Furama City Centre Mini-hotel

I booked an Executive Room, and the staff generously upgraded me to a Premier Room—just in time for the National Day Parade’s National Education Show on Saturday! I was thrilled to enjoy the grand fireworks right from my room, making the experience even more special. The ensuite bathroom was equipped with a bidet, adding both convenience and hygiene to my stay. A fantastic stay overall.

We had a good time staying in this beautiful hotel. Thanks Rewa/Pewa and the guest service team for the upgrade and the welcome cake. It was wonderful and we highly appreciated the warm hospitality received. The view from the window was amazing. The facility is modern. The location is super close to the Chinatown and shopping centres. There is also a hidden local food court in the People Square building next to the hotel.

The concierge is excellent. Very helpful team.
The room is cleaned daily. Very hardworking cleaner too.

BUT! The bathroom has a kind of stench that could not be gotten rid off. Every morning, when I go into the bathroom, it smells badly.
When I come back from work, and head into the bathroom, there is this bad smell again.

I am not sure why it smells badly and the cleaner cleans the room everyday. Perhaps it is the toilet piping ? Or perhaps they need to refurbish their carpets?

I will not repeat stay here in future although is good, friendly and helpful.

The receptionist is very enthusiastic and lovely, location is very convenient 😍

My wife and I stayed here with our 20 month old son and cannot fault it.

We had a spacious and clean executive room on floor 22, had a bath and a shower which were well equipped.

The bed was comfortable and they provided a cot which was looked after.

Coffee / tea was refilled daily but could also refill ourselves from the lobby or next to the lift on our floor and there were filtered water dispensers scattered around the hotel including our floor and next to the gym.

Gym and pool are small but that’s expected for location however served their purpose.

Didn’t have breakfast but did use the restaurant al a carte menu for dinner a few times which was very well priced and high quality.

Finally - staff were great, from check in to check out they made us all feel incredibly welcome especially our son. Would recommend to anyone.

Good since near Chinatown and Singapore river. So many good restaurants near by.

Overall a good stay with helpful staff and a good location in the city centre, right next to a metro and just 5 minutes walk from plenty of nice streets and restaurants.
Good views from the large window.
The decor is old and dated and could do with an upgrade and modernisation.
