Had a fantastic stay. The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Nice buffet breakfast. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town.

We stayed here for 5 nights in April and had a 5 star experience. The staff were very good, especially Suzana at reception who gave us a warm welcome and was helpful throughout our stay. Good location but very noisy due to traffic and fantastic service. We went as a family of 4 and had a sea view deluxe 2 bedroom family room and half board. The infinity pool and spa facilities were great, too. The one letdown would be the food choice and labelling of food. For a 5*, we were expecting more high-end choices of food and more variety. This hotel is so good. The room we stayed in is one of the best rooms i have ever seen. When you go to eat, you can choose a huge variety of foods that are so tasty. You don't even need to leave the hotel. You have hundreds of activities to choose from , so if you can afford the hotel, i would highly recommend. 👌

On general, we had a comfortable stay with a well decorated, spacious and clean room. The service was friendly and quick. May be the best part was the location and the wonderful beach just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also quite well.

A good place with private beach, parking, pools and nice food, they provide kids (childrens castle) and adults (pool) activities. Minus one star for sun beds challenge, I think that the hotel should have more umbrellas and sun beds, but plus one star for great kids castle, its well equipped and animation team does well and for room automation. The rooms were amazing and the food was really tasty with loads of options and variety. Unfortunately the service was really lacking (delays, wrong orders, misinformation...). For a 5 star hotel this shouldn't happen. But overall the experience was good.

This hotel has great potential but is in renovation phase. we were group of 14 people with 5 rooms , everyone room was a little different in comfort. 1 big minus is the hotel IS NOT air conditioned , its merely a chiller or fan - we were sweating a lot. service by most employees is very good except the reception.

Quiet peaceful location, excellent food, good beds, helpful staff and good cleaning. The rooms are clean, light and comfortable. Nicer to rest September: a lot of our leaves and come the Europeans.

The hotel is situated near the sea. And this is a huge plus. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore.Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter. Personally, we lived next door in a private Villa, but reviews of other travelers and in appearance, all perfectly acceptable.The grounds are well kept, there are huge oleanders (seen in photo).

Hotel is modern and clean. Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice.

Very nice hotel but i want to emphasise some odds ; 15eu for car park daily- sunbed 300eu ( no free sunbed in the hotel). No elevator or ramp to reach reception( you have to step up 30 steps). Very kind staff and good breakfast, the hotel is a part od the Dukley resort. However, for the price and category of the hotel it needs to improve room amenities. Bathroom is extremely small with only soap, parking is charged 15eur per day.

The hotel left a good impression. Nice modern design and almost clean. "Almost" because there were ants on the bedding. More info: good soundproofing, good soft bed, enough space on the balcony to dry towels and wet clothes, good aircon. There is no better location in Budva than this hotel. To the right is the famous Morgen Beach, in front is the Old Town, and to the left is Budva Marina, all within a 2-minute walk. It's an amazing location with lots of restaurants, stores, and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is super clean and brand new. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and definitely recommend it. Very nice room with great bed and good shower. 2 TVs on the Deluxe room with 2 Separate ACs. The Buffet Breakfast was very tasty. Free Parking was available just outside the hotel's door.

Hotel as hotel is very very nice. Inside I mean, its very nice. Staff is ok, friendly most of the time, sometimes not. As is life. Furniture, infrastructure and cleanliness as spot on. Service is good, breakfast was great. 1 star off is because of the "sea view" we booked, but got room with some kind of monstrosity being built in front of our windows.

Hotel was lovely. Great location, super friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food. Hotel had plenty of room for parking our rental car. Spent three nights there in early July 2021 and would definitely do it again.

Nice hotel overall, well located, good service, friendly staff and large room. View from the balcony was not too bad either. A few very minor issues, odor from floor drain when l had the extractor turned on for a while and no tea in the 'tea and coffee' makings provided. Some cushions for the steel balcony furniture would have been great as well. To note, there is a building under construction next...

Best hotel and service experience that I had so far! Rooms are spacious with stunning sea view, soft lining and towels. Also I recommend to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. It’s extra tasty, potion are big and very nicely served. Definitely try prosciutto and rose vine!

Really nice hotel, lovely staff, rooms are great with a good view of the town. Tiny hill to walk up to get there, and about 20-25m walk to the old town of Budva. The breakfasts are great, they serve you cheese, pastries and meats immediately, with a selection of cereals, milk, yogurts, and hot drinks. There’s an inside and outside area for the restaurant with a small-ish pool - but there’s not many...

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty and generous. Our room (standard) was comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities in general were great. We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Tate, and so we definitely recommend it to others and would come back in the future!

The staff were lovely, accommodating and helpful. We were moved from The Diplomat when there was an issue with our room and the staff were wonderful. The rooms had massive balconies so you could sunbathe on the terrace. Breakfasts were incredible! Best breakfasts I’ve ever had whilst being in Europe!

Amazing hotel! Location is a bit far from Budva old town but a very nice place to stay close to lots of things. Service was great and the staff always took care of everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing and very generous! Great facilities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna) Highly recommended!!

An amazing boutique hotel in Budva! That room was big and had really comfy beds and a great shower. Downstairs has a gym sauna jacuzzi which we enjoyed and has a good amount of equipment for a gym session! Fantastic experience! SERVICE was above any expectations: they shipped the jacket I fogot in their hotel to my next destination!!!!!! DEAL was great, with dinner, breakfast, parking, and drinks included LOCATION is great. Be aware that there are constructions nearby though

Great location. Breakfast is sufficient but with 2 tour groups at the hotel, it must be full then, not that much space to enjoy the meals. Supermarket across the road is great.

A great hotel in terms of locations, cleanliness , room space and definitely service. Breakfast is so average , no kettle in the room and AC should be better. Overall experience is amazing. They extended our check out to 12:30 pm.

Great hotel! Very close to the beach and old town! The area is close to the beach but the serrpunding is dirty and messy, so focus on the hotel or the beach haha. Service was nice and airport transfer was amazing! New car and a very nice driver speaking perfect english and telling us a lot of stories about Montenegro!

Everything was close to perfect. Here we enjoyed the comfort a lot with my wife. Luckily our room had very nice sea and island view. Rooms were also very good only thing I can say is water leaked in bathroom under the sink couple of times.

Highly recommend this hotel. Cosy and modern place to stay in Budva. Rooms are spacious and clean, all with balcony. Extra thing was pool and place to relax on the roof. Breakfasts were delicious with a lot variety of food. Personel kindly and helpfull. Location in quiet distict of Budva, about 15 min walking to old town/beach. Near hotel there are many shops and restaurstions/pubs.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, accommodating staff and comfy beds. The pool was quiet and relaxing and practically had it to ourselves. It's a little walk from the main part, but it's not too far. There are shops and restaurants near by.

Clean. They change towels and clean rooms very day. The owner speaks English, is very helpful. Breakfast is big and full. Lasts until early afternoon 😉. There is a lift to the pool on the roof. All rooms have conditioners, a TV set, a little fridge and a balcony for two. Highly recommended. 4 star hotel.

Nice, clean and tidy little hotel. Private parking in front of the hotel. 10 min walking to the centar of Budva. Hotel has a small pool on the roof with a sunbeds. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel staff was friendly. For every recommendation.

Great hotel for the price. Very cosy and compact and at the same time spacious enough. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool on the roof makes the hotel stand out among other hotels of the same price range.
