Located in the historic part of Budva, 25 km from the international airport of Tivat, close to local amenities.
Consists of one 3-storey building.

Have given 3 stars for the view from the terrace. We had breakfast and it was cold and very bland. Had the omelette and frankfurter breakfast. Small orange juice is €4.50. Waiter was rather unpleasant and focused on opening up the umbrellas even after we asked him not to.

Have stayed earlier at The hotel twice no complaints - but food on the terrace has become expensive and the quality is really bad. I was served a club sandwich- too big pieces of bread not toasted and wet ,few dry pieces of chicken and French fries cold and soft. Service not good - what a disappointment?

An amazing family hotel. The lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Our room included breakfast. If Turkish guests order a classic omelette, be cautious about the pork ham :) The hotel has its own beautiful beach, and guests can rent an umbrella and two sun loungers for a discounted daily rate of 15 euros. If you dine at the hotel’s restaurant or beach, mentioning that you’re staying at the hotel will get you a 10% discount. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it.

A review of a beach restaurant
The atmosphere was pleasant. We got service quickly and we didn't have to wait for the meals for a long time even though there were a lot of customers. We took fish soup which tasted good. For the main course, we took the meat portions. In my portion, the meat tasted very good and the baby potatoes were also tasty. The meat in my friend's dish was unsalted. The price was quite high, but the food is local and of high quality, which affects the price. We paid 50-60€ for a portion per person.

The fish soupe has no taste. No salt, no pepper, no taste. My Caesar salad was very tasty, my daughter's pesto chicken spinach paste was very good also and pinza extremely yummy 😋

Astoria Restaurant, located in downtown, offers a wonderful dining experience. From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The decor combines modern touches with classic charm, making it perfect for any occasion. Excellent food, stuff is great also.

can only say about the restaurant on the beach (and recommend the people in charge to make a distinct POI to avoid confusion with the hotel).

Sasha met us at the entrace, offered a nice table. She promptly got back to us to take our order. Drinks came fast so as the cheese plate. The plate was nice, though, I was missing Brie a bit :) The service was smooth, the atmosphere was just what we were looking for.

Ate at the beachfront restaurant. Was greeted at the hotel reception by a lovely woman who showed me around to the restaurant, where you just sit wherever you like. The menu was brought promptly, my order was taken within a few minutes. The ravioli was nicely presented and tasted great. The view is fantastic, the bill was correct (not sure why Budva has so many reviews mentioning getting ripped off with additional charges?!).
Loses a star because I would have stayed to order dessert, but it started to rain so I wanted to move tables as well as get a dessert menu, and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention, my waiter wasn’t anywhere to be seen. I’ve found this elsewhere, that they don’t really come back to see if you want to order anything else once you’ve finished your main course, so I think it’s just a service thing, but I also think it’s something that could be improved. Amazing location, really authentic. In the same time you are surrounded with the Old Town Walls and the sea from the other side. Definitely first place where I would take tourist to enjoy drinking something and experiencing Budva. But in the same time I believe this place needs some kind of renovation and some bringing of new ideas since nothing change there for a years. With massive tourism here i feel like the quality is getting lower. But with no doubt when it comes to view, the best place in Old City.
