Really lovely experience in Gródek Hotel. Everything was clean and service was fantastic, outside the hotel feels very nice as it is just a few min walk to the city centre.
The receptionist was very helpful! The staff are always attentive and willing to help.
They also have a very cosy bar downstairs and feels almost very exclusive.
They also have a lovely terrace upstairs.
Very nice for couples to visit.

Love this hotel - quaint and full of history. Such a beautiful place to stay in Krakow and so close to everything you need to see and explore!

This hotel is in a great location which is only thing worth 5 * about this hotel. In general this is a good 3* hotel rather than a 5* due to following:
Rooms are very small with a super small bed. Curtains does not shield from outside light. Also rooms are not sound proof so you can hear all street noise even on third floor. The AC in the room was not working which is a must in hot weather. Reception lady was kind enough to bring me a fan.
Also breakfast was ok with limited options, nothing compared to a 5* breakfast.
Reception area is very small with no place to sit.

Brilliant hotel in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the station and local attractions. Our room was absolutely amazing, historical furniture and decor, beautiful wallpaper, great facilities. The bed was a pleasure to sleep on, great, firm mattress, comfortable pillows and duvet. The room was well conditioned.
The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and kind and spoke English well.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location is clean, quiet, and perfect for exploring. However, a few amenities could be improved. Firstly, providing separate and more powerful hair dryers and hair conditioner would be a welcome addition. Currently, there's only a single all-in-one product for both hair and body. Additionally, the rooms, while functional, feel a bit outdated, there are not enough plugs and the curtains don't fully block the morning light. Finally, the lack of adjustable heating might be an issue for some guests

Very beautiful hotel near the city centre. We stayed 4 night here and we were really satisfied. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and will stay there again if given the chance. The staff were so helpful and friendly and as the manager said the day we were leaving- they are different- in a very good meaning of the word. Great service!
Yes, you do have to walk around the corner to the city but it’s such a nice quiet area adjacent to the park. I didn’t see pics included of the upstairs terrace but we enjoyed that every night with our adult kids. We got our drinks at the bar and went outside to enjoy them in the nice weather to talk over the things we had seen that day.

Bar is quaint with the ambience of a reading room. Drink selection is limited but with all the essentials. Breakfast room/restaurant contains a little museum of sorts of local ceramics and pottery sherds. Lovely, cute, and well located with friendly staff and a rooftop garden

Charming hotel in excellent location that is conveniently located near the square but just off on a side road that is quiet. All staff are super friendly, especially the breakfast staff (olena?). Breakfast is outstanding! Rooms are comfortable and European. I would definitely return!
