PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road, Singapore

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Royal Hotel in Singapore, and my overall experience was delightful. From the moment I entered the lobby to the time I checked out, the hotel staff's hospitality stood out.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the concierge provided valuable local insights.

The hotel boasts excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing spa. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing escape with a panoramic view of the city.

Perfect hotel to stay with family. One thing I would like to discuss is that hotel charged some deposit amount when u check in n it is refunded when u check out. But about this deposit, amount is not known initially. So when u gonna travel there take some extra amount with u to pay for deposit. Else everything is good .

I was put here for a layover by Singapore air. Everything was taken care of. As soon as I got to the hotel they knew exactly how to take care of me. The food was good and the room was great was great view. I was able to walk around all the way from little India to the gardens by the bay. It was great!

Close to the local mall. So, it is easier to get stuff and find out what Local people actually eat.

The room layout is well organized and they provide the basics amenities and little beyond.

Never try their breakfast.

The staffs are nice.

Walking distance to MRT.

Best hotel to stay in middle of city. Being located in little India are, it is convenient for Indians to get access to Indian restaurants and shops. It is just a lane nearby to Mustafa centre which is a one stop shopping spot. Service is good. Best thing is that they serve a large variety of cuisines and which includes Indian food of course. They serve Jain food as well.

Excellent hotel for Singapore standards. Value for money, and if you need to call guests, even better. They have a brilliant lounge access. The staff needs to be more friendly and speak better. In a few days of stay, could see a lot of guests complaining of staff behavior. My experience wasn't any different.

Very nice experience.
The staff was excellent and honest. We lost some precious items in the room. The staff found the items and the manager Mr Pathak took pains to return that at the airport.
Rooms are very good. Buffet spread is nice. The only issue was that the smoking area in the corridor was not covered and always filled the corridor with smoke.

Good room space and staff. Got a pretty good deal from the hotel. We were four people and wanted only one room. They provided for an extra bed at a decent price. Amenities are also pretty good. Food was excellent... (had only breakfast over there). Staff was really helpful in narrowing down places for visit and all. Overall, it's an amazing hotel to stay in Singapore for Indians and vegetarians.
