Booked a stay to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Got a club room because he once booked it for me on my 29th. Club lounge was super cool! All went well the day we checked in and the next. Charmine was great! On the third day, hmm well we felt slightly unwelcomed because we sat waiting for 45min and the staff were just doing their own stuff. So we just asked for a drink each and left. Location is great, many food options nearby. Room was huge and comfortable. VIEW WAS AMAZING. Did not use the gym or pool, but we went to take a look; there was no one using as well. Overall a pleasant stay and special mention for the surprise cupcake that was left on our door handle on my husband’s birthday! We appreciate the kind gesture ♥️

**Mixed Experience – Great Location, But Inconsistent Service**

This was my **second stay** at this hotel, as I previously had a positive experience with their service. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of expectations, particularly due to one staff member’s attitude during check-in.

I arrived late at night (around **12 AM**) and was greeted by a **female front desk employee (her name started with an "H," possibly of Indian origin?)**. To my surprise, she was **unfriendly and unsmiling** throughout the interaction—despite me being polite and patient. Worse, she assigned me the **wrong room type** (I booked a **king bed**, but got **twin beds**). When I politely requested a correction, she didn’t apologize or acknowledge the mistake, and her demeanor remained cold. I couldn’t help but wonder if my being Asian affected her attitude, as other guests were treated more warmly.

The room itself was fine, though the **air conditioning fluctuated** (sometimes too strong, sometimes weak). It wasn’t a major issue, but noticeable.

On a positive note, the **check-out staff were much more professional and courteous**, aligning with my past experiences. The hotel’s **location and cleanliness** remain its strongest points.

While I might consider staying again due to convenience, I hope management **addresses consistency in staff training**—especially late-night shifts where guests deserve the same respect.

Room 2306 is close to the lift, which made it quite noisy at times when people walked by or talked. It did affect my sleep slightly, but overall, I still enjoyed my 2-night stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to others.

Nice hotel for a quick recharge, great facilities and club lounge with chill vibes and a nice view, there're some refreshments albeit limited choices but I did enjoy the evening cocktails.

The hotel was located infront of TTSH . Very peaceful place . At check-in I was served by Ms Faith . A very cheerful & sincere lady very detailed too . Room was clean , view was awesome.

I stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. During my evening check-in, the front desk staff at the 1st floor lobby was not very welcoming—no smile or greeting—but she did escort me to the lounge for check-in. Unfortunately, no welcome drink was provided, and the check-in process took longer than expected, even though I had informed them in advance that I was in a rush for a dinner meeting.

There were also some issues with the WiFi. The password provided didn’t work, and when I called for assistance, no one picked up the phone for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to walk down to the 22nd floor club lounge myself to get a new one.

The club breakfast selection was quite limited, but I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

One major plus is the location—there’s direct access to the MRT from the basement, and a shopping mall right next door, which was very convenient.

Overall, there’s room for improvement in service, but the location is definitely a highlight.

Checking in & out was fast.

Room was comfortable and clean.

Amenities just nice and well appreciated.

Evening club lounge atmosphere was relaxing & morning breakfast time not crowded.

Easy to get around & many f & b options at nearby malls.
