Great location. Food was OK if you are here for a day. They haven't changed the breakfast menu not once in the week I was here.
It is ridiculous to say they have "spa and sauna".
Personally I really dislike the wooden chairs, tables and beds' base. it gives out "ancient" feel. otherwise the bed mattress was comfortable. Great terrace view.
Plenty of outdoor pools.

Amazing service at Reception. We had a great stay with a spectacular sea view. Mickel gave us some tips on how to make the most of our stay. The room was very clean and daily refreshed. We will be back😄

We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The pools were lovely, the beach bars were well-stocked, and the staff was courteous and professional. We appreciated the fact that there were no babies present, as it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation in peace. Thank you for your hospitality.

This hotel is perfect for a holiday in Malta(St Julian's).. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with many good restaurants on site. The shining light of this hotel is the staff...from managers to supervisors to waiting and cleaning staff..they are all friendly, efficient and polite and make you feel special. Congratulations to the manager for excellent recruitment and training. You can walk to the hub of St Julians for many other restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop outside the hotel for ease of access to Valletta etc. I would highly recommend the Marina.

The room is not tiny, and the balcony and sea view are gorgeous.
The provided breakfast is rich.
But the clearness and efficiency are still needed to improve.
We found the last customer’s belongings in the closet and some breadcrumbs on the table. More than that, there was yoghurt garbage in the trash can, and it didn't smell good...

Forced to quarantine in this hotel for two weeks and absolutely shocked this place is a 5 star, suppose that's thanks to a legacy of times past and the facilities which I can't even use.
1. Room was dated and dirty upon arrival and I have had to clean the floor myself. (My feet were covered in a layer of dirt and hair after a few minutes of walking around the room)
2. Sheets were dirty upon arrival, with sticky marks and stains.
3. Monotonous breakfast of deli meats, bite size croissants and browning (gone off) salad.
4. Poor service and almost impossible to reach front desk via phone (usually have to call repeatedly for a good 20 minutes). To top it off, half the time it is just an answering machine that tells you to press 5 for a call back that will be a lot later if comes at all.
5. Being quarantined I have had to use Wolt for most my meals, funny how the driver delivers it to the hotel quicker than the hotel staff deliver it to our room. Many orders have arrived cold.
6. After complaining about point 5 they first tried to tell us to order at different times to everyone else... seriously? 😅 After some negotiation I agreed to accept £20 per head (for myself and my partner) to spend in the hotel restaurants to stop me posting a negative review but was later told when I tried to order that we could only order from the frankly shocking Henry J Beans: in my eyes reneging on the deal struck to stop me leaving this review... so here it is...

Spent two weeks here for quarantine. Breakfast was the same everyday. Slices of 2 types of cheese, bite size croissant and tiny wholemeal bun, salad and fruit salad. I opted to order breakfast via Bolt or Wolt services after the third day. Considering how old and dated the room and bathroom was, it was clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
