This hotel is perfect for exploring old town.
The service from the staff was excellent and unobtrusive.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel has a delightful charm and history.
Luggage storage was provided at no extra cost along with somewhere to wait for our transfer to the airport.
Our transfers were organised by the hotel via email request which made it a seamless and stress free.
I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Santi Hotel as a base for exploring in Krakow.

Brilliant centrally located hotel. Staff super helpful and professional. It is slightly noisy on the weekend but the hotel provides ear plugs.

Very nice hotel ,dead central to old town ,all shops and restaurants nearby, staff very friendly, and will do anything to make your stay as very pleasant 😀 😊 as possible.the room are very large and a direct view over the old town I would recommend this hotel very highly if you are coming to krakow, they will organize all transport to and from airport and any tours you want to go on,I have one word for the Santi Hotel BRILLIANT.

Had a great stay at the Santi this week. Staff were super friendly, even helped my wife one night when she was having issues due to a medical condition. Hotel is right beside a tram line, but even as a light sleeper it didn't impact my sleep much, and the hotel leaves ear plugs if needed. Would definitely stay again when in Krakow.

Excellent location, huge rooms and very good service. This hotel is a good choice for anyone wanting to explore the city, located conveniently beside a tram stop. Some reviews complained about the noise from the trams at night, but this should not put you off. I stayed in a room at the front of the hotel, close to the tram line, but I slept well. (I used ear-plugs, which I always use when staying in a hotel. I have no idea whether noise would have been an issue without ear-plugs)

Perfect location right in centre of the city, very accomadating staff who let us check in eventhough it was after midnight, rooms are very big. All in all, a decent place to stay for pertty cheap.

Very nice hotel, clean and tidy with air conditioning. Very nice and friendly service both day and night. Very good breakfast, nothing was missing and a large selection. The price in relation to the conditions is definitely a plus :) and very close to the market. I recommend it to everyone :)

-The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow.
-The staff are helpful and speak English.
The bad:
-The first room on arrival was in the attic with small windows and mold in the shower. Upon request the room was changed, but the original room was far cry from what was advertised.
-The tram (they mention this and provide earplugs) is a bit more noticeable than you would expect.
- There was a charging station for your EV, but you can not use it because somebody parks their SAAB in front of it.
-Gym was temporarily closed.
-We specified that we would need a baby cot, but it was not available.
Will definitely not be coming back.
