Hotels with pool in Kotor

It is our 4th time staying here. Staff is great and location is amazing. Compared to many locations you get a great value for the money. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet place to relax

(and yes: they can be ordered beach/poolside! ) The rooms are rather worn down and beds not the best either. but again: this is a 3-star hotel. All in all, a definite recommendation from here

We also found the staff welcoming and serviceminded, especially the daytime beach/pool service, housekeeping and restaurant staff

We rented three rooms: in one, the fridge didn’t work, and in another, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Noise levels could definitely be improved with hallway carpets and better-sealing doors

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order

The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it

A very unique and short but phenomenal experience. The hospitality was at the highest level, the cleanliness was brilliant, and the breakfast was diverse, with everything being delicious

The restaurant for dinner had a special tradition and phenomenal food. In short, I can say that this is the best hotel in Montenegro

I personally took advantage of the valet service every chance I got. Took a private boat tour with my family right from the Hotel

The property is beautiful and the setting right on the bay can’t be beat. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. I truly enjoyed the beach, the pools, the gym, sauna and all the facilities

Breakfast could be tastier. The coffee machine is not great. Otherwise nice modern rooms, remote location, friendly staff.

Rooms were spotless and spacious. Outdoor pools were not in use as it was winter but the indoor pool was heated. Great selections during breakfast, catering for pretty much every food eater

Stunning hotel in a great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Pool area was beautiful as was the dock where the sunbeds were set by the sea

Staff were brilliant, always there and helpful, and the room and facilities made this an amazing holiday, got to be honest only went in the pool once, but was really nice, we just seemed to enjoy the outside sea area with sun beds more you could just all day there watching the world go by, and swimming in the sea absolute amazing place and staff and a credit to the owners, already looking at going...

The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning

There is a well-maintained pool with loungers, and across the narrow street, there is a private area with sensational views of the Bay of Kotor

Really good breakfast and drinks by the pool or beach were great

It is not a traditional buffet, but a la carte style. Each person got one hot dish, one dessert, one cold drink and one hot drink. The portions were quite enough and two adults were full to death

What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and there is no view of the sea from the second floor

best hotel ever stayed in middle Europe. Everything so perfect! The sea views is surprisingly good and all the stuff are nice. The breakfast is very well spent

The well-designed bathroom, coupled with an excellent shower, offered a rejuvenating experience that added to the overall sense of luxury

Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many people and we didn't have trouble sleeping because of the loud music

The bell in the clock tower struck half past midnight, but I didn't notice it before I got up at seven in the morning. However, the room is soundproofed and if you don't listen carefully you will ignore the bell

Everything, the hospitality from Nigel (and Philip)the fresh homemade breakfast, the beautiful spot at the bay of Kotor, the apartment ( we stayed in the poolhouse), the swimmingpool and everything was taken care of ( like suggestions and reservations for diner and things to do in the environment)

The facilities were incredible. The garden/pool was beautifully designed and having the direct access to the bay was a true highlight

Our room was delightful with gorgeous views onto the garden. The breakfast was extremely enjoyable and set us up for the rest of the day. Nigel & Filip were very attentive and provided everything we needed

They gave us great suggestions for things to do and see. They booked us restaurants and made everything extremely easy. It was great to chat to other guests each morning and we looked forward to it every day

Our stay at Palazzo Sbutega truly made our trip to Montenegro special. From the first moment we arrived we felt right at home and knew we had made the right choice

The parking was perfect too! The car was covered by trees which is very important with the high temperatures

Because I booked it two days before check-in, the price was very expensive, but the room was large, and it was in the ancient city of Kotor. You could wander around the ancient city as late as you wanted at night

The front desk service is very good 👍

Beautiful hotel ! The location is perfect to avoid the cruise-crowd and you can reach the old town with a quick taxi ride. The rooms are air-conditioned and quiet. Restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly

The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough to make your stay perfect - whether that’s booking restaurants or arranging a boat trip to collect you from the hotel’s jetty, they’re all a credit

The waiter was very apologetic and embarrassed. Payment for our stay was taken up front when we arrived which we felt was an attempt to reduce any leverage that people would have when complaining about their experience

However, given the price of our stay we were very disappointed with some of the finer details of the stay. The TV in the room didn’t work for the length of our stay and looked as though it hadn’t done for some time

So all in all, it is a wonderful place but the attention to detail was lacking and I felt as though the hotel was trading on its location and not quite delivering what I would expect for the price tag

We had a beautiful one week stay at this hotel, which proved the perfect base for exploring the bay of Kotor. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, ours had a view over the bay

Good hotel overall, the view from the room was great, you can see the airport and the Tivat Bay, the pool area has a great view, music plays and the bar is open

The pool area with the view is beautiful and the food that I ate by the pool bar was really good and not expensive. My room was cozy and modern

We especially want to thank Yassin and Abbas, who were incredibly helpful and kind, and felt like friends by the end of our stay. In addition to the amazing staff, the hotel itself was beautiful

We had an amazing stay at the Bayview Hills Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to help us with a few major issues we had, and they made us feel like family

The staff here are like that from a 5 star hotel. They are so friendly and kind. They will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible

The views were stunning, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed, including a washer and a full kitchen

Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

The hotel is very satisfactory. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days

