Good location, walking distance to major shopping malls. The room was nice. The pricey rate was likely due to location. It feels like most hotels now are turning toward eco-friendly with every aspect of their hotel amenities, not a wow factor, but I was more impressed by service offered by staff than the hotel amenities or decoration.

It is like a classy motel. If u like a different feel than the usual hotel u live in, this is the place. Don't expect shopping experience here as u will only see natures and only some restaurants within. Quiet place most of the time.

Very nice and chill place to stay. I highly recommend this place for families going on vacation. Easily accessible by public transport! Hotel is more of modern contemporary with good amenities. Service staff are great and responsive.

Location of the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure. Rooms are large, but unfortunately, the balcony was dirty and wasn't cleaned for some time. Staff, especially at the premiere lounge, are really helpful and provide fantastic service. Hotel does need some upkeep.

Went there with two other families for the SPICE Bar. This is our 5th visit and can gladly say that we will continue to go back there. The seafood is especially good always coming in fresh and in great quality. As always, the highlight is the lobster that comes along with the buffet. The waiter and waitresses are also constantly serving us with a great attitude. Props to them!!

I like to stay in Orchard Road for food and convenience. The guest room is clean and fashionable. Breakfast is included. Free WIFI and, like most other hotels in Singapore, mobile phone with unlimited data and local calls are provided without extra charge.

The bell boy is very polite and one of the few hotels with comfortable sofas at the taxi waiting area. Music and lighting is warm and just nice.
