Hotels with pool on first line in Budva

I loved staying here. Beautiful outdoor spaces compared to other hotels in the area...pools, garden, the beach a few meters away. Also the food was great. I would recommend.

We had the best family trip here, the stuff is extremely helpful kind and fun. The rooms are beautiful and the beach is wonderful. Unlimited delicious food and really good drinks. We made friends with Ben.

Location is lovely , surrounded by lots of greenery and mountains with the bonus of the beach. Well maintained and clean. The only downside is the plates and cups need to be picked up more regularly as it attracts wasps.

We felt very safe throughout, they really have taken all the measures you could hope for to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is in a stunning location looking out to the sea with views of on the coastline

Hotel is in a great location, becici beach is accessible from the back of the hotel. Budva is only a short taxi ride away, no more than €8 each way

It may have been that the young servers had basic bar knowledge too but they worked hard and it is the start of the season. Also I am guilty of not learning the local language

The hotel is fantastic in terms of location, rooms, and services. Rooms have supplementary access to sauna. However, the swimming pool is only open in Summer for few months

Staff were really helpful with us regarding information, allowed check out at 12 and we could use the pool etc while we all waited to find out our next location

Some very good restaurants, shopping malls, and beautiful beaches can be reached in few minutes of walk

The hotel room was nice, only issue was in the shower, it leaks a lot of water out in the rest of the toilet. Sauna had very limited access hours. The swimming pool closed at 6pm which is waaaay too early for Budva

I was under the impression that there’s a spa in the pool the resort based on the photos provided however it’s just the shape and it includes the jets too but it’s not a spa

The rooms are very clean and big, the breakfast and restaurant are very nice. The price is affordable and their coffee is delicious. I would recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is perfect in every way. The location is excellent, most rooms have sea views. On the 9th floor (roof) there is a swimming pool - a unique place in Budva; no other hotel in this city could afford this

The staff were all helpful, friendly and welcoming. Gym and spa & underground parking available to use. The view from rooftop pool and bar was spectacular. 20 min stroll along to Budva Old Town

The rooftop pool and large terrace were glorious with amazing views of the sea and mountains. Our room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Highly recommend this hotel in Budva

The rooms are clean, well-equipped and modern, but also homey and cozy. The location is two minutes away from the beach and boardwalk, there are stores and shops around, and really everything is within a few minutes walk

All of the staff were very attentive and helpful, and I was relieved to find that most of them spoke excellent English as I am ashamed to say my Montenegrin/Serbian is not very good! The overall service was just impeccable, and it’s clear the staff take immense pride in ensuring guests feel welcomed

We finished our stay with a Turkish massage at the in-hotel hammam which was just sensational and left us feeling relaxed and refreshed! It was truly the perfect end to a perfect holiday, and we can’t wait to visit Iberostar Slavija again!

On general, we had a comfortable stay with a well decorated, spacious and clean room. The service was friendly and quick. May be the best part was the location and the wonderful beach just in front of the hotel

6 euros, which looks a little strange for a hotel of this level. Very large balcony, curtains all over the window. Upon check-in - a gift from the hotel, in the form of wine and fruits

The room we stayed in is one of the best rooms i have ever seen. When you go to eat, you can choose a huge variety of foods that are so tasty. You don't even need to leave the hotel

Amazing hotel & spa. Three saunas, two indoor pools, one adults only. Private beach area complimentary towels. Has a casino and thrr restaurants.

