I evaluate the restaurant with 5 stars, very good food for good prices.

The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. Elegant and lovely hotel complex with pleasant and friendly staff! The complex consists of a historical and residential part. There are amazing beach area with a pool, bar, and restaurant. I had such an amazing stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel and the location is stunning. The taxi services were a great addition for the swimmers. The breakfast each morning was outstanding. Everything was thought of. Thank you making my first visit to Montenegro a great one.

It’s my second time this year staying here and it’s one of my favourite. Rooms are very spacious and modern, rooms with marine view are a dream to sit with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy the marine views. Their new beach club is great also, only issue is I wish they would put sand on the beach instead of stones as the stones are not so nice to walk on and become bigger as you walk I to the sea...

Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

We stayed here for just one night, which was enough for us. At £80 for the night, we didn’t have high expectations, and overall, it met them. The location is not bad. The rooms are of course a little tired, smelled damp. The breakfasts were not bad at all, buffet and they give you almost everything you might like. The only minus was a HUGE one - paid parking, which as it turned out was paid upon check-out... Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. Food was great, access to the sea was easy, pools were excellent and clean, but... We got a family room, it was smelling of uncleaned aircondition, daily room cleaning was not guaranteed, the pipe was damaged, so after every shower there was an inner-sea in the bathroom...

The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). This Hotel was really nice. For that price service was great. Food was awesome, and different every day . People who work there are friendly and always on service. Clean rooms and hotel. Only thing I didnt like is that my room was without sunlight so it was really cold( even if is outside 30C) And they could work on Wellnes centar to be cleaner. A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. Nice hotel and nothing more Old rooms. The food in the hotel is really bad. Dinner and breakfast were bad. Anyone who likes to eat something delicious should not go to the hotel's meals. The hotel will be good for everyone- couples, families (though the beach is not sandy), individual guests. This hotel is great if you want to get rest, its situated in the end of promenade so you have your peace at night away from clubs and peoples. Beach is in the front of hotel (200m), but we prefered to go in the center of Igalo which takes 20mins from hotel by walk. One of the best team we ever met in a hotel! We are from Cascais in Portugal and used to stay in 5 star hotels but it was in this hotel that we found a GREAT staff such Luka, Biljana and Pavle who provide us memorable days and motivated to stay longer! Thank you ALL!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and private beach. Only downside is the location, as the rooms are right across a ferry pier and the parking lot of the hotel is 200m away.

Perfect stay; relaxing and friendly experience. The staff are amazing in their hospitality and going above and beyond to make our stay very special. The hotel is great location for views and accessing range of restaurants along the 2 mile coast via the pet danica walkway. The old town is approx 1.5 mile walk. Montenegro did no disappoint- would highly recommend.

Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

Super accommodation. The only thing is that it can be noisy as there is a ferry station just in front of the hotel. Beautiful breakfast and dinner next to the swimming pool, very charming ambiance. Stuff is very welcoming and professional.

Hotel Capitano was the end of our honeymoon, and what a finale. Service was perfect, and it's such a small hotel that you get it alot of the time all by yourself. Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

We stayed here two nights. The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. Impeccably clean. Bathroom small but ok. Very nice and helpful owner. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign. It wouldn't be bad

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

Super, very nice vila, nice and clean rooms with all facilities that you can expect... it is very clean, they change towels I think once per day... there are a loy of nice places very close to accomodation... also there is a paking available.. nice experience... we will come again...

The manager was super nice and let us check in early. The apartment itself felt a little grim but was okay for one night.
