The room was a lot smaller than we thought but it’s okay since we’re not in our room all the time anyway. The service however? Outstanding! Cannot thank the staff enough for the warm welcomes, excellent service and kindness especially to Kristian, Njambe and Marie who we met in the pool and then became our group tour host. All of them greeted us like old friends and gave us tips how to enjoy Malta like a local. We will be definitely be coming back again

Absolutely recommend. The beach club was 2 minutes walk from the hotel and can be used for free if you’re staying at the hotel. We always had available sunbeds, though I would recommend to arrive early. It has access to the sea as well, the pool is reasonable size with sea water. The hotel also has a rooftop pool with fewer sunbeds, free of charge. We stayed in the family room, the bed was very large, could fit 3 people. Bathroom and linens were clean. Breakfast has more than enougj options with quality ingredients. Above all, the staff were lovely and very attentive. Location is great, Valletta can be reached via ferry (ferry in 5 minute walk distance), St. Julian in 20 minutes via taxi.

The rooms are amazing. Especially for Europe. The pool is a beach club. It’s loud and crowded not chill and relaxing like it looks in the photo, which was a big downer for me. They also took my water bottle and I felt like I should be able to bring my water to what I thought was the hotel pool. The spa was a little weird in terms of service. Also, having the website for your code and stuff was a little inconvenient because I kept losing the page and didn’t know what the code was.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were kindly upgraded at check in from a superior room to a suite which offered more space.
Spa was lovely and empty in the mornings. We were always able to get a spot at the beach club and enjoyed the facilities there immensely. It is only a short walk away, though closes at 6.30pm.
The trips are a lovely addition but book up quickly - we managed to go on a sunset cruise with the hotel and enjoyed it a lot!

Really lovely hotel and beach club. Staff were lovely, food really good, great value happy hour. Sadly building works next door were very noisy some mornings but obviously not the hotel’s fault! Only downside is Sliema is a bit out of the way - not easy access to Valletta (which we had hoped for) but overall really enjoyed and recommend!

The bar is lovely. The Hotel Front service staff are super helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced, nice, relaxing atmosphere. The bartender was incredibly clean and hygienic while making the drinks!

It's bad. I don't even know where to start. Check-in is awful due to the "comfortable app" that is designed to show you a static code to access your room, which doesn’t even update during your stay. It's not secure at all. After listening to a 15-minute introduction to the hotel, you finally get into the room and are welcomed by the smell of mold. You can feel it even outside of the rooms. But it's nothing compared to your majestic bathroom, where mold has built its own society. Be part of it. After taking a shower, you are welcomed to rest in your bed. Torn duvet covers will keep you cool while lying there. But if you get hot, you can always turn on the AC, which hasn't been cleaned ever, so mold from there can fly and meet their friends in the bathroom.
If you do not fancy the mold unions, you can always open the window. If you are lucky enough to be away from the construction site, you will be welcomed by 8-10 mosquitoes that will join you at night. Luckily, you can always kill them using toilet paper and leave a bloody stain on the white walls like it was done a hundred times before you (feel free to check it). What can be better after the mosquito battle? Yes, a cup of tea. You wouldn’t be able to get one because the hotel provides you with a tea bag, but not with a kettle. I suppose they are worried about burning the hotel to the ground. Oh, about that, hopefully, you like the fire alarm going off at 6 AM. It’s so refreshing; you will have more awake time to explore Malta.

Great location, lots of restaurants and shopping malls. Staff are all very nice, bar and restaurant of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is simple but have enough choices with good quality. We enjoyed a lot the spa. The hotel organized every day (except form Sunday) free activities, visiting spot sites, much appreciated, especially the vintage bus tour.

Booked in for 7 days, it has been an AMAZING experience! All the staff is SUPER friendly and helpful, room was great, breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. We had room service too, portions were huge and tasted amazing! The spa was the cherry on top! The heated pool, sauna, steam room… all brilliant and a wonderful way to relax after a long day exploring! The Decor is beautiful ! Would most definitely come back again soon! Thank you to all the staff!! Extra thank you to Mateo who helped us with the ferry info to go to the Blue Lagoon!

Absolutely amazing experience! Sliema is not to busy, but not far from the busy and places (St Julian’s and Villeta). Great food places all about walking distance from the hotel.
Service was excellent, hotel staff are extremely friendly and really go above and beyond to accommodate you. Will definitely stay there every time I’m in Malta😊.
