The hotel boasts an excellent location within the old city, to the right behind the Maritime Museum. It's just a few minutes' walk from the Perase bus stop, the cross-border bus station, and the entrance to the old city fortress. The rooms are spacious and clean.

First the only reason why im giving this place three stars is the staff, Yaz, Matt and Mustafa, they are very helpful and they run both the guesthouse above the restaurant/cafe, were you also check in. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel authorities were very helpful, especially I would like to thank Vedat Bey extra. During the time we were there, he made us very comfortable by showing a closeness that he would show to his family. The hamburger was quite delicious. We will definitely visit again.

This is a small and cosy hotel right in the middle of the old town. Great location and nicely presented accommodation. The stairs are small to go up so be prepared for that but the view is nice. Could be noisy until 1 am yet manageable. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely worthwhile in the old town.

Nice room with a kitchen, great air con, washing machine (which we used free of charge) and a lovely hostess. Room has nice old-style character. Kotor is very small so this is well located within the old town. Wifi not great.

The host were friendly and even let us store our bags there for the day when we went on a boat tour. Location was perfect. Room has a kitchen and washing machine. Wifi was intermittent.

The hosts were great and helpfull, the place is in the middle od old town but without bars on the same street do Hood for sleepong (no noise).

Enjoyed my time here. The hosts are very welcoming. Great location right in the heart of the old town.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hostel. The man who runs it is very nice, friendly & gave information about places to visit in Kotor. And he remembered the names of every guests. The mixed dorm room with 8+2 beds i stayed is nice, clean with windows and 1 bathroom/ toilet that similar with the one in 3-4 stars hotel. Every bottom beds also have 3 sides curtains for your privacy. And 4 power outlets...

Fun hostel in the old city. It is divided up into 2 buildings about 2 minutes apart so for check in reception is on the ground floor; if you are going upstairs you are in the wrong building. The facilities are decent although another toilet which be nice in the 2nd building. Every evening they give 2 free local drinks and sometimes even more. Anyohasaiyo chingus. I loved my stay at your family home in the walled town in Kotor, Montenegro. Its not like a hostel, its just like a pension or minbok in Korea. Very helpful host who shared secret eating spots outside the stone wall. Very clean and quiet during the day. I recommend this hostel for older solo travellers...like me! Kumsumneda!!

Cheap, good location, friendly hosts. Of the minuses - a noisy place - during the day because of the tourists scurrying under the window, at night because of the pub next door. There were also problems with wifi.

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.

We had a fantastic stay with Goran who is a wonderful host. He is on hand to answer any queries. The views from the balcony are just stunning, we just spent so much time sitting out enjoying looking at the views. The apartment is so clean, spacious and so comfortable. It’s so well kitted out, a washing machine, coffee maker etc so you won’t be stuck. Just a ten minute walk to the old town, but so quiet...

Very good location, shops are nearby. At the same time, it is away from the hectic, noisy old town. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the main reason why I booked and I was not disappointed with the result. The owners are extremely nice people.

Me and my daughter spent a week at this beautiful place with this wonderful family. They are all very kind, helpful and give you tips for your vacation. Goran was a fantastic host, we also got airport transfers with him. The apartment was clean & basic but with everything you need for a weeks stay. Our terrace got sun from around 1pm- sunset so it was beautiful. The walk up to the apartments is uphill, so bear this in mind! It’s around a 10min walk to the beach & old town. Basic room, walking distance from old town Ok room, quite close to the center/old town. There was a nice donkey and other farm animals in the other side of the road. The kitchen utencils were quite worn and we couldn't find the remote for the tv or disheashing liquid for the dishwasher. Washing machine was a nice extra and it worked well.

Stayed here just for 1 night but wished we stayed longer. Beautiful hotel just 2 minutes walk from Old Town. The rooms where cosy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast consisted of a continental one with both fried eggs or omelette. There was large choice of different meats and cheese. There is parking around the rear of the hotel for a small fee of €15. Location was perfect! Less than 5 minute walk into the Old Town. There's a bakery right next to the hotel and a shopping mall opposite the entrance. We got a room with a terrace facing the fortified walls of the Old Town and the views were incredible. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Showers had good water pressure. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and loved our stay.

The apartments are large and spacious, with excellent parking, the staff is helpful and very kind... the complex also has a garden with a swimming pool, and is close to the beach!
