Enjoyed my stay in Warszawa hotel. Every was excellent, starting from quiet room, nice spa and very tasty breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Had also lunch there and satisfied 😊

I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. In addition, they should not allow small and noisy children to enter the spa, they do not allow you to relax as it should be in a spa area. Worse than the children are the parents who dived and did not take care of not being alone. I also complained about this but they replied that for them it was normal like this. Too bad

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Have stayed here many times and the service is impeccable, the cleanliness extreme and the decor and rooms are wonderful. I travel a lot and very rarely enjoy a hotel breakfast, but find myself looking forward to this one. Favorite hotel.

Nice rooms however noisy if next to the elevators. Spa really calm and clean except for when people shout on the phone. Very cosy room but first time in a 5 star hotel not having more than one type of pillows. Asked for two harder pillows they only had one (not great). Overall good stay.

Excellent service, truly 5 star hotel experience. Very expensive especially all food and drinks. Gym is leaving much to be desired and lots of room for improvement. Spa is great but I have never seen requirement to wea swimsuit to sauna. Backwards and unhealthy.

Great rooms, location and service.
Only a few downsides:
One day they forgot to clean our room so we had to call and go the the reception a couple of times until the cleaned it in the evening.
The Gym is very limited, only a couple of treadmills, one bench and a few small weights.
And there also weren't a lot of gluten-free options in breakfast. Although, it seems like there isn't much awareness about it in Poland in general.
Other than that everything was great and the crew were very friendly.

The hotel staff delivered an extraordinary service! We forgot our keys in the hotel safe and the hotel delivered the keys directly to the airport security check in just a couple of minutes before our flight was departing. I have to say: outstanding service! On top - the hotel is located just a few minutes away from the beautiful city center of Warszawa.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and luxurious rooms, delicious food, and craft cocktails. Relaxing atmosphere in the center of town; walking distance from great restaurants and city sights. Will absolutely be staying again!

The hotel is very nice, and the location is also very convenient. However, I am disappointed with the management and the room. I booked a suite room for my family of 4, but it was not prepared properly! There weren't enough towels - only 2 - and one pillow for each bed, as well as amenities for just one person. When I informed the receptionist, she simply blamed the management and housekeeping instead of resolving the room issues.

Great location to explore old part of Warsaw, hotel located in a somewhat historical building with aspiring modern design that was well executed. Breakfast offer on the AlaCarte side was fairly good, good night sleep and bed, besides the pillows. Nice little spa downstairs as a perk. Hotel was certainly one of the more expensive hotels in Warsaw in similar category and for this it missed to deliver any kind of service, sorry I expect more at this price level, rather then 4 star ordinary hotel and service. It looked like it is run by part timers, the staff seemed loss all over the place, especially at breakfast. For the hotel being empty, dirty tables for hours in the breakfast room, items not cleaned and you had to ask for everything.
