Location is great, right in the center of UB. However, we had to pay an additional 30 USD for a second person even though we had booked a TWIN BEDROOM (with two single beds). The hotel was in a central good location. Staff didn’t speak much English and were a bit quiet. Rooms were good but no light switch next to the beds. The bed linen didn’t got changed in 7 days but we got water and new towels every day. Ulaan batar seems to be everywhere pretty expensive so not only our hotel I guess.

There was no cleaning. There was used soap left when I entered the room on the first day. The sheets etc were clean. It was in a safe area with good access to the city center, so I think it would have been rated higher if the room had been cleaned.

Great location and great value. We stayed on the hostel floor and the twin room was huge with a lovely and very clean en suite. The room was extremely warm, so much so, we needed to open a window on the warmer days! A simple but adequate breakfast was included. The tiny coffee shop near reception did decent coffee as well. Highly recommended and I will use this hotel again.

It's easy to find; it's on the city's main street, but not on the main road, so there was no traffic noise. The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again.

When I arrived at night, there was an English-speaking staff member! The breakfast is a buffet, and it has simple bread, sausages, cereal, coffee, fried eggs, cucumbers, etc. Noise is not completely blocked, but It didn't bother me much because I was so tired that I fell asleep quickly. It’s a short walk from Suha Batro Square!

The drain in the shower room wasn't draining well, so I asked the front desk to fix it, but they just gave me a random reply and it wasn't done. I had heard that the meal was served from 7:30 AM, but on the first day, the staff came to work before 8:00 AM, so I had to wait.

Fantastic experience. Convenient location and excellent attention. The room was very nice and the bathroom was comfortable. It's Japanese business hotel, the style of decorating, bathroom is same but the room is bigger than the hotel in Japan, that is good. No restaurant here, only breakfast in lobby and no Japanese food. Only vegetables, soup, rice stir-fried dishes and waffle. No drinking water in the room, you have to ask at reception. Maid will clean the room every 4 days. No everyday.

Under the 21 days state Covid quarantine. Room decoration and furnitures are fine, just standard. But room is veeeery cold, not comfortable, there is no heat in the end of september, also only few tv channels.

Great place for a massage or relaxation. Well priced and great service.

1. Though, the price is not cheap compared to other local saunas, there is not any drinking water and body scrubber. At least, should provide 800ml bonaqua water, and body scrubber which was selling as 5000 tugrik. 2. There isn't any clock in main sauna hall, which make is difficult to measure my time in spa rooms.

Located in the city center, next to a big Gobi, Genghis Khan Square is right outside. The hotel rooms are large and clean, but there are not many types of breakfast, which needs to be improved. If you are on a business trip, you can consider staying nearby.
