Location is great because you can access a lot of places easily, good hawker is near. Unfortunately the room that I stayed is not that great because noisy from outside can be heard, sheet and blanket seem stained is there even change to new one[not sure], the bathroom can be flood with water when doing a shower. If you do not mind about room comfort then this hotel might be good for you otherwise not a good choice.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is a 3 minute walk from the Chinatown MRT line. All very convenient.
However, our room was not great. I'm not sure if they added this room in after the fact, but it was right beside the lobby. During night, the light from the lobby would shine into our room from a crack in the wall. We could also hear all the conversations through out the nights. The bathroom set was also odd.

It's good for a layover and to see Singapore for more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours. The bathroom is small with weird lay out, no wet/dry separation. Our bed is big enough in a not very big room. No hand towel!! 😞

The hotel is located at the gate to Chinatown. This makes it very easy for daily trips. Beds are very good, service is excellent. Bathroom and windows could be improved - but this might be a trade-off concerning good price and location

Lovely crew and help came from every direction.
Friendly stuff easy to check in and out, and they even offer to keep you luggage last day and offer you to use their spare showers before you check out.

Location is convenient as it is opposite a mall and mrt exit. There's a lot of food options nearby. The rooms were clean but sound proofing was bad. Could clearly hear all the noise from the corridor. There's no bedside table and a lack of power sockets. Very inconvenient to charge phone. The shower screen was practically useless as it barely covered anything and water was still flowing to other part of the toilet making the floor wet. There wasn't much space in the toilet above the basin and you can't put much toiletries there.

Well located next to china town and close to the business city centre. My room was a bit noisy since window was facing the busy upper cross street. The room was a bit small and did not have a closet for my clothes which may be a problem for a long stay. Other than that the room was always clean and service at the reception ok. This is a good choice for a short business trip zt a budget price.

Great location and staff was so friendly and approachable. Whenever we had any questions or request, the front desk were willing to offer help as quick as possible. For anyone who has a flight late and still want to explore Singapore, there is a free luggage space where your luggage will be safe. Also, if you want to freshen up before you head to the airport, they offer a shower for guest who have already checked out. The room itself was comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. My only issue is when having a shower, the water does leak a bit to the room but you can always wipe that down. Overall, had a pleasant stay and have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone :)