The room size is also large, and the service staff is very friendly and speaks good English. The breakfast is very good, it is ordered, better than the buffet

About 30 minutes walk from the ancient city of Kotor, you will pass by a few good seaside restaurants, and take a taxi for about 6 Euros

The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent

Excellent Location, large, comfortable beds, service second to none. Courtyard dining and refreshments in the sun is an outstanding experience to watch the world go by. Very well looked after by very attentive staff

coffee on tap in small cups so machine frequently visited! Large bed in a large room (107) with a lovely bathroom. Could do with a lighted mirror for make up in the bathroom which would double up for men shaving

In the maze of Kotor Old Town, this hotel is easy to find as it’s near the sea gate. I didn’t have any issues with noise, as others have reported, at the time of my visit

It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar

We loved our two nights at Hotel Vardar. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a balcony room with great views of the square. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable

The location is very central, within walking distance to Old Town. You can easily park your car on the street in front of the property. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would describe the breakfast as average

The staff is so lovely!!! We booked this hotel last minute after a terrible Air BnB experience and this hotel was perfect for a quick weekend. Comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. Close proximity to old town.

Great location! Waking discussing to old town. Across the street are the boat tours. The hotel is clean and the staff are really helpful

The room is quite big. Bring a balcony. Just no kettle. Everything else is pretty good. The front desk service attitude is also good. recommend.

Pros: wonderful location, good breakfast Cons: stayed in two different rooms, both of which didn't have a working air conditioner - in 35 degree weather. Hotel couldn't even offer a fan. It was unbearable.

Nice location but place has strong pros and cons The decor of the room is a bit gawdy. One can keep hearing many sounds and noise including the time bell which can be disturbing. Tres lychee dessert was good

Great location, friendly staff, especially the receptionist, Adriana. My girlfriend and I relied on the great information she provided us with when we went visiting different spots, as we didn't really know what to see

Without us asking, she made us breakfast boxes ready to be collected from the reception at 5:30 AM! Wonderful! Again, great hotel, wonderful staff, amazing location and I hope Adriana will get a raise because she deserves it!

And also it is located within an only-walking area. It has many eateries and small bars. This Hotel was once named as the Napolean’s Theatre. The relationship between the famous Napoleon and this hotel is worth learning

What an amazing place, beautiful big, clean room, large balcony with stunning views and you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. They couldn’t do enough for us and give us advice on where to go and what to see

Fantastic place managed by amazing, kind and welcoming people. This house really is a palace. Nice, big and clean rooms with mini bar, nice bathrooms, amazing terraces with nice views

They make you a superb homemade breakfast that surely will start your day with happiness. The area ia super nice and quiet and just a 5 minute drive from kotor

The owners are helpful and amazingly kind and they will recommend you areas to visit and so on. I absolutely recommend it if you come to the area

The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, which gives you a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the main attractions

Ate at the hotel on a couple of occasions and have to say the steak was among the best I have had. The pool was lovely and warm and although the music a little distracting, it would be turned down on request

All spectacular Kotor bay and the surrounding mountains were impressive. Also the views by the pool and the roof are really glorious. The staff are so helpful, professional and friendly

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here

The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied

Breakfast was included and was offered at a cade next to the main gate. Also there was kitchen in the ground floor where you can use the fridge and also make a cup of coffee as there are no such facilities in the room

We were in one of the attic rooms which was spacious enough for two and had all amenties that we needed. We also loved the old rigged radio playing regional tunes which was very soothing

Another business trip in Kotor but was arranged last minute all hotel in old town were full. So for first time stayed in apartment and the Palazzo Drusko was an excellent choice

A Hotel full of Charm Situate inside the old town close to North Gate, the boutique hotel is so likable: chandeliers and oil paintings on staircases, in the kitchen, in my room

Friendly staff, with great ambience. Cleanliness of room is superb and stuff is always ready to help us. They assist whenever we need and it make our trip completely memorable

There were three double French windows in my room, my bed was very comfortable, I particularly liked those different size pillows. Booked for 3 nights but end up stayed for 6

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :)

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room

The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off. You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous. Had to ask for fresh towels after third day

Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout

If you are into peace and tranquillity, with stunning views this is the place to stay. There are supermarkets near by and we always walked into Kotor for our food and enjoyed the friendy people and the vista's.

I could not fault the place, the apartment and more importantly the welcome, friendliness and support of the hosts

The building near a small beach.ln the afternooon shadows coming to beach. İf u want go somewhere for example Kotor,Budva,Tivat you need to use car or motorbike or taxi. Host was so great and helpfull.

Willing to meet everything you need, we easily agreed on everything. Really accommodation and hosts for which I have no objections. If I come to this part of Montenegro again, there is no doubt where I will stay! 😍

The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here

Pleasant stay, the only downside was not having a car as it's a bit far from the center... Everything was spotless and very well equipped for a more than reasonable price...

A very beautiful and clean villa with great landscape and friendly owners.

Cosy and spacious rooms, nice view, huge balcony, basic kitchenware, facilities, very friendly staff - all that you need to enjoy the holidays. Old town is close as well as the beach.

Spacious and comfortable rooms in the center of Kotor. Shopping options nearby, parking provided in public parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff!
