Warsaw Marriott Hotel

We chose this property by location, it is right in the city, with easy access to everything in Warsaw. My Titanium status was well recognized and we were offered a full daily breakfast at the restaurant, in addition to 24/7 lounge access (which was serving breakfast and evening snacks as well). Lounge staff was very attentive and quick any time of the day we visited.
In general staff is low-key, but very professional and non-intrusive. We felt like everything was being taken care of all the time.
Hotel is large, common areas are renovated and look luxurious. Upper hallways and living rooms is a different story. Maintenance is clearly doing best they can, everything was clean and functional. Yet you fell like you’ve traveled back in time to 1990s when you enter the room. It looks dated and worn, clearly due for a renovation.
There is a 3rd party parting under hotel: you just park there and upon check-out, give parking ticket to front desk for validation, that will reduce parking rate to ~$50/night (otherwise it is at least double that).
Overall a great option for Bonvoy elites, simply because of the benefits, which are way better compared to US properties these days. Location is great and staff is professional. I would stay here again.

Prime location in the heart of the city, the hotel has all the main amenities Marriott hotels offer.

Great service and food, lounge is fully stocked 24/7 and there’s also a casino on same floor.

Spa and gym were under renovation, and while the rooms were clean and functional, one can clearly see that they have some years on their back and will need to undergo a renovation soon as well.

The location is great. The beds weren’t particularly great. My wife and I sunk to the middle of the bed. The service also wasn’t the friendliest. The hotel was very clean and really nice property in general.

Amazing hotel right next to the Warsaw train station and the mall with food shops, shopping, etc. My room had a perfect view of the Palace of Culture and one night had a lightning storm and I was blessed to watch it for 20 minutes of pure beauty. The reception was great and pleasant and breakfast was okay for 120 PLN, I expected more but I can't complain further. Overall good stay!

The best hotel I could ever ask for. I had a special request for my family members that didn’t speak Polish or English. The special request was a daytime only stay during a 12 hour layover between their flights. The staff was very accommodating and super helpful. I cannot even find the right words to thank them enough for making my family feel safe and comfortable during their stay. Huge thanks to everyone who works here. You are the best!

Liked: Breakfast was marvellous - I will miss it. Bed was great, we got 4 pillows for each bed and the bed was big and high. The view from the window was amazing (in TOP3 all of that I had in my euro trips). The overall design was good. It felt that you have a lot of room. There were many elevators and those were fast.

Disliked: I could hear people in other rooms so I guess that walls were not thick enough. They asked for 200 PLN reserve even though I paid for everything before the stay (reserve for minibar that I did not use). Many elements were nice but seamed used.

The hotel stands out for its incredible staff and amenities. The lounge on the second floor is a cozy spot for relaxation, but the real star is the breakfast served in the main restaurant—absolutely sumptuous. The rooms offer breathtaking views of the iconic Palace of Culture, adding a touch of magic to the stay. The only slight inconvenience is the limited number of elevators, which seems a bit lacking for a 41-floor hotel. Despite this, my stay was exceptional. Highly recommend for a memorable visit to Warsaw!

High quality of service, nice rooms with a breathtaking view (especially if you are on top floors), good toiletries sets, but it would be great to have cotton rounds and swabs. Breakfasts are nice, too. The bed is rather high, so it is very comfortable. The room is spacious, but the bathroom needs a bit more space and renovation. Having a shower cabin would probably be more convenient, but maybe it’s a matter of taste. Location is quite nice too! You can walk to the city center if you enjoy walking. The Central Train Station is just across the street. It’s a pity the pool was closed though.

On 1st impressions, good, shown to table, asked what I would like to drink, then given what believed to be a smoked popcorn pot of lovelies! Very nice! Drink arrived, whisky old fashioned, cheaper than 40 floors below and far better!! The food options are like a tapas bar, my 1st choice are the tempura prawns, let's wait to see how good these bad boys are!!. The place is busy straight away, good for them, bad for the people!! The female waiting staff seem to be very concerned on how their hair looks!! Wafting it around like a new form of fashion! I have just asked to move from my table, I was directly above an air vent, things were getting cool!! No problem there. I've now just been informed my 1st choice of food is imminent, alongside a cheeky blood Mary that I have become a fan of!! Well the best I've ever had, tempura prawns were fantastic, mayo a real winner, A young staff member tells me the pulled pork Chinese buns are the way forward, so a nod, with a thank you, they should arrive in a few minutes, oh and another bloody Mary just showed up, extra Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, 100% banging! All of a sudden the pork buns arrived, they looked good, smell good, let's give them a go. Wow!! Pork, slaw', mayo, what a winner! I'm going to leave this review here, The staff awesome, food awesome and drinks awesome! The easiest review I've ever had to do. Happy new year to all xx
