THIS HOTEL IS 2 STAR BUT THEY GIVE SERVICE OF 4 STAR. VERY GOOD STFF VERY POLITE. ROOMS VERY SMALL BUT GOOD IN CONDITION. MY FAMILY FEELS GOOD

I stayed for two days, checkin and checkout process was smooth, Small size room with good hot and cold shower and fresh towels every day, size of room was ok to facilitate sleep over and sleep.
However rooms were noisy, you can hear washroom flush from any room at middle of night.
Near by bus station and basic food shops.
Over all fair experience based on the economical price value.

Simple room shoebox size n i went 1 up from cheapest. Bathroom seems to basic cleaning but not scrubbed after each person. No shower curtain. Not worth $80 a night.
Staff was ok but unhelpful in every way.

Enjoyed our stay here. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Cleaned our room daily— replenished the consumables and gave us clean towels.
Location was really good too cause there’s a bus stop at the end of the street that has all of the busses you need come by. Going back to the area is easy too.
MRT is a little far though. Walkable but it’s probably a 10 min walk.
Good to note that you can leave your bags after check out if you still have plans during the rest of the day.

- Room is small but for this money in Singapore is OK. Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was weak.

+ The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. We were after long flight and we were settled earlier than check-in time. Thanks. Hotel location is 10 min from metro station and 10-15 min to downtown by metro.- Room is small but for this money in Singapore is OK. Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was weak.

This is a budget hotel. Good for one or two days stay. House keeping staff are friendly. Male receptionist staff are helpful only one old lady at the receiptionist is not friendly and very rude which makes my stay was not welcome.

This place sucks. Room the side of a shoebox and the air conditioning system they have will never cool the room down below 75 degrees. Also, the room will take 4 hours to cool down 1 degree so if the room when you arrive is 80 degrees it will take 20 hours for your room to cool down to 75 degrees. The hotel manager said that the system is not broken it is just how it works.

The room cosy, clean, comfortable with modern design and fixture. The price I paid really value for money. I was very happy with the room and more with free parking given for those driving. There are parking in the building.
Overall I rate excellent. Around this area is happening with food and local shopping.

I stay here every time I visit Singapore. Very clean and nice staff. Shower is powerful. Easy to get to the centre and convenient for the airport. Good value

Budget hotel with unpretentious, simple rooms. Some rooms equipped with mini fridge and in-room safe while others are not, so if you require this you can ask for it. Laundromat and soda machine located downstairs. Sound proofing is poor so bring ear plugs. Sundays are busy during the day with migrant workers on "short" stay. Room tip: ask for room at high floor with high uneven number (x11, x13) as those are furthest from the elevators and facing away from the street.
