Grand Hyatt Muscat in Muscat

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Muscat was a wonderful and memorable experience. While the breakfast variety was limited and not very child-friendly, our 4-year-old son had an unforgettable time. He was overjoyed to find a separate bed prepared for him, spent hours dancing on the balcony during a wedding, and enjoyed the children’s play area and pool, even though the water was colder than other pools. The staff were warm and welcoming, and receiving our room earlier than the official check-in made us feel cared for. Despite minor inconveniences like construction noise and limited snacks, we focused on creating happy memories for our son, and he left the hotel full of joy and wonder. We sincerely hope to return to this beautiful and calm hotel to make more cherished memories and keep the light of happiness and hope alive in his heart.

Mr. Abdullah served us in the breakfast area, and his service was excellent. He always had a warm smile on his face and spoke very politely, which made the morning even more pleasant. He was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. Thank you, Mr. Abdullah, for your great hospitality!

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city.

The hotel has a charming 90s vibe—classic, warm, and nostalgic in the best way. Despite its vintage character, everything is impressively clean and well maintained. The location is another big plus: right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk or a relaxing sunset.

The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After long hours on the road, that level of hospitality really stands out.

Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay, and a great base for touring around Muscat.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the grand Hyatt and the staff was exceptional! Everything from the rooms being extremely clean down to how comfy the bed is! Definitely would recommend if you have extended stay; however, I do wish the rooms had better lighting!

We recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed.
​One of the first things we noticed was how wonderfully spacious the rooms are. There was more than enough space for our entire family to spread out and relax without feeling cramped, which was a huge plus.
​However, the true highlight was the staff. They were incredibly agile and accommodating, which is a lifesaver when you're traveling with family. No request seemed too big or small, and they were always quick to respond to our constantly changing needs with a smile. Their proactive and friendly service really made our stay special.
