Great hotel

Very nice hotel, close to the city centre. Rooms are in good standard, nice and helpful people at the reception.
the restaurant offers a very wide range of meals to choose (you can choose a typical Asian as well as European) quality of food really high and is tasty. Dinner is usually a buffet, so you can try different dishes and you do not have to wait.
They have gym and sauna with outside swimming pool on which of the upper floors - opened since early morning till late evening. In this pool you can spend a very pleasant time in the hot Singaporean days.

Busy hotel, great location, smack by Chinatown mrt. Old but well maintained, smallish rooms. Towels are old and worn. Good service, nice breakfast buffet which is halal.

I visited the Tiffany Cafe at Furama City Centre. The food is generally great with a variety of food. The service of the staff is excellent and best of all, it is one of the few Halal certified restaurant where me and my Muslim friends can meet up for gathering. Will definitely visit the place given another opportunity. Highly recommended to others if you are looking for a place to gather for lunch or dinner with your Muslim friends.

What a great hotel. Location, the restaurant , large clean rooms, everything you would want on a visit to Singapore. This all was topped off by great staff. From the moment we arrived at reception to the time we left the staff went out of the way to make our holiday a memorable experience.

Too crowded. People and checking in and out all day. Crowded and Loud would be two words that should be used to describe this place. If you are looking for a quick stop over before flying out, then consider this as an option. Otherwise there are better options for the same price in Clark's Quay area. Which reminds me..hotel is 5mins walking from Clark's Quay which is a bonus.

I attended a wedding dinner on a Saturday Night in the Grand Ballroom. Overall the service was good. Staff were generally courteous and friendly. There we're serveral instances where the waiters seem too eager to clear our plates or the food before we were done with the dish. Other than that, things went well and smooth. The ballroom's lighting system could turn the whole place into a disco (which happened when serving the first dish). The music playlist was slightly dated. It was a nice and simple place.

My 2 cents worth Furama is a nice place and location is fantastic but services were disappointing. We have to open the buffet cover on our own while 3-4 waiter stood there and none come to help. The food was good. Not much fat meat. Overall can only give a 3 stars.

FURAMA CITY CENTRE SINGAPORE also known as FCC! This is definitely the great place I call.... HOME! Be it as guest or staff!!! The best here not only room, location, food but also awesome people and excellent service!
