A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. First trip to Montenegro and stayed in early June for 9 nights and the weather was high 20s - low 30s. Lovely hotel, staff and especially the scenery around the Bay of Kotor. Nice hotel and nothing more Old rooms. The food in the hotel is really bad. Dinner and breakfast were bad. Anyone who likes to eat something delicious should not go to the hotel's meals. The hotel will be good for everyone- couples, families (though the beach is not sandy), individual guests. Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. We had a room with a view of the bay, quiet and beautiful. The Internet was disconnected a couple of times, but this problem was quickly solved after contacting the reception. It’s my second time this year staying here and it’s one of my favourite. Rooms are very spacious and modern, rooms with marine view are a dream to sit with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy the marine views. We stayed here for 4 nights during a tour of Montenegro and wished we could have stayed longer. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

During checkout, I repeatedly asked if there were any outstanding payments, especially since we’d had a massage that wasn’t part of the all-inclusive package. We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use...if we knew it before we would take a room with a pool. The beach is very nice with good service and access.

The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). The hotel have a very nice view and has the best beach just in front of it. One thing that you have to be aware of is the street to get to the hotel, very narrow.. The best way is to come from the main road..

Tried to enter, walked around the whole complex without any luck. There is a balcony on the first floor in the inner side of the building, I enter it through the open window, but the door to the corridor is closed. Good luck!

It is a shame that this charming hotel is closed. It looks stunning from the outside. This is pure beauty. You just have to look at it from the right perspective and think outside the box. The dream.

Hotel is located at the beach and has a decent room cleaninles and food in its restaurant. This hotel is like a hotel from Stephen King's Shinning. Once it was a great hotel founded in 1981 with glass modern architecture but nowadays it just have a spirit of passed days of its glory, still it has something creepy but charming, definitely something worth visiting it.

I really satisfied with acvomodation even I wqs in non renovated block. Maybe other rooms are wors but mine was ok. I was on 3rd floor and had amesing view. We did not have air condition but room was cold because it was good oriented. I can said food is perfect in hotel! Also best thing is that chipest sunbath and sununbrela is in front of hotel. I don’t have enough words to describe how phenomenal this hotel was. From planning birthday surprises to helping us acquire cabs (not easy in Montenegro) and preparing meals that I will be thinking about for years, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

A perfect place... just the location is quite far from everything so good if you want to relax and have a car

We spent great time there with my wife and 3 years old kid. The staff was very helpful and service is very polite. Everyday cleaning was just perfect. You can lie on the floor in white closing and you want have any dust on it. Cheked by my son :) Apartments are wide and comfortable. Its a little bit away from the beach and main road but walk is good and taxi is cheap in the area. P.s Everything looks...

Perfect place! We are vacationing with a large group. The territory is well-groomed, a lot of greenery and flowers. Outdoor terrace, terrace with TV and upholstered furniture, sports area.. There is a small garden with a table for a romantic dinner. Outside there is a large summer kitchen: stove, oven, electric grill, refrigerators, washing machine, radio, fan. Surprised by a professional coffee machine...

Nice place, near the beach. Old furniture, but good. Very modest kitchen, but useful. A little bit not soundproof at all, but guests are good.