The beach is always clean and you get a private area where you can get a lounger for free if you tell them your room number

Minus one star for sun beds challenge, I think that the hotel should have more umbrellas and sun beds, but plus one star for great kids castle, its well equipped and animation team does well and for room automation

Having walked a few miles down the beach I did not see another hotel that seemed to compare. I will caveat that we stayed in the new building and can’t comment on the rooms in the main building

They have some stupid rules though, like only allowed to wear sliders/flip flops round the pool and not being able to leave the pool area for even 5 minutes without having to hand your towel back

I expected the big outdoor pool to be gimmicky but it turned out to be an awesome place to spend the afternoon watching the beach below and the boats pass by

We stayed in the new building (sobe) with a balcony overlooking the sea and the old town. The room was huge, sleek, and modern but the view was the real prize

Also, we are here a few weeks ahead of the summer season when things are more quiet

5 star hotel but very small rooms ( no closet) no coffeemaker. Very small pool with no place to sit around. We had to pay 15 euros for seats on the beach. The air-condition was difficult to activate

Great hotel with excellent service also a parking space! However, there are many new buildings under construction, it is very noisy during the day (also at night if you have a room with sea view on the pedestrian zone) and it is quite hard to drive around the area

The only saving grace were the staff at the pool bar who provided some of the friendliest and most attentive service I’ve ever experienced. They alone boosted the rating from a 2* to a 3*

Beautiful water front hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. The food in the hotel was excellent and it is very close to many tourist locations and food options

Also we were told we couldn’t bring drinking water from the shop into the hotel rooms in 39 degree heat. The breakfast was very average and the cups and cutlery frequently ran out with no one caring to replace them

When arriving and multiple times after we were asked if we were actually guests at the hotel. The staff would frequently laugh at you when asking questions

for the price they don’t provide basic amenities, location is prime, beach footsteps away… about half hour to main town attraction walking …breakfast and dinner buffet have many choices and is well worth it, breakfast is included lunch and dinner are extra…

Central air conditioning is not warm - at night cool (+14) and in the room respectively, too. A Hairdryer is better to take, as the local not warm. If you don't count things in a very decent hotel

I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. Aqua park is amazing for all ages, we had so much fun. The food served there is very delicious

Hotel Mediteran is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco friendly terrace with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel at home

The hotel is situated near the sea. Across the road is a bus stop Megastore. Normal entrance, and in Montenegro on this matter

Around 3-5 mins walk to the bench through a private bridge, with free sun beds and umbrellas. Love the pool, outdoor bar and the lobby, comfortable chairs to relax. Breakfast is a rang of choice, staff are very nice

This hotel has all the facilities you could ask for swimming pools, gym, hairdressers etc we had a lovely room with sea & mountain views, hotel staff were helpful and friendly the only thing that wasn't to my liking was the restaurant which offers buffet meals while the quality of food on offer was good I prefer a relaxing restaurant with waiter service rather than queuing up for food so we ate out...

Hotel right in between Budva and Becici. First time here, and but for the painfully small shower, I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Wasn't too keen on the beach to be honest, a gritty type of sand

The waiters were very attentive and special mention to Stefan who looked after us. The beach is 5 minutes away and there are many sun beds. The sea was very warm and clear. There is a beach bar right next to you

Huge thanks to the house keeping for the styryl cleanliness in the rooms, the last few days before check out we even had to hang a sign that they did not come because the hotel was a mass settlement and did not want to burden them

The food was always topped up with fresh items. The chef Anel was excellent and cooked us some fresh omelettes on request ( don’t know if he was allowed but he was such a nice guy)

The location is only five minutes walk away from the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old Budva town. The facilities around the hotel are easily accessible. A bus station is 9 minutes walk away

Large TV, mini fridge, tea and coffee facilities. The shower has large rain shower head which is amazing. There’s air conditioning in the room. The balcony over looks the area with sea view

The hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from both the beach and the charming old town. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating

Location is just perfect calm and near everything (beach, restaurants, shops etc). The staff are just so friendly, so helpfull and polite. If i ever come back to montenegro ill go back to fagus for sure

There is no parking and you have to pay 10 euros per day for parking, which is not good. The food is quite good but not varied. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and serves you with love.

