It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

We had an amazing stay at the Bayview Hills Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to help us with a few major issues we had, and they made us feel like family. We especially want to thank Yassin and Abbas, who were incredibly helpful and kind, and felt like friends by the end of our stay. In addition to the amazing staff, the hotel itself was beautiful. So close to being a great destination. The staff were great; incredibly helpful, willing to go the extra mile, always on hand and never questioned any request; the problem is that nobody seemed to know what they were doing. You’d ask one guy for something who would ask someone else who would ask someone else and so on. The building is a nice layout, it’s up on the hill, and quite a way out of town...

Stayed for 2 nights at this hostel. The man who runs it is very nice, friendly & gave information about places to visit in Kotor. And he remembered the names of every guests. The mixed dorm room with 8+2 beds i stayed is nice, clean with windows and 1 bathroom/ toilet that similar with the one in 3-4 stars hotel. Every bottom beds also have 3 sides curtains for your privacy. And 4 power outlets...

Fun hostel in the old city. It is divided up into 2 buildings about 2 minutes apart so for check in reception is on the ground floor; if you are going upstairs you are in the wrong building. The facilities are decent although another toilet which be nice in the 2nd building. Every evening they give 2 free local drinks and sometimes even more. There is an good atmosphere and it's the cheapest hostel...

We had a great stay at Hotel Galia while exploring the beautiful country of Montenegro. The owners were very welcoming and friendly, the room was comfortable and the view of Kotor bay from the balcony was stunning! Dinner and breakfast were excellent and the service was great! Overall a great hotel to stay and I highly recommend!

Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. Hotel has a lot parking spots and it is highly biker friendly. Breakfast offers so many choices so you wont have problem with having a nice morning meal. Overall highly recommend place to stay!

Maybe I overrated the place, but it offers you almost everything you want for a few days of visit. The rooms are not big but for us they were perfect. Tasty food without pretensions. Very nicely positioned near the lake, a few minutes from the old center.

Calm place for piecefull stay 1-2 miles away from Kotor. But with a wonderful view to Kotor Bay. The hotel is owned by a family.

We spent only one night here but i wish we could stay longer. I'm sure we are going to come back to this accomodation when we visit Kotor again. Loved the beautiful room with the huge balcony and the seaview.

Good location outside (about 20 min walking) from old town. About 1 min walking distance to water front where you can sit and even swim. There is a mix of small beaches (rather stony than sandy) and bricked water front with stairs to water. We sat down with the locals at the bricked part which was nice and pretty relaxed (we brought camping chairs). Breakfast also good with plenty of coffee. Nice view...

Everything was wonderful, friendly staff, comfortable, large room with a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. Parking space, delicious breakfast. 20-25 min walk to the old town of Kotor. Thank you, Mrs. Maria!

The staff was very helpful. When our room internet didn't work, we were moved to a much better room where it did work. We could walk along the seaside to the Old Town, though it is about a 2 km walk.

About 20 minutes walk to Old Town or €2 by taxi. Big rooms. Some have balconies overlooking harbour. Good breakfast. Very clean and good shower over good size bath.

Great hotel, located just out of the busy walled town of Kotor. Easy walk into the city, with great locsl facilities and an easy 20m walk to the ocean for a swim.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

Very cosy place in the very center of old Kotor town, with perfect service. People working there are always with a smile on their faces and willing to help you with everything you need. Breakfast is good. Rooms are spotless clean. Definitely will come back

Although its location is great, it was thought that the service and the hotel's poor condition would not attract attention by simply hiding behind the location advantage. But that's not exactly the case. Because the walls of the hotel are thin and the windows are wooden and uninsulated, you are longing for a restful sleep due to the noise. Unfortunately, you only wake up every hour from the conversations...

Room was relatively nice, lacking selection at breakfast but it did change day to day. They have a GREAT laundry service where you fill a designated bag for €5 and you get it back the next morning through house cleaning. We honestly expected to get our clothing back just shoved back into the bag or roughly folded but everything was folded and packed into the bag nicely and they even matched our socks...

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Please note they only accept cash and would suggest parking on the back street close to the water as is easier to get to

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room. The rest was perfect! Kotor is a 15 minute walk away.

If you are into peace and tranquillity, with stunning views this is the place to stay. There are supermarkets near by and we always walked into Kotor for our food and enjoyed the friendy people and the vista's.

We came all the way from Dubrovnik because we heard that the service here is good,we are not mistaken,the level of hospitality provided by the older gentleman waiter is truly incredible,the younger waiter was absorbing knowledge from him all the time,congratulations,we will come again because this is something to experience twice

We stayed here with a group tour. The rooms are in need of some serious renovation especially the leaky plumbing. But all the important things worked and I slept quite well with earplugs in. If you want to stay in the center of Kotor on a budget, this is a fine choice.

The room wasn’t spacious enough. Bathroom was very small. The lady at reception was lovely and welcoming and helpful when needing a taxi. The lady went out and beyond. The waiter wasn’t so friendly or hospitable.. but dry.

The staff and the food were not so good. They had a big variety of pizzas but when I asked for their "Rendez Vous" pizza they told me they don't serve them.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. The room was superb, very clean and with all the right amenities. The location was great, it escapes the hustle of kotor but is close enough to reach it by car or bicycle quickly enough. It’s a good midpoint...

Situated on the seaside road Hotel Sara was a great place for few day stay at the Kotor bay. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and modern. Nearby you can find nice restaurants for drinks or food. Parking in front of the hotel. Modest but satisfying breakfast was included. Ask for Nicola at the reception for transportation!

Perfect place , very friendly and professional staff, amazing sea view and a lovely breakfast. The beach is at the front of hotel and u get beach towels as-well 😀, walking distance to shops and restaurants. All in all perfect in every sense 👍🏻

We stayed here for three nights in room #1. Exactly what we needed. Extremely friendly staff. We really felt taken care of. Cute private beach, nice beds, very nice view at breakfast. Our friends who stayed at different hotels ended up spending the day with us. The hotel and scenery was so beautiful we ended up doing our pre-wedding photoshoot at the hotel. We liked the frendly and professional staff and fresh/tasty food. Vojislav is such a good host. Other staff members were also very professional and friendly. They helped us with everything we've asked. Beach is located just under the hotel (1 min walk). It's mostly pebbles and tiny gravel, and it's clean. The hotel is well located at 3 KM from the city centre (old town) along the sea. The view from the hotel is very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The amenities are simple but efficient, welcome drink, parking. The breakfast is done by choosing on the card with a lot of choice. Shame that the rooms are small but enough for 1 or 2 nights

If you want to enjoy the Boka proper way, avoiding sterile Hotels, this is the place for you. You'll find no better host than Pana in whole of Montenegro.

A place we would go back. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Has it own beach and it is just on the other side of the road. The road is quiet. It has a shared well equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little shop nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and really like to talk in a good way.

Host was very friendly. Internet was not great and room was a bit old and not well taken care. Cleaning lady tried to rush us out on checkout. Other that, good place!
