An amazing family friendly resort in a great location in Budva with direct access to the beach. I didn't upgrade rooms so got a slightly outdated room, two single beds given to a couple with an uncomfortable gap in the middle was my only complaint. We were very happy with the friendly attitude of the staff at the hotel where we came for our honeymoon. It is one of the best hotels in Budva. They are helpful and full of gifts. I stayed at the hotel with my family four years in a row. We are very satisfied with the hotel. The service is better and better each years. All staff is amazing! The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk. Wonderful friendly and helpful owner, beautiful large new rooms, wonderful bathroom and shower and the most comfortable bed of our one month trip in the balkans! Seriously like sleeping on a cloud. However, the standard room was smaller than we expected and appeared in the photos. The wardrobe door was hitting the air conditioner, and the bathroom was also small. We have stayed there for 3 nights. Beautiful, cozy and clean hotel. Breakfast was rich enough and we had a great stay there. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Old City, it can be quite exhausting under the sun but still worth it. The staff was helpful.

On the face of it a lovely hotel, however the Aircon was incredibly noisy and kept turning itself off. We were told that breakfast ended at 10:30am, when it actually finished at 9:30am, so we therefore missed breakfast. It has the possibility of doing well with good communication from staff.

Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... Breakfast was pleasant with a mixed variety of hot and cold items. We hired a car through the hotel and again the receptionist was really very helpful. Thank you for making our stay a great one ☺️

Great location, close to everything and helpful staff. They were kind enough to extend our trip an extra day at the front end and helped us with airport transporting. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, wished the beds were more comfortable, other than that, a great place to stay.

There is no parking and you have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, which is not good. The food is quite good but not varied. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and serves you with love.

Very lovely hotel. Location is just perfect calm and near everything (beach, restaurants, shops etc). The staff are just so friendly, so helpfull and polite. If i ever come back to montenegro ill go back to fagus for sure

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Breakfasts were good, and the welcoming wine was such a thoughtful touch. The beach was just a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, and our room was very clean. Highly recommend!

The hotel is wonderful, we rented a cozy apartment for 4 people. The room was cleaned every day. We were charged for the room on the penultimate day. The apartment had a good view, there were two large balconies. There is everything you need, and even more. The staff is friendly, communicated in English or Russian.
