Really welcoming very helpful and great place to stay at good price. Amazing laundry service as well done and back in under 3 hrs

The shared bathroom is kept clean. I stayed in a single room, but it was a bit inconvenient that there was no light switch by the bed.
The accommodation is on the third floor, but the elevator does not stop there, so you have to get off on the fourth floor and use the stairs. I used the stairs when going down.
When you enter the accommodation, you take off your shoes and put them in the shoe locker. If you use room slippers, it is more convenient to put them on and take them off there.
I cannot confirm this, but I don't think meals are provided, but there is free tea and coffee. You have to use the kettle yourself.
It is convenient to buy groceries at the supermarket on 1st & BF in the nearby State Department Store. The local discount store CU is also nearby.
Considering the location, I think this is a good accommodation with reasonable prices.

I chose this hostel because it's conveniently located in Ulaanbaatar. It was a triple-person room, but I booked it for single use. Facilities include a shared kitchen, table, laundry, shower, and toilet. If you're staying in Ulaanbaatar for more than three nights, I think it's a great value for money option. As those who've stayed at similar hostels know, the hostel is on the third floor of the building, and the door is locked at check-in. Therefore, it's a good idea to contact the hostel in advance and explain how to check in.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in, with the best service, clean and safe environment, and the most convenient location and transportation. The most important thing is that the price is reasonable.

The accommodation is located in the city center, very convenient. The receptionist is friendly and speaks good English. The accommodation is very private. You can walk around the central square of Ulaanbaatar. Staying here feels like sleeping in your own home. The price is very economical.

Very clean and tidy hostel in an apartment in the city center. The owner speaks English and Russian very well. Nice bathroom, kitchen. The toilet has a "Japanese" toilet with a built-in bidet. Drinking water and tea are free. I recommend it.

Zaya is an excellent place to stay in Ulaanbaatar! The facilities are complete (including a fully equipped kitchen), modern, clean, quiet. Everything is maintained and functions well (hot water, heating, lights, etc.) The owners are helpful and friendly. The location is great - walking distance to many museums and other city sights, as well as markets, stores and restaurants.

The Trip location map is accurate, and once getting to the building, you need to find the access door to the 3rd floor (where the Zaya office is located), which is to the right and the back of "Urban Beats" (see my photos). Also, the entrance has an electronic lock requiring a code or key to enter (as does the entrance door on the 3rd floor). If you did not get the entrance instructions by email (we did not), you should contact the owner via the number provided by Trip. This is also the owner's WhatsApp number.

We enjoyed our time at Zaya and intend to stay again after our foray into the Mongolian outback.
