is that the food was great and the portions are huge even though the prices are lower than at most places.

It is rare to find a triple room for family travel. It is a small and exquisite hotel with new facilities, clean and warm. It is very close to the ancient city of Budva and the Adriatic Sea. It is also very convenient to go to the supermarket and the breakfast ingredients are fresh.

Marina the landlord is very kind, we also understood each other with very poor language skills .I can only recommend to everyone.The beach is a bit far from the accommodation, but you can be there in 20 minutes. Couldn’t beat the cleanliness but we would recommend this only with a car. It was fairly out of town. However we didn’t try the taxis so can’t really comment on these.
