Hotel NuVe Urbane

In my opinion, this hotel offers exceptional value, making it one of the best in all of Singapore. Upon arrival, my family received a complimentary upgrade to a larger, more luxurious room, which added to the delight of our stay. The staff here exceeded our expectations with their remarkable politeness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. The facilities are nothing short of extraordinary, providing a "wow" factor that makes this hotel stand out. I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again.

The hotel staff is extremely accommodating and polite.
They upgraded my room without even me asking for it.
They also let me extend the check out.

Great place to base in Singapore. Few minutes walk from the lavender MRT that comes from the airport. Many restaurants and walking distance to many sights. The room was pretty standard but comfortable. On arrival the ac was off and it smelled a bit but once stayed running it went away. A deposit is required on check in.
I wasn’t informed about the pool and housekeeping didn’t manage to clean my room (out at 9am and I was back at 4pm)! Also no refill on my minibar! Also, the entrance is to the left of the bar!

Very nice room. I chose a double queen bed after read reviews from other users about small size rooms. I'm very satisfied with the size and decoration.
Also have free snacks that was very helpful because I was long hours without eat since my 7h flight took me 9!
Bathroom was very good, despite I personally don't like plastic curtains, it does the job to keep bathroom floor dry. Only the bed light wasn't working as flaw I can tell.
I recommend this hotel.
Staff was very gentle despite my check in was after midnight.
Taxi from changi to hotel costed $38.

Friendly staff, assisted by John during check-in and check out. Really helpful guy. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Free mini bar was a plus. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location is great, central to most things and MRT

- Rooms are expensive and very small. There wasn’t even a chair to sit. So I had to sit on the floor to eat. Barely any space for me to pray.
-There is a TV but just a few channels, no channel for sports/football.
+there is a mini bar which is refilled everyday including soft drinks, Oreo and cheese rings
(no sugar free drinks which I m not happy about)
+ Location is good, 10 mins to lavender MRT station, 15 mins walk to Arab street and sultan mosque.
+ many tourist attractions are just few stations away
+ near the swimming pool there is a rest area where there are bench/ beach bed/table for you to lay and rest.
Others: there is a swimming pool which opens around 8am-10pm (better confirm again)
Swimming pool is small so don’t expect too much
+There is a mini fridge but not strong enough
+ staff are helpful and kind