There’s an inside and outside area for the restaurant with a small-ish pool - but there’s not many guests so this is adequate. Definitely could be more than 4 stars as a hotel

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty and generous. Our room (standard) was comfortable and beautiful and all the facilities in general were great

Really nice hotel, lovely staff, rooms are great with a good view of the town. Tiny hill to walk up to get there, and about 20-25m walk to the old town of Budva

The breakfasts are great, they serve you cheese, pastries and meats immediately, with a selection of cereals, milk, yogurts, and hot drinks

Downstairs has a gym sauna jacuzzi which we enjoyed and has a good amount of equipment for a gym session! Breakfast was a super treat with a traditional plate of meats and bits to start with eggs and pancakes to follow! Also have tea/coffee and snacks/cakes available all day which was a nice touch

Good view from the top floors. 5 min to the beach and restaurants. The hotel has open roof but you need to ask the hotel owner

Well it was a pleasant place but there was a bit of a problem whit one of our bathrooms, and when we tried to print a documentum we couldn't find any person for that the reception guy didn't know anything abaut computers so we solved this on our own

It's really nice hotel. You don't have to worry about nothing and you can feel like at home. Hotel is situated nearby the beach. On The roof is swimming pool and sauna and restauracja with views.:)

Attention! Next to the hotel is the local market, where you can buy high-quality clothes below EU prices! The clothes are original quality, but the goods are lower than in western malls! The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym!

Nice family apartment hotel overall: very friendly and helpful staff, stunning views, large swimming pool, free parking, comfortable fully equipped guestrooms with kitchens - perfect for extended stays, good wifi speed and coverage - generally, you can fully trust the Hotel's web site, it is accurate and complete

There are few shops nearby where you can buy some food. And there are many restaurants on the beach where you can enjoy delicious food. Staff is very nice, polite and helpful

Although was in a quiet place was really close to the bus station that can take you to Budva or Sveti Stefan and also close to the beach

Special thanks to Andrei for his hospitality and his kind help with our non-trivially last minute booking request :) I missed a coffee machine a bit (simple capsule machine would do) and found the road to be noisy at nights - if you prefer to sleep with open windows (you don't, not in August anyway) - otherwise had nothing to complain about

There are 2 decent mini-markets and 2 restaurants within 10 minutes walk (we liked Atlantica more than Palm) with more choices if you walk 10 minutes more

Average hotel. The staff are very nice, but the rooms are old and pretty worn out. The breakfasts are tasty, but monotonous. You can walk to Budva in about an hour.

Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom

Sunbeds at the time of the September 17 5 Evros for 2 sunbeds on the beach and torch on Mograine for 2 sunbeds 15 euros

Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more

Absolutely love this place! It is so spacious! There is a big park which is perfect for children and morning workout. There is a pool with instructor so your children can learn to swim here

The breakfast is good which is important for tourists

We had reserved a car for 7:00 PM, but we were informed that it wouldn’t be available until the next morning

The location was a bit far from the old town and the majority of taxi drivers would massively rip off tourists. One time we were charged 25 euros for a 5 euro journey back to the hotel

Beautiful and clean hotel with a great pool area. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, regularly walking around the pool area to serve drinks to your sunbed

Realy nice hotel, rooms are complete new, service is perfect. Beach is 10min by walk, but for us were better stay in the pool

We arrived earlier, and they offered to store our luggage so we could enjoy the pool area. The pool area is always clean and looks immaculate, with waitstaff constantly around to ensure guests have everything they need

The only thing to note is the location - it is situated within a residential area (you can see a view of flats to one side of the pool area) and there are building works happening nearby

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the foodwas consistently delicious, and the stunning sea view from our room made for a truly memorable stay

Additionally, the Queen size beds provided excellent comfort and the hotel's prime location on the first line near the sea and in proximity to Budva made it easyto explore the beautiful beaches and enjoy fantastic restaurants along the coastline

Being right by the sea allowed me to indulge in leisurely walks along the beach and take refreshing dips in the water whenever I pleased

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful new hotel located on the first line of the sea. The hotel itself was absolutely amazing, with top-notch facilities and excellent service

The rooftop pool was small but pleasant with some nice views. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed during our stay so we could not enjoy this service whilst at the pool

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated along the beautiful coastline of Montenegro and the Adriatic Sea in the Bečići area
