There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk. It's an amazing location with lots of restaurants, stores, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is super clean and brand new. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and definitely recommend it. Location is really good and flat you don’t have to climb. Breakfast was incredible. Anywhere you want to go you can go by walk. If you want to use public transportation is really close as well. However, the standard room was smaller than we expected and appeared in the photos. The wardrobe door was hitting the air conditioner, and the bathroom was also small. Our easyJet flight got cancelled and we got put up here. Lovely staff, good food and large rooms. Staff were really helpful with us regarding information, allowed check out at 12 and we could use the pool etc while we all waited to find out our next location.

The hotel is fantastic in terms of location, rooms, and services. Rooms have supplementary access to sauna. However, the swimming pool is only open in Summer for few months. Some very good restaurants, shopping malls, and beautiful beaches can be reached in few minutes of walk.

We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

New but already out of repairs, kettle, tv and weigh all not working. Good sea view but extremely noisy, only good for youngsters eager for night life! Lobby on 2/f causing luggage congestion, not good for tour groups!

Nice place to stay close to Budva but rooms need updating as very tired, particularly the bathroom, the shower needed a good clean as very grimy. Lovely selection of food but the cooked dishes were quite often cold. Also why can’t I have tea with my evening meal as I don’t drink alcohol?
